Aquiles (9/5): Good to relax - Very good to relax, beautiful views, good support from the host. Pool was very cold (in October) and there is a micro climate in the region that is a bit rainy (had to go down to the beach to find the sun), rooms too close to each other (you can hear everything), may be a bit expensive given you probably won’t stay there just to sleep.
Kirsten (9/5): - Sehr schöne Lage mit guter Sicht auf das Meer und im Rücken den Etna. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne und große überdachte Terrasse mit Meerblick. Der Service beim Frühstück war super nett und die Inhaberin gab sehr gute Tips und war sehr aufmerksam. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse könnten komfortabler sein - zwei sehr harte Metallstühle ohne Sitzkissen. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Schade war auch, dass kein Winetasting für die eigenen Weine möglich war. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir dann ein Glas zu ganz normalen Hotelpreisen trinken - schade, hätten gerne das Weingut besser kennengelernt. Im Herbst muss man bedenken, dass das Wetter schon sehr abwechselnd ist und die Temperaturen auch niedriger als am Meer sind.

Marlies (10/5): One of those rare places where everything just feels right from the moment you arrive - Our stay at Locanda Quinto Arco was truly exceptional. It's one of those rare places where everything just feels right from the moment you arrive. From the beginning, Martina, our wonderful host, welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home straight away. She was always available via WhatsApp for any questions or recommendations, and even helped us with a reservation at a fantastic local restaurant, 4Archi in Milo, which turned out to be a real highlight of our trip. The entire accommodation is designed with an incredible attention to detail. Everywhere you look, you can see the thought and care that went into creating this space. The materials used throughout are of the highest quality, from the fittings to the furniture and it really makes a difference. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast each morning was not only delicious and varied, but also served in such a beautiful and peaceful setting that we looked forward to it every day. It's possible to have it indoors or outdoors next to the pool. The pool area itself is another gem. The pool was cleaned daily during our stay and has a stunning view that made it hard to leave. We felt completely at ease and cared for during our entire stay. It's one of those places you'd return to in a heartbeat and we definitely will.

Emmanouil (10/5): - Quinto Arco is an amazing place to stay! The rooms are clean and fantastic, and the views of Etna are beautiful. The pool is a major highlight, especially at night with the stunning lights creating a magical atmosphere. The staff is incredible—the pool attendant even went out of his way to bring me a fresh prickly pear from the land. A truly great experience!

Als wir angekommen sind, fanden wir im ganzen Zimmer noch Haare der vorherigen Bewohner. Der Müll wurde manchmal gewechselt, manchmal aber auch vergessen (obwohl er voll war). Auch die Klimaanlage könnte stärker sein. Dadurch hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gelitten.

Valeria (10/5): Amazing - Words cannot express how marvelous this place is. My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was extremely romantic. Martina left us a beautiful bouquet of roses for our anniversary and the room we stayed in had a perfect view of Mount Etna. Further, when we arrived we paid for a pasta class that they were going to provide and it was the best money spent! They showed us to cook different types of pasta and how to prepare cannolis! This is the perfect place to stay for couples.

Amanda (10/5): The best place we have ever stayed in Italy! - Everything! Martina our host was so very helpful and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and the bar being open with local wine a bonus!
Jake (8/5): Very good - Amazing pool area and view! Lovely husky dog called Milo. Would recommend a stay with below caveats... A/C unit made too much noise (need a/c as windows in our room needed to be closed at night as room next to road) so would recommend ear buds if booking our room type, or upgrade room category. Breakfast not quite as displayed in photos and would consider offering hot eggs/breakfast option at this price point. All the hotel guests wondering why dogs chained up for most of the day, at the pool area, when they are very friendly and one of them kept barking when guests splashing/swimming in the pool.

Etnea and the vineyards in a pink glow made me see this place was heave - This property was beautiful and in a great location to all that Etnea and the east side of Catania could offer. It had a beautiful pool, shared courtyard space and a delicious dining area. Martina, the hostess/property manager was fantastic, super knowledgeable and friendly. She made the trip even better. The only thing that could have made the stay more perfect was having the car gate open without having to get out of the car. It wasn’t a big issue though and shouldn’t deter someone from staying.

Justin (10/5): Highly recommend - Martina really looked after us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. This was a great find with lovely views of the Mediterranean in one direction and Etna in the other. It makes a perfect base to visit Mount Etna or just a very comfortable place to lounge by the pool in the sun. The owners also run a restaurant in a nearby village which I can highly recommend.

Thank you and we hope to return. - This family run hotel is absolutely beautifully decorated and run with style and friendly staff. The room, shower, wine time at the bar to try the excellent Vinyard red and local whites were all brilliant. Best of all are the stunning views of Etna on one side and out to the coast on the other. The road noise - surprisingly busy! You do need to drive to get to options for dinner.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay in the Etna region. The facilities are very clean and well kept, the rooms have everything you need and the breakfast was great. Martina is a wonderful host who can always be reached and who generously answered all our questions and provided us with ample recommendations for restaurants and vineyards in the area. We also had a chance to visit Martinas family restaurant 4 Archi in Milo- best food we tried in Sicily, and the atmosphere in this place is amazing! Would come back one day for sure!

When we got to the property, she greeted us with warmth and was excited to provide recommendations for the area. We ate dinner at her family’s restaurant in the nearby town of Milo, which was a perfect experience. The pool and the property were beautiful and well maintained, even in spite of a recent eruption from Etna which left the entire area covered with ash for miles around. Breakfast was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and personal welcome that immediately made us feel at home. The staff was even warmer than the lava flows from Mount Etna – a rare combination of friendliness and professionalism. The hotel itself is immaculate, with everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. It was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. We were particularly touched by the lovely gesture that awaited us in honor of our honeymoon. It's those little touches that make a stay truly special. The breakfast was an absolute highlight. The freshness and variety of the offerings made it a delightful way to start the day. The beautiful swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings (view on Mount Etna!). We loved how peaceful and relaxing the location was. Everything from the room decor & comfort to the grounds was perfect for us. Location wise it was good for reaching Mt Etna and the wineries we wanted to visit in the area.
