- Ivan (6/5): Ok-ish, but was expecting more. - Exceptionally responsive and kind host. It was really easy to reach him by phone, receive advice about the town etc. 1. There is one A/C in the hallway; thus, the bedroom doors must be kept open all the time. 2. The 2 villas are not properly separated, and there is no privacy. 3. The living room does not look like a living room. 4. There are 2 bathrooms, BUT only one has a shower. Both of them are amortized.

It has two beautiful terraces overlooking the sea, well equiped, the AC is new and works very well, fast internet and in a quiet area, but walking distance from the restaurants, the beach and the clubs. I can't think of a better location in Kalithea, so we would choose it again for a future vacation. Everything was fantastic.

The view was breathtaking, the home environment was cozy, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The attention to detail and care taken in maintaining the property made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families who’s looking to unwind and enjoy some peace and tranquility. The only things we felt missing were a coffee maker, a washing machine, and a few extra plates and bowls.

The view of the sea is magnificent, the beach and the city center are nearby. The whole family really appreciated the warm welcome, availability and kindness of Chris the owner are exemplary. We highly recommend this place.
