• Maria (7/5): Central location and value for money - The staff were super responsive over whatsapp, answered all my questions within minutes. The room was very clean and had enough toiletteries. The location is super, close to cafes, bars, restaurants and gelaterias. I did not understand from the description that it was a room within a bigger apartment, sharing a kitchen. It was not a big issue, since the room had its own bathroom, but it could be problematic if other guests are noisy. The room was a bit small.

• Mariia (8/5): It was a pleasant stay! - Perfect location, a lot of good restaurants around, walking distance to the center. Easy access to the apartment The bathroom needed better cleaning. Also had some issues with wi-fi, I needed to work and not stable internet connection didn’t let me to work fast.

• Ирина (10/5): - Отличные апартаменты! Расположение супер , метро в двух минутах ходьбы, автобусная остановка прямо под домом. Мы жили в номере со своей кухней, было все для приготовления еды. В номере ест фен, полотенца все необходимое для жизни. В общем коридоре есть стиральная машина. Очень отзывчивый персонал!!! Мы не смогли первоначально открыть двери по коду, с нами созвонились и все объяснили ! Спасибо!

• Talia (10/5): Clean and well-equipped guest house tucked away in quiet, residential Rome. - Great location right by the Lepanto metro stop in Prati. You're walking distance from all three bridges into the city center, and can reach most tourist spots in less than 30 minutes on foot. Prati itself is very quiet and residential. This guest house is right by one of the major streets in the neighborhood and one of the international universities, so you may hear some noise from outside on the weekends, but you can always close your window and turn on the television to tune out the noise. Getting here from FCO is especially easy as the Aurelio stop on the bus from there is only 10 minutes walking — save that €70 taxi fare for a day trip! The guest house itself is always extremely tidy. There is a vacuum and washing machine in the common area for your use. I always stay in the large standard room which includes a kitchenette and drop-leaf bar table for eating meals and using your computer. They are very responsive if you run out of towels or toilet paper. The hairdryer provided is very strong and includes different attachements. There's lots of space for clothing and bags. The TV is a smart TV with multiple applications available. The AC responds quickly to remote inputs and cools well. You can go the entire time without seeing another guest, which gives an illusion of privacy that is really nice. I will always go here when staying in Rome! The Vikey remote key can be painful at times. If you are out and your phone dies, you're left with no way of getting into the apartment (unless you memorize the code or write it somewhere). There's poor reception in the fifth floor hallway, so you may struggle to get the Vikey remote key to even load on your phone! If you are running downstairs for something quick, it becomes an entire process of pressing buttons and waiting that can be frustrating. The shower is smaller than you'd expect considering how large everything else is. There is no full body mirror in the room, so getting dressed is a gamble. On several occasions during long stays I have contemplated buying a full body mirror at a store just so I could see my outfit before I set out! The lack of an overhead light can make the room appear dim. If you need a good amount of light at night to read or write or for a video call, I would suggest turning on the light over the shelves and angling it towards the bed. Otherwise, you only have the bedside lighting.
• Jeffrey (8/5): Great Neighborhood Location for Dining and Getting Around - The location was great, being a couple blocks from the Metro and about 15-20 minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica. It was just around the corner from a street that had many restaurant options. The bed was comfortable and it was nice being in a residential building with local residents. The room was incredibly quiet when I needed to sleep and at the times I needed to do work. The first day was a little rocky due to a mistake with setting up the app for accessing the building, apartment and room. It was finally sorted in the evening with the help of one of the team members, and was fine the rest of my week. The level of quiet depends on the other guests. My first couple nights were very quiet, but the last couple nights had other guests who were louder. Nothing too bad, but something to be aware of.

• Zehra (6/5): Ideal for a short stay - The apartment was quite central, and the room was clean. The bed was comfy. There is a cute, well-equipped kitchen. The host was mostly available online. Overall we needed more info on many things. Main building, apartment and room door are all locked with a digital lock that works via a smartphone. There were instructions about how to unlock the room door but no instructions about how to lock it. You definitely need internet and a charged phone for this property. One night another tenant locked the physical lock of the apartment door from inside and we couldn’t enter at 1am in the morning which was very frustrating. Wifi code was not noted anywhere. Our stay was short so it was ok on our side, but there was no daily service to clean the room/change towels.
