Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be canceled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Phili (7/5): Comfortable beds! - It was in a good location for us. The beds were comfortable. I had to ask for late check out multiple times but was asked to ask closer to the time, I did not expect this to be 24 hours before we checked out. There were little supplies in the kitchen not even salt and pepper to season food. Over all it was an enjoyable stay.

Response from the management company to our beds being incorrectly set up was extremely quick and the issue was sorted. Thank you. Rather a lot of emails before staying.

Melissa (7/5): Lovely property but felt it was unsafe, was not sure if anything would break - Location and size of the property was good, nicely furnished Some of the furniture was unsafe and had to call maintenance to fix. Garden table again was unsafe and collapsed onto person sat at table. Table not replaced so could no longer sit outside.
