• Kocaer (4/5): - Merkezi yerde. Odalar, banyo ve mutfak yeni ve temiz. Kendimi güvende hissedemedim. Giriş kapısı omuz atsan girersin. İçeriden kilitleme imkanı yok. Balkon kapıları kilitlenmiyor. Işık ve gürültü çok fazla. Rahat bir uyku uyuyamadık. Sıcak su yoktu. Sorduk ama cevap vermediler.

Tekrar geldiğimizde burayı tercih ederim. Teşekkür ederim çok memnun kaldık 🤗 The host was kind and attentive. The house was clean, and the towels and bed linens smelled very nice. There was hot water. The location is excellent. I would choose this place again when we come back. Thank you, we were very satisfied 🤗

• melis (10/5): Muhteşem - Çok temiz ve güzel bir evdi. Konumu çok güzeldi, sahibi iletişime çok açıktı. Çocuklu bir aile olarak çok rahat ettik. Isınma sorunu yoktu, banyo çok güzeldi ve her an sıcak su vardı. Yürüyerek merkezde her yere gidebildik. Tekrar kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz…

• efgan (3/5): 2 kişiden fazla konaklama için uygun değil - tesisin konumu hoş gerisi boş tesis de 4 kişilik aile olarak konakladık.sistemde verilen bilgiye göre 4 kişilik yatacak yer olmalıydı.ama sadec 2 kişilik bir duoble yatak ve L koltuk vardı.kesinlikle 4 kişi için uygun değil.bulunduğu sokak günün her saati çok gürültülü.mutfak ve ekipmanlar yetersiz.evde kahvaltı veye yemek hazırlamak mümkün değil.banyoda 4 kişi 2 gece için sadece 2 rulo tuvalet kağıdı bırakmışlar.havlular yetersiz.banyo penceresi müzeye bakıyor ve şeffaf,güvenlik olarak yetersiz.kapı ve pencerelerin ses ve ısı izolasyonu sıfır.aşağıdaki cafe ve tavernanın masaları nedeniyle giriş çıkış çok rahatsız.masaların arasından slalom yapmak gerekiyor.

• Faruk (10/5): Keyifli ve konforlu bir ev - Konumu şahane, ev çok temiz ve güzel. Genel anlamda ev şahaneydi. Sadece bulunduğu sokakta gece biraz müzik sesi olabiliyor ama bu da bizim için çok sorun teşkil etmedi. Çok keyif aldığımız bir ev oldu her açıdan . Adaya tekrar geldiğimizde aynı evde kalırım kesinlikle
• Rudolf (8/5): Schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Innenstadt von Chios - Sie liegt sehr zentral, ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Außerdem war sie sauber und auch trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es wird offenbar nicht damit gerechnet, dass jemand wirklich dort etwas kochen möchte.

• Maria (5/5): Λιγότερο ευχάριστη διαμονή από όσο θα θέλαμε - Το κατάλυμα είναι καλαίσθητο και όμορφα ανακαινισμένο. Οι άνθρωποι με τους οποίους επικοινωνήσαμε ήταν ευγενικοί. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή από άποψη εγγύτητας στην αγορά και σε χώρους εστίασης. Το μπάνιο είχε μια πολύ άσχημη και ανθυγιεινή μυρωδιά, που ερχόταν από το σιφόνι του νιπτήρα. Η μυρωδιά επεκτεινόταν και εκτός μπάνιου και ήταν πολύ δυσάρεστη. Επίσης, το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω από ουζερί και απέναντι από καφέ μπαρ, ενώ δε διαθέτει ηχομόνωση (έχει παλιά ξύλινα κουφώματα). Υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία σε ώρες κοινής ησυχίας (μεσημέρι και αργά το βράδυ ως τις 3). Τέλος, είχαμε στη διάθεσή μας μόνο μια κάρτα για την είσοδο στο κατάλυμα, με αποτέλεσμα αν κάποιοι ήθελαν να κοιμηθούν και κάποιοι να βγουν, έπρεπε ή όσοι έμεναν να μην έχουν ρεύμα ή να τους ξυπνήσει όποιος βγήκε στην επιστροφή, ώστε να μπει στο κατάλυμα.

• Eva (7/5): Apartment in the heart of the city!! - Great location, right in the heart of the city. Safe location and very convenient. This was the best part of the apartment!! Comfortable bed and sofa and with AC in both the bedroom and living room. Check in was very easy and the host sent us all the necessary information before hand. Overall we had an okey stay, but improvements could be made. The door to the apartment is old and did not feel very safe. Also there was no sound isolation what so ever. We could hear everything that was going on outside. We also had an issue with the cleaning. There was a bit of food (and slippers - but that's besides the point) under the sofa that resultet in us having to clean the first day we arrived seeing that ants had gathered.

• Tita (9/5): Great flat, but don’t count on the hip breakfast - The apartment is just as fabulous as it looks on the pictures. The staff were lovely and fixed the mistake regarding the amount of bed sheets. Breakfast was included in the price, but I wish I didn’t count on it. The staff said it was arranged for us to get breakfast at the hip café downstairs. But we had to wait until 10 (with cranky children) to get served and the girls working there were visibly annoyed with the arrangement. Waiting all that time for a boiled egg was not worth it.
• Murat (10/5): Exceptional in Chios - The apartment is right in the center and easy self access. It is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. If I have a chance to book this apartment for the next time I will definitely do it again.
• Soner (10/5): Weekend seafood load - Location was great, apartment is located in hearth of the city. It is in walking distance to port, coffee, restaurants, car rentals etc. It is 1 bedroom and 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1st floor apartment. Everything is as it is seen in photos. Entry information is send by a message and then everything you need is there. In winter we were happy with central location and quiteness. They are also flexible about check in and check out time depending on availability. Bed is very comfortable with 2 pillows in case you need. Be aware of stairs, if you have accessiblity problem this apartment may not be good for you. There was just one key, friends or family need to take care who will keep the key, we didnt ask bu there may be multiple key card option.

• Johan (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious apartment with comfortable bed. Kitchenware is seriously lacking. Not enough crockery and glasses. Drain in bathroom smells indicating stagnant water somewhere in the system. Area very noisy especially at night. There is a Cafe across from the building that is open until way after midnight. On Saturday night the music was blaring until 04:30 Sunday morning.
• Serkan (9/5): Comfortable stay - We really liked the house, it was clean and comfortable, so was the bathroom. Good WiFi connection. And most needs of a house arranged by the owner. It has a perfect location. Easy access to the house. Surrounded by lots of markets, cafes, restaurants and shops. It’s actually in the center of a market place and just couple steps away from the seaside. We also want to appreciate for rearranging the dates of our stay by the owner, which was rejected first by booking. Tiny balcony, some nights the music is loud outside, the stairs are a bit steep
• Gürişik (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this apartment is perfect and the sofa is very comfortable It was difficult to climb 20 stairs only for my father who cannot climb stairs, but other than that it is a perfect option for those who will stay as a family.
• Neslihan (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, so close to the port and castle! Beautiful and very clean apartment. It was a special accommodation experience as the building architecture reflects the spirit of Chios😍 Wooden door and windows were fantastic! After opening the beautiful red front door of the building, climbing up the stairs you just enter the living area which was surprising for me☺️ Two big bottles of cold water in the fridge was welcoming us and coffee capsules were left for the maschine☺️🙏 The owner was helpfull with my questions and was so kind keeping our the luggages after chechout until the afternoon ferry. For those who prefer a quiet place might not like the location since there was loud music just in front of the house until late at night. And so early in the morning you can hear the noise of the cruise ferries coming to/leaving the port. It would be a good/friendly idea for the owner to prepare an information sheet for those who are visiting the island for the first time; where/how to go, taxi/bus options, where to eat etc.
• Esra (10/5): Very comfortable ,clean and central location - Location was very good the apartment is the middle of the center. You dont need to rent a car if you are staying here. The apartment was very very clean. There is a bluetooth in the bathroom mirror which you can listen music . The bed and the couch was very comfortable. The host replied to everything answered our all questions. İ will stay here again . Thanks for everything
