• Goran (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgemistet allem was man für Urlaub braucht. 2 Badezimmer, 2 grosse Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequeme Matratzen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und schöne große Terrasse mit Pool Blick. Privatgelände mit Parkplatz, Spa, Fitness, indoor Pool, Sauna, ... Alles im Preis inbegriffen. Die Gastgeberin Meng sehr hilfsbereit. Danke!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were lovely and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed for the stay, and the apartment overall felt very cosy and relaxing. We also really liked the modern design and how bright the rooms were during the day.

• Ana (9/5): Ótima escolha em Pafos - Varanda muito espaçosa e agradável. Apartamento grande, muito bem equipado, integrado num condomínio muito completo.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Für unseren Besuch beim Sohn war die Wohnung sehr toll. - Wir hatten eine gut ausgestattete Küche, das Frühstück haben wir selbst angerichtet. Die Gesamtanlage vefügt über ein Hallenbad, Sauna, Dampfbad und einen Fitnessraum. Ab Ostern ist der Aussenpool geöffnet. Die Anlage ist in einem guten, neuwertigem Zustand. Die Lage ist nicht optimal; ein Mietwagen bzw Taxi ist erforderlich.

Also it was stated you need at least 3h to clean for the next guests. That is not something that you should tell your guests..they feel pressure to leave before the check out time.

• NA (9/5): - 一，服务很周到。还未入住收到房东发来的停车位信息，取钥匙门卡信息，取暖器、加热水、用电、电视机使用信息，除入大门位置我们在黑夜找了许久外，其他都很顺利。 二，房间设施齐全，干净，睡得很暖和。 三，地理位置好，离帕福斯中世纪城堡，国王陵墓近。 厨具，家电简朴了一些。

Ekspres do kawy, gril elektryczny, zmywarka, piekarnik.... W chłodniejsze dni dogrzewanie klimatyzatorem. Czystość na 6+. Bardzo dobre wifi. Parking podziemny. Dostęp do siłowni, saun i krytego basenu. Wspaniały pobyt, polecam.

Malonu buvo rasti kalėdinių detalių ir vandens bei limonado šaldytuve. Daug dėmesio poilsiautojams: knygos, žadimai, prieskoniai,kava,arbata. Galima naudotis vidiniu baseinu, sauna bei sporto kambariu. Greitai sutvarkyta kondicionieriaus problema. Rekomenduoju! Tolokai nuo centro. Baldai pakankamai nudėvėti (nuotraukoje atrodo geriau) . Miegamojo stalčiai buvo nevalyti ( su dulkėm ir plaukais), akivaizdžiai nešvarūs elektros jungikliai ir balkono stiklas. Atvykus neveikė kindicionieriaus kortelė, tad buvo šalta. Šilto vandens reikia ilgai laukti ir srovė silpna.

• Marsia (9/5): - The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, The host was kind and always available to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. We truly felt at home and would definitely recommend it. The only point that could be improved is that there were no cleaning services or towel changes during the stay. Although there was equipment to clean ourselves, we believe that for a holiday rental it would be better if basic cleaning services were included in the price. Overall, we were very satisfied and we would gladly stay here again!

• Simos (7/5): - Nice flat, clean. Had everything you need for a short stay. Friendly owner, very helpful. Swimming pools clean and large. Second bathroom was clean but had bad smell from pipes. Nothing could be done. We just couldn’t use it.

• Maria Eleni Sklatinioti (9/5): - Excellent room in terms of space, cleanliness and amenities. We travelled as a family of 4, with a toddler and a few-months old and I was so positively surprised that the host had available for us not only a new cot for the baby but even a laundry detergent for newborns. The bed was so comfortable and the customer service has been superb. Each time i contacted the facility for something , they responded very fast and attended to all our needs. This is a comment about the complex and not the room per se : Not a very good timing to work on building/maintaining one of the pools. Thankfully there are two of them , so even if the one had been closed the other one was fully operational.

• Carmela (9/5): - Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio,pulito! Posto silenzioso,piscina gradevole. C'è un bar-ristorante molto carino. Non è stato possibile usufruire della Spa. La piscina era chiusa fino a data da destinarsi. Siamo andati 2 volte in orario di apertura, ma non c'era nessuno dello staff ad accogliere,come se fosse chiusa, quindi non abbiamo fatto mai nessun accesso! Abbiamo scelto il posto anche per la presenza della Spa!

• Christine (8/5): Very restful - Elysia Park is lovely, and well maintained Air conditioning, not apparently working. The distance from Paphos harbour cost a lot in taxi fares. The range of fresh food in the local supermarkets was poor.

• Slawomir (9/5): Recommended. - Very good location by car, not far from city centre and nearby shops and ⛱️ beaches within minutes. Two swimming pools outside and access to an indoor one. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and family stay, air conditioning in each room cooling down and heating up options available. The only disadvantage was the smell from one bathroom resolved by rinsing pipes with cold water and not turning on light connected with the fan, using another 2nd bathroom. Very good contact with the owner, he proposed to stay longer as there were no other reservations for that day, so we could go swimming a bit longer. Bottles of water and a few drinks are a big advantage for people arriving 🛬 late. I would move and clean under 🛏️ bed spaces unavailable for cleaners on a daily basis. Generally most surfaces were clean. But again there's a vacuum cleaner and other equipment available just in case 🫣🧐 All explained clearly by the host with photos, I would adjust the coordinates 34.7633342, 32.4269950 is the point between car 🚗 park and the 🏢 building.
• Liliya (9/5): A very comfortable apartment - The apartment is specious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for 4 people. Equipped with everything a family may need , even more. You can also use the SPA and the inside pool. The heated water is not enough for 4 people. We had to wait and take short showers. In February the sunshine is not so abundant.

We had a few problems during our stay but on contacting the host they were dealt with promptly Kitchen needs: a toaster, microwave, a couple of teatowels Bedrooms need: mirrors beside plugs for hairdryer etc Flat in general: explanation of water outages and disposal of waste products and where to locate these. Perhaps a little more care on cleaning or maybe a paint refresh.

The fact we had only one key attached with a card needed to be placed on a socket in the wall for the electricity to function created some complexity, since we were there as 2 couples, sometimes going out at different times.

It was in a great location, just a 25-minute walk to the beach and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. Perfect for couples and families. The property had no issues at all.
