- Animate (1/5): A disappointing stay poor cleanliness, no cooling, nd non-functional switches ruined the experience - Nothing Only location "All my money was wasted. The room was big, but the AC wasn’t cooling at all from above. I had to spend the night in extreme heat. It wasn’t properly clean either, and none of the switches were working. A lot of my work got delayed because I needed to charge my laptop and there was no current in the switch. 5,000 for one night is way too much. Even 2,000 would have been too much for that."

Most of time reception desk was without anyone. Dont know why they operate this property if they can't clean it. Won't recommend

- Muhammad (4/5): Not fit for a week long family stay. - The location of the hotel is in quite and less busy street of Gulberg, A small super mart was in a vicinity. Many attractions of the city were in a 20 mins drive reach. There was a small dhaba attached to the hotel where you can have tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner items etc. For sure cleanliness of the rooms and specially the toilets should be better. Hot water for shower was not available properly, my kids couldn't take shower throughout the stay as the weather was cold enough. Beds were broken from inside and uneven. For the first two days some different room given which did not match the description on the website. I made a request on Booking.com to the property at the time of booking that Free breakfast should be added and the property replied positively over the mail but it was denied upon arrival at the hotel.

This hotel is extremely unclean with dirty and smelly bed sheets, dirty toilets where the hot water didn’t always work, and was not comfortable to stay in. Avoid if you can. It is very old fashioned and needs renovation.

- Raheel (1/5): Very shady hotel, be careful - Nothing good really. This hotel does not accept bookings made through Booking.com. When I called to get the location, they surprised me by informing me not to visit the hotel. When I asked why, they simply said they had no rooms available. Despite having booked three rooms for a family, they did not accommodate a single one, leaving me with no option but to pay a higher rate at another hotel. Be cautious and avoid booking at this hotel.

- Amna (5/5): The stay was ok except for the unprofessional behaviour. - Only the lower staff like bell boy, cleaner, kitchen staff. First of all hotel refuse to accept that we booked room via booking.com Then they accommodate us on their own terms and charged us taxes then created a whole lot of fuss about providing us with the official Tax Return Receipt. It was a extremely bad arrangement with the staff misbehaved and insulted me and my father and yelling started from both sides. It was horrible experience though it was our first time in Lahore. Moreover the air-conditioning is extremely bad only 1 split unit in one corner of the room & there was 5 inch gap between the door and floor of the room G05 where we stayed and lot of minor openings in the walls and windows as well. When they handed over the room the washroom was extremely dirty I immediately had to call the cleaner that How could you guys hand us over the room without cleaning. Then when we asked for sheets as booked for 7 people they provided us 4 sheets and said they ran out of sheets and can give bed covers if we can plz adjust & they only have 2 bed covers so we were still 1 sheet short. They don't have celling fans which are normal thing in Pakistani hotels instead they installed wall bracket fans which again are insufficient according to the size of the room. Those are some really disappointing 😞 features to which they should pay serious attention.

- Liaqat (7/5): Good - I really like our room. It was nice and big for family. The staff was so nice and was friendly. I had a best stay. Only a few things need improvement other than that it's good. They gave us morning breakfast for free. The staff were so nice and when we arrived they asked for water and tea. Their hospitality was best. The only thing that i didn't like. I ordered a cape, and they arrived really late, and then when we came to the hotel, they took a long time to make our room, and then in the morning, i ordered 4 meals, they only provided 3. Also they charged for ironing my cloths and it was not the best. It needs more improvement. When we order something, they take so long to bring that thing.
