• Mariam (10/5): Total toll - Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Lage war mega nice, sehr sicher und sehr entspannt. Ich komme wieder dorthin. Es war schön sauber, grade mal der Wasserhahn war vlt etwas verkalkt, da könnte man noch gründlicher drüberputzen, aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Alles war bereitgestellt. Habs sehr geliebt und ich vermisse meine Zeit in Georgien unnormal. Ich will euch wieder besuchen!

• Gerhard Egon (8/5): - Zum Ende unserer Reise im August 2025 kehrten wir in dieses Hotel zurück. Wie schon bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt und in der ersten Bewertung beschrieben, passten das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und der Swimming Pool. Wie bereits geschrieben, das Hotel ist neu, sauber, preiswert und empfehlenswert, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt. Leider hat man uns wieder das Zimmer im Keller gegeben, obwohl auch jetzt andere Zimmer frei gewesen wären. Zimmer klein, Frühstück ohne Abwechslung, unterkühltes Verhältnis zum Personal wie beim ersten Aufenthalt. Parkplatz gab es immer noch nicht, nur Stellplätze auf der Straße. Immerhin wurden wir diesmal nicht gebeten, bei booking.com zu stornieren.
• Gerhard Egon (8/5): - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und der Swimming Pool haben den Ausschlag für die Buchung gegeben. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte es 40 Grad in Tiflis, da war die Abkühlung im Pool willkommen. Die Lage ist auf den ersten Blick nicht berauschend, eine Autowerkstatt mit vielen Autowracks liegt gleich nebenan. Aber zu Fuß sind es 30 bis 45 Minuten ins Zentrum/bis zur Altstadt, mit dem Auto gerade einmal 5 bis 10 Minuten. Es gibt allerdings immer wieder Staus und Verkehrschaos auf diesen Straßen. Empfehlenswert für alle, die ein paar Nächte in Tiflis für schmales Geld verbringen und den Komfort eines Pools haben wollen. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank am Zimmer funktionieren ebenfalls. Leider hat man uns ein Zimmer im Keller gegeben, obwohl viele andere Zimmer frei gewesen wären. Gleich daneben war der Raum, wo die Wäsche gewaschen wird und das Reinigungspersonal arbeitet. Das Zimmer ist extrem klein, und es gibt kaum Ablageflächen, wo man z.B. die Kleidung hinlegen kann. Es war aber ok, weil wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren und dort (fast) nur geschlafen haben. Das Frühstück wird nur von 9 bis 10 Uhr angeboten, und es gibt immer das gleiche: weißes Brot, Tomaten, weißen Käse, Gurken und eingelegte Oliven, ein paar Kekse und Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne. Ein wenig mehr Abwechslung wäre super! Den versprochenen "privaten" Parkplatz gibt es nicht. Es gibt einige wenige öffentliche Parkplätze auf der Straße, vieles ist von der Autowerkstatt daneben zugeparkt. Außerdem ist die Straße sehr eng. Sehr negativ aufgestoßen ist uns, dass man uns an der Rezeption gleich nach der Ankunft angeboten hat, die Buchung bei booking.com zu stornieren und dadurch einen um ein paar Euro besseren Preis zu bekommen. Man wollte so offensichtlich die Abgabe an booking.com und die Steuer sparen. Wir haben dankend abgelehnt und wurden während des restlichen Aufenthaltes mehr oder weniger ignoriert.

• Joanne (10/5): Nice hotel just one street back from a main road - Hotel staff are very friendly. So easy to check in. Location is good, close to the Bridge of Peace. Bed very comfortable. Shower was hot. Breakfast was really excellent. I liked everything this is a great little gem.

• Farida (10/5): - Понравилось все! Уютно, чисто, комфортно. Жаль что не попали на плавательный сезон. Но тем не менее, на террасе отдыхать даже в прохладную погоду было одно удовольствие. Завтрак - ассортимент не широкий, но очень сытный. Все необходимое есть. Также разрешают перекусить и вечером. Ощущение было как будто не в отеле, а в гостях у тёти находишься)))

• Denys (9/5): I was very satisfied with my stay! - I stayed at the hotel for a week together with my wife. This was our first time in Georgia. I want to immediately highlight the great work of the entire hotel staff — everyone treated us with respect and helped solve any issues. A special thank you goes to Nikolos and Luiza for their exceptional attentiveness! As for the hotel itself, the rooms were clean and equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a small shower with towels, slippers, and shampoos. When we asked for cleaning, the staff waited until we left and tidied up our room beautifully! The hotel also offers breakfast from 9:00 to 10:00. It’s simple but satisfying: sandwiches, sausages, eggs, a variety of vegetables, some sweets, and tea or coffee. For the price, I think the breakfast is quite decent. The website stated that the pool was closed, but in reality it was open and available for everyone to use — definitely a big plus! As for the downsides, the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but taxis in Tbilisi are very cheap, so we could comfortably get to the center for just a few lari. In one of the rooms we stayed in, there was a problem with the sewage system, which caused some odor occasionally, but after we were moved to another room before departure, there was no smell at all!

A cama e confortável , o banheiro não tem box logo fica tudo alagado . A pior parte foi o tratamento recebido , desde o dia que chegamos a recepcionista Luisa nos tratou mal , o cúmulo foi ela ter trancado a cozinha de noite , única vez em todos os dias que trancaram , eu fui buscar água e ela disse está trancada, eu havia usado minutos antes pra pegar água e ela trancou de propósito . Deixo ressalvas só recepcionista Nika ( Nikolos ) e Guyorc, sempre educados em atenciosos. Se você for sul-americano e tiver pele mais escura não vá, você será alvo da falta de educação e xenofobia de Luiza.

My request for very early breakfast was readily accepted. The hotel is in walking distance from both the Ortachala bus station and a metro station. The area outside the hotel premises looks unattractive, but it is not a big deal as you spend time somewhere else anyway.

Die Liegen am Pool sind klapprig und gefühlt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nachts etwas zu laut.

Si estàs més d'una nit I vols que et netegin l'habitació, ho has de demanar. Això ens ha passat en tots els hotels de Geòrgia on hem estat. Molt recomanable. Ideal si portes cotxe per deixar-lo aparcat a la porta I millor anar al centre amb Bolt (o caminant una estoneta). Faltaria un mirall de cos sencer a l'habitació.

Первое, что бросилось в глаза - персонал, очень приятно встретили, очень отзывчивые, улыбчивые, добрые. Чистота, уют, комфорт, вкусный завтрак, бассейн и терраса - это вообще отдельный приятный момент. Также нам дали вместо бюджетного номера - стандартный, что тоже нас порадовало. • Sergei (9/5): - Наличие бассейна, чистота номера и вообще отеля, хорошие завтраки, персонал отеля, местоположение отеля от самого центра Тбилиси пешком идти 15 минут, неподалёку находятся магазины, обменные пункты и так далее В день заезда отсутствовало электричество до 2:00 ночи. это было не по вине отеля, но за предоставленные неудобства администрация скидку не сделала
• Elodye (9/5): Bel hôtel avec piscine! - Hôtel très propre avec chambre bien décorée et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et très appréciable. La piscine est un vrai bonus à cette période. Au calme et centre ville très vite accessible en transport ou en marchant un peu. Odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain. Il manque des rideaux occulants pour dormir un peu plus le matin.
