• Maryam (7/5): - Удобное расположение, в нескольких минутах от вокзала, можно пешком дойти до некоторых достопримечательностей. Номер удобный, есть шкафчики, письменный стол, зарядка около кровати Парень на ресепшене перепутал номер. Пришлось два раза переупаковывать и переносить вещи туда сюда и размещение затянулось. Так же два раза просили документы, так как «фотография удалилась».

• Iryna (8/5): - Good attitude. Enam is really nice person. Close to Termini station, other monuments. Free wifi, fridge, towels. The door to the bathroom in the room does not lock. The lockers don't lock with a key, so my stuff was not protected.

• Carolina (7/5): Ok pero con limpieza superficial - En pleno barrio de termini y cerca de atracciones turísticas a pie. La comunicación fue buena y el chico que nos atendió muy amable, el día del check Out nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta tarde, nos fuimos y no había nadie en Recepción, asique recomiendo avisar que se deja el equipaje para coordinar recogerlo por la tarde. La calle tiene bastante movimiento porq hay 2 restaurantes así que se siente segura y el barrio en general también. Agua de cortesía en la habitación. Llegamos temprano y nos permitieron entrar antes del check in a eso de las 13hs, esto hizo que el chico se apurara un poco con la limpieza y no la hiciera muy en profundidad. Al entrar al baño el alfombrin estaba sucio (con pisadas) pedimos otro y estaba igual, asique decidimos no usar las toallas en general que ademas estaban bastante gastadas, recomiendo llevar toalla propia. Las sábanas si se veían limpias pero la limpieza de todo en general era superficial con un poco de ambientador. Igual creo que en Roma en general los precios son muy caros para lo que ofrecen los sitios, a menos que vayas a un sitio por 200€ la noche la relación calidad-precio es floja.

• Janice (9/5): - Very comfortable and quiet stay. Great location for walking. The staff were lovely and everything was very clean. Only complaints were the bathroom in our dorm did not have a lock and the shower head was broken and sometimes the flush on the toilet would get stuck and run through the night, not a big downside at all, overall loved our stay.
• Sin Yee (5/5): You deserve a better option. - 1. I appreciate they let me store my lugguage after checkout 2. Good location but I dont feel safe on this street because this is an inner street. Not many people passing by this street. 1. This hostel is always without staff. 2. dirty room , full of dusts 3. When i checked in, the staff spoke very little English. It created a misunderstanding: when I came back to the hostel and picked up the luggage, no one was there to open the door for me. I stayed in both this hostel and another nearby hostel "COMFORT INN ROME TERMINI", i prefer comfot inn rome termini.

• Noemi (7/5): Un luogo rilassante - I ragazzi della reception sono veramente gentili! Il dormitorio femminile è accogliente, con un bel parquet. La struttura è silenziosa e dotata di una cucina completa. L'ubicazione è fantastica: vicina a Termini, vicina all'università, ad un passo dal Centro di Roma.

• Cynthia (5/5): Un poco decepcionante - A pesar de que todos dicen que Termini es peligroso, lo mejor para mí fue la ubicación. Llegué y me fui en tren. Así que fue súper cómodo. Al lugar le faltaba limpieza pero no limpieza diaria, limpieza profunda. Había suciedad acumulada sobre todo en el baño que es el lugar, que para mí, tiene que estar más limpio.

• María (8/5): - The location was near Termini and the room was clean. The bathroom floor would get wet when you took a shower and there was no visible sign of the hostel outside the building. Also I didn't like that there was only one outlet next to the bed.

• Anna (1/5): Don't book, run! - Location of accomodation was okay, close to termini and bus stops My worst experience in hostels. Everything was dirty Especially shower in the bathroom. Around 8pm they kicked us out the room to add one more bed (unannounced) and the woman that was sleeping there was everything you don't want to have in ur hostel room, she was moving furniture, blocking the exit with moved bed , using the lights and making loud noises until 1 am,eating smelly food .... The staff (one guy that didn't speak english and showed up only for few minutes, was not at the reception at all. don't book, run if you can !

• Tanasa (7/5): Consiglio - Comodo da raggiungere dalla stazione Termini, personale gentile e a disposizione. Si tratta di un appartamento, quindi sono poche camere con più posti letto a disposizione. Mi sono trovata bene, letto relativamente comodo, lenzuola pulite e calde. Armadio per riporre gli abiti e armadietto per zaino e valigia (consiglio di munirsi di un piccolo lucchetto, se si vuole lasciare le cose in stanza e andare in giro). Cucina con frigo, lavello, microonde. Comoda per chi vuole cucinarsi qualcosa da mangiare o preparare qualcosa al volo. Un solo bagno nella zona comune, piccolo, non il massimo ma fa il suo lavoro.

• Fulya (9/5): - Otel konumu terminale yakındı. Oda temizdi. 2 yataklı olması, kalabalık olmaması güzeldi. Otel işletmecisi çok ilgili ve kibardı. The hotel was conveniently located near the bus terminal. The room was clean. The fact that it only had two beds and wasn't crowded was a plus. The hotel manager was very attentive and polite.

• Hernan Dario (1/5): - Te go problemas con la persona encargada del hotel indico realizarme una devolucion, no se porque ella misma no lo hizo, no se quien es la persona antes de que diera el dia entrar a la habitación le indique q no estaria hospedado alli, le di todas mis razones y toda la mala experiencia que vivi, espero al leer este comentario me puesa ayudar el hotel a solucionar mi devolución. Nada me gusto super mal acomñamiento

It would have been nice if there was information about quiet hours - the room I was in lights were on until 12am with loud conversations continuing up until this point, and alarms at 5am.

• Sevgi (9/5): Very accommodating manager and a quiet place. - This was a last min reservation and I stayed only for a night; I was looking for a female-only room and this place met that perfectly. Though I think it showed the room to be for four, there were only two beds, which was a great plus. They let me check-in long before the check-in time—very comforting after a long trip. They also offered me a shelf to keep my bags after the check-out. The place has a kitchenette too, which is handy. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

• REN (10/5): 非常温馨的民宿，记得提前预约入住时间 - 价格优惠，火车站旁边交通方便也很安全，在罗马住了很多天。需要注意这是民宿，提前在booking或者whatsapp跟老板预约入住时间，他会来开门。一定要按地址导航，大门不太明显。

Check-in veloce e una bottiglietta d'acqua in omaggio. Personale e molto gentile e accogliente. Mi hanno permesso di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check-out e ho potuto ritirarlo dopo. La stanza e il bagno puliti, letto comodo. Ci sono degli armadietti con chiusura a chiave per il bagaglio e le cose personali. Buon rapporto qualita-prezzo. Letti a castello, uno sopra e uno sotto hanno solo una presa di corrente accanto al letto sopra. E molto scomodo per chi ha il letto sotto.

• Ornella (6/5): Benino - Ottima posizione. La stanza è ampia così come il letto. Di base contiene il necessario. Per una notte soltanto come appoggio per lavoro é passabile. Abbiamo apprezzato la dotazione di acqua. Doccia funzionante in modo adeguato nessun problema di pressione dell'acqua o di temperatura. Manca la tv. La piccola finestra da su un pozzo luce. Il bagno non fenestrato è molto datato come il resto della camera dove il mobilio e la stanza in generale avrebbero nettamente bisogno di una rinfrescata. Materasso non comodissimo. Ci hanno fornito una sola asciugamano per ospite il che non è il top, abbiamo dovuto usarla per tutto, fortunatamente per i capelli avevo un'asciugamano apposita in valigia. Non abbiamo trovato servizi aggiuntivi quali ad esempio bollitore, tè o caffè. Importante non dimenticare detergenti in quanto in bagno è presente solo quello per le mani. Rapporto qualità prezzo non esattamente coerente in questa stagione.

• Aikokul (10/5): Recommend - Everything was wonderful in this hostel. It is close to the train station and a 30-minute walk from the Colosseum and the Trevi. In the evening, you can take a bus that stops 30 meters from the hostel. At first, I couldn't find the hostel because there was no information on the door, but I texted and they answered immediately and met me. There were four of us. The girls from Canada and Mexico, we had a nice chat, even had breakfast at the Trevi Fountain.

• Valentina Tranchida (9/5): - Sono stata in questo ostello da sola per due notti. La pulizia era impeccabile, gli ambienti ordinati e ben tenuti. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile: dopo il check-out mi hanno anche permesso di restare in cucina nel pomeriggio per lavorare in tranquillità, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Il letto era comodo, l’armadio adeguato per sistemare i vestiti e c’erano locker per chiudere a chiave lo zaino. Uno era rotto, ma fortunatamente ne ho trovato uno funzionante. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. All’arrivo ho avuto qualche difficoltà a farmi aprire il portone: ho suonato più volte senza risposta e ho dovuto chiamare due volte prima che mi dicessero che stavano mandando qualcuno ad aprire. Questo mi ha sorpresa, anche perché nei giorni precedenti e lo stesso giorno mi avevano contattata due volte per confermare l’orario di arrivo, quindi era già noto. Detto questo, è stato l’unico inconveniente del soggiorno.
