• Robert (9/5): - easy access. own private entry. use of little plung pool. good amenities. fairly close to main street cafes and shops. short walk to lake and beach. centrally located, but away from busy centres of Byron and Ballina. hosts are warm and friendly not much

• Murray (10/5): - What a lovely 2 night stay we have had at the Trendy Beach Studio, the studio is so comfortable for two with everything you need and the extra loft sitting area is a beautiful reading and relaxing spot. Walking down town and to the beach is an easy 5-10 min walk with an abundance of cafes and eateries to satisfy your culinary needs. Patrice, Greg and Chino are very friendly & welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend. Absolutely nothing

• Kate (10/5): - The location was perfect, close to the beach and the lake and the main strip. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hosts were easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. Nothing, it was all great!
• Shaedon (10/5): Fantastic second stay - Lovely second stay at this little studio. It’s super close to the beach and the main drag of Lennox, makes walking everywhere an option Unfortunately there was no parking available in the lane unlike our previous stay so we had to park around the corner
• Kate (10/5): An excellent place to stay and the hosts were lovely - Loved the location near to the beach and town centre, the facilities were excellent and the whole studio was veryclean The fridge was a bit noisy during the night, but manageable
• Christina (8/5): Perfect accommodation for couples for a short stay. - Beautifully presented and clean studio. Fantastic location. Air-con and ceiling fan great inclusions but being able to have the windows open was even better. Parking was a challenge although Greg was great in offering an alternative. Coffee machine was a really nice addition but would’ve been better with some milk being provided. It was raining when we arrived and there wasn’t very comfortable seating options and the tv is very small.

• Shaedon (10/5): Great getaway spot, would book again - Lovely location and very clean & tidy place. Great facilities, easy to recommend WiFi and Cellular was slow but that could be good if wanting to disconnect.
• Skyler (10/5): absolutely loved it - absolutely everything, the hosts were incredibly lovely and helpful, beautiful outside dog chino was the sweetest, the apartment was beautifully set up with everything you needed and was clean and tidy, perfect distance from town nothing
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Nice little appartment there is a small kitchen area but it would be vastly improved with the addition of a sink. You have to wash cups &fill coffee machine in the bathroom Very steep stairs for older people 🙀

• Stephen (10/5): Perfect couple getaway beautiful very modern apartment - The property was way better than we expected separate entry to the studio apartment, it was very modern very clean and comfortable,perfect for a couple getaway, very close to 7mile beach it was also just a short walk to a lovely cafe in Ballina street …perfect location not very far from the towns shops. Patrice & Greg the owners are loverly friendly people to deal with so accommodating ..I would definitely recommend this property it was so nice I will definitely be asking the owners if we can come back at a later date. Everything was excellent I couldn’t find anything wrong …
