The property has no balcony but though it's worth to stay as its damn cold and freezing temperature below - 17.. For family the property is perfect as it offers bunk bed one top and below with ample space for 4 to sleep and a sofa bed as well for 2. The property is situated in the new Gudauri area very near to the ski and cable car just walking distance of 2 min. Restaurant are all mostly Georgian or fast food outlets. As its was Feb last week it snowed and the whole place was completely covered with snow followed with light and heavy snowfall. Recommend that carry heavy warm jackets with gloves and winter caps also prepare well to walk in the snow with boots which are waterproof otherwise you will feel too cold in your feet that will leave you with pain or numbness especially for small kids as well as elders. In the end we enjoyed the stay and really had the most wonderful time of our life. Breakfast is not available at the property so cooking was the only option.

It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cutlery, a stove, an oven, and a dining table that easily expands. The apartment comfortably accommodates 3–4 people with plenty of space. The view from the balcony overlooking the mountains is absolutely breathtaking! the location Simply unbeatable – right in New Gudauri, close to everything! Restaurants, a supermarket, the casino is just a minute away, and the ski resort itself is only a 3-minute walk. The bathroom and shower are brand new and high-quality, with plenty of storage space, a TV, and a cozy atmosphere to relax after a day on the slopes. Without a doubt, one of the best apartments in the area. Highly recommended! ❄🏔

Amanda (4/5): Mediocre when there are tons of other places to stay. - The guy that came to meet me with the keys was nice. The room was clean and the tv had Netflix once I plugged the router in. It’s a short walk to the restaurants and lifts. The bunk bed made the room a good size for a small family. There were no towels, and the blankets were too small for the bed. Checkin was overly complicated with no google maps pin, and no parking available in the mostly empty parking garage. The booking confirmation said they did NOT take cash, then at checkin they could ONLY take cash, not the card I brought to pay. Not seamless, but the host was friendly. More of an AirBNB experience than hotel. Wouldn’t choose it again - there are plenty other options.

Cassie (7/5): If the price is right, the room is great with an excellent location! - The location was very great. Check in was easy once I was given directions. Room was spacious and close to the lift. Water pressure and water heat was great. Blow dryer was new and high quality. Room was exactly as pictured. Communication through booking messages was adequate. David at the front desk (completely separate and unaffiliated from this property was very nice and helpful!) You can hear EVERYTHING in this room. You can hear when people walk by, talk on the phone, push the elevator with the loud ding sound, and kids running around. It's located on the first floor and the upstairs tenants kept stomping and moving furniture all day/night. Other tenants in the surrounding rooms wanted to party all night so there was loud music and screaming until early hours of the morning every night. I didn't sleep well even with ear plugs. The shower wouldn't drain and turned into a pool of water very quickly. There were a couple of damages in the room that I had to note like the cabinet door under the kitchenette sink wasn't screwed on and the light cover strip above the kitchenette sink was not attached and loose wires were showing. This property only accepts cash payment which was not noted anywhere on the listing. I never saw an ATM as stated in the listing and went to SPAR. The wifi was spotty despite the router being in the room.
