• O+K (8/5): A pleasant place, perfect for several people staying in the city. - Nice, large, comfortable apartment with a lovely terrace that has a great view over the city It was not easy to get all the keys for all the doors that lead to the apartment.
• Vincent (10/5): Great spot to enjoy and explore Seville. - Plenty of space especially for 2 in a great location with a lovely terrace (Which is the top floor). The second toilet on the ground floor is a plus. The building itself is very nice. The host was communicative and helpful. It has a dishwasher. Just keep in mind. the hot water takes a long time to flow through but once it does it's fine.

• Patricia (10/5): - Everything, especially the views from the terrace and the location! The flat was spotless, well equipped, and extremely spacious. I should just add that the bed was quite a bit bigger than it looked on the photos and extremely comfortable.

Thank you to Miriam for all her help. - Excellent location in a quiet side street but round the corner from the lovely old quarter with its cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants and really close to the Cathedral and Alcázar. Property was spotless and well equipped with a lovely roof terrace. Was an excellent base for our first time in Seville which is absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend.
• Puglia (10/5): The Triplex is in a perfect location and provided a spotlessly clean, fully equipped place to stay. - Location, cleanliness, features Not much to comment on. The A/C blows directly on the bed so it would be nice if it could be directed to another part of the bedroom.

• Shaun (10/5): Would stay again. - The location is especially brilliant, right in the heart of the city, yet in a narrow type lane, just of the main street. wifi is exceptional, Superb cleanliness, the rooftop is wonderful, Somewhere in the sun all day yet can find some shade. having two toilets on different levels was very nice, and the shower was powerful and comfy, The view was very nice. At times early hours of the morning and even through the night can be a little noisy, we called it Spanish noise, as to be fare it was the cleaning of the roads and path, bottles and barrels being sorted in readiness, Could be bothersome to light sleepers, otherwise no worries.
• Milla (9/5): Superb - Very well equipped, easy check-in and check-out, Comfortable, clean and right in the centre of the town. Really recommend! The walls are a little thin so you can easily hear noise from the neighboors.

• Enrico (9/5): Absolutely recommended for a couple or a small family. You cannot get a better location and such a functional accomodati - Very charming brand new and elegantly designed flat right in the centre of Seville, from where you could walk to all landmarks and attractions. Extremely clean with all needed amenities and appliances. The terrace from where you can enjoy the view of different landmarks was a bonus. Although it sits in the middle of the historic centre, thus close to shops, restaurants and bars, it was very quiet. The heating appeared as unevenly distributed across the 2 floors. Maybe we did not understand how to use it.

Owner is very helpful and responsive if you need anything. Perfect 👍👍 It was all great and very much exceeded our expectations 👍
• Kempyspurs (10/5): A very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Seville. - The location was amazing. Close by to lots of attractions and restaurants. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
• Deborah (8/5): Very good - Great location. Great views to three major church rooves from the terrace. The access arrangement to open door requires link to check in and then messages to host to have them remotely unlock the front door. The open buzz sound is very short and if you miss it you have to message again. Took us four goes of messaging back and forth. Trick is to just push door when buzz sounds. Don’t use/turn door handle.

• Egisma (10/5): Exceptional - This place is very very nice, cozy, much better what we saw in photos. Modern but also authentic. I guess the best place we have ever been with booking and we use booking a lot (always choosing 8+ only). Idealy clean. White towels, sheat covers etc. First flor - kichen, main room, tv, wc, 2nd flor - beadroom and bathroom, 3rd flor terase with amazing view into Seville cathedral, especialy at night. Flor was marble, cold, so so nice in summer. AC worked perfect. Bathęoom had soup, shampoo, conditioning. House has elevator. Street is clean, nice. 2-3mins walking distance to cathedral. Lots of restorans, souvenirs shops arround. We realy enjoyed the place. Also, Miriam was so supportive, we booked appartement at nigth, but got keys very fast with instructions for AC etc. Realy great place worth every euro. Much much recommended. NA.
