- ryotaro (8/5): コスパが高い宿 - 最寄り駅からも近く建物と部屋は新しい感じでとても良いと感じた。また、アパートということもあり十分な広さであり新宿や渋谷や横浜などに行くのもアクセスがとても良かった。近くにコンビニやスーパーもあり生活がしやすかった。 クッションの汚れが気になったのとドライヤーのコードの接触が良くなかった。 テレビの使い方がよくわからず、あまり利用しなかった。

- ITSUKI (5/5): 一長一短 - 清潔感があり、安かったが部屋がすごく広かった。 湯船の保温機能もある。それぞれの部屋にエアコンがありました 番号を入れて開けるキーボックスが、事前に伝えられていた番号と違かったため、緊急コールセンターにかけたら伝える番号が間違っていたとの事。 伝えられた番号が違うとのクチコミがチラホラあったので改善されるかわかりません、、、 またモニターはHDMIが挿せないタイプなので、ゲーム機器では遊べなさそうです。

They were always ready to help The room was not clean at all, the ac smelled like garbage, and the sink stank of sewage. The hallways were littered with trash as well.

Acá tenía las dos primeras pero falló la tercera. Igual digo que la relación calidad precio está MUY bien La limpieza. Sillón donde debían dormir mis hijos manchado. Muy manchado. Pelos en la almohada de la cama grande. Las toallas de cuerpo son una risa de delgadas y chicas El apartamento es moderno pero lo han maltratado y no le han puesto cariño. Tuve que arreglar la puerta de la ducha que estaba decalzada.y la del ropero que no cerraba Muy estrictos con el horario. No pude entrar en un día de lluvia ni media hora antes (y lo acepto porque las reglas estaban claras, así que no quito ni medio punto por esto), con el pretexto que no podían asegurar la limpieza si entraba antes de las 16. Esperé hasta las 16 y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Una pena porque se ve que los administradores se esfuerzan. Responden siempre rápido
- LAWRENCE (6/5): - Great location, close proximity to Omorimachi station, grocery stores, etc. Specific to the room I stayed in on the first floor: - the room had a consistent odor, like a body odor, that seemed trapped in the couch, carpet, and cushions. I opened the windows daily and also purchased my own room deodorizer spray, but each time I came back at night, the odor reappeared. - aircon seemed like it needed cleaning and maintenance because it would shift between temperatures despite not making any changes to the settings. - the window sills had a thick layer of dust. - was surprised the bed was not firm like beds commonly found in Japanese hotels and pillows were.. not the most uniform or comfortable. - perhaps this is user error but was unable to adjust vol. on the tv

- Karl (10/5): The place is lovely and super new - It is near to Oi Racecourse which the Largest Tokyo Flea Market is being held on weekdays. No elevator, but it’s okay it’s just the second Floor. The shower placement does not line up with the tub which will cause water to spill on the floor.

- Anisa (7/5): Great but needs a little bit of improvement on the cleanliness and amenities. - Provided bath towels, toothbrushes and soaps. Close to food shops like Komeda, Gusto, Sukiya. Close to train station. The bath towels were small. Towels and bed sheets were a bit dirty as there were some hair and dust on them. The sofa bed was not stable so it was not comfortable to use.

Słaby kontakt z obsługą, reszta może być. - Całkiem fajna lokalizacja, cicha dzielnica mieszkalna , blisko 7/11, stacja kolejowa, kilka barów Olbrzymi problem z uzyskaniem klucza do pokoju - otwieranie skrzynki pocztowej gdzie miała byc schowana skrzyneczka z kluczem niezgodne z instrukcją - problem mechaniczny. W skrzynce pocztowej nie było właściwej dla gości skrzyneczki z kluczami ( były 2 inne), wobec czego otrzymany kod do tej skrzyneczki nie działał. Po kilkunastu probach kontaktu z obsługą i tylko dzieki pomocy jednego z sasiadow udalo sie porozumiec z obslugą i otrzymać inny kod który otworzył skrzyneczki z kartą do pokoju. W mieszkaniu urządzenia były wyłączone, skutkiwm czego byl problem z uruchomieniem pralki (zakręcony doplyw wody) i cieplej wody (wyłączone urządzenie podgrzewajace). Mieszkanie wymaga konserwacji technicznej - dokręcenia zawiasów drzwi do łazienki (aby je zamknąć trzeba je podnieść lekko do góry)

- shaochi (10/5): - 雖是無人辦理入住，但先前就一直提供相關資訊與提醒，辦理入住更是簡單易懂，讓出發前安心不少，飯店離京急大森町站很近，到羽田機場也只要17分鐘，附近還要超市可以採買，飯店環境設備很新，廚房電器一應具全，還有洗衣，真是個很好的住宿體驗，下次再到東京還會再來入住

- Enzo (10/5): The best place to visit Tokyo for a group of 3 - One of the best places to stay to explore Tokyo. It's hard to find anything to really criticise, being so close to the Haneda Airport that you're only 20 minutes away on the subway KK line, to being able to access most of inner Tokyo through Shinagawa Station, it's the perfect place for a small group (2-3 people) to have fun in such a big city! The appliances, while small in number, are all a nice touch that make going there instead of a hotel worth it. The small washing machine, microwave, gas burner, and even a vacuum (useful for vacuum-sealed bags when travelling!) made the entire trip a pure bliss! Now when it come to the area, don't expect the buzz and rush of most of Tokyo, while at first you may be shocked at the calm and maybe disappointed by the very local nature of stores in it, you'll soon love the ability to relax in a place without the noise that central districts like Akihabara or Ikebukuro have, while remaining fairly accessible through Shingawa station (20 minutes away in subway) which open up the entiretiy of Tokyo. And finally, the price! Maybe this will change in the future, but for my group of 3, we would be hard-pressed to find anything better than this place to stay in. While a bit small (which is logical, we're in Tokyo after all), it's surprisingly usable once you get used to it. And for any questions, the hosts are available seemingly 24/7! I'll definitely go back there next year for another trip! A few things would be nice to see, but those are mostly minor, so future guests don't have to worry too much since the hosts are incredibly helpful : - A small tutorial on how to use the washing machine and shower dryer (quite challenging at first...) - Leaving 1-2 phone chargers (no need for the USB cable, just something that would give people lacking enough adapters for all their devices a lot less trouble)

- MIKO (10/5): - 駅からは徒歩5分くらい6泊したのに料金が凄く安くキッチンも食器も揃ってました。フライパンは１個しかなかったですが私たちには十分でした。とても綺麗で満足です。 ドライヤーが壊れていたのは残念でしたがすぐ対応して頂けました。

- Luciana (7/5): - Location is fine. 15 minutes walking from Omorimochi Station. New furniture. Nice communication with the proprietary. They always answer gently and quickly. Good rules to keep daily life organized. <3 You have to use extra clothes indoor because the heating is too weak. Warmed water, in kitchen faucet, only works after using warmed water in the bathroom.

- Hervien (1/5): Poor - Upon arriving I found hair on the bed, living room floor, toilet floor and most disgusting is hair in the bathroom sink. I had to take the vacuum cleaner to clean it myself. They claimed this is still partly cleaned and refused full refund without charge because they offered re-cleaning after a few hours I requested a refund and I had to look for another place to stay. This is my most disappointing stay in Japan and I am very disappointed with this customer service

- Marina (10/5): Nice, quiet, and very friendly. - The location, nice quiet area away from the busy city, but close enough to get to the city. The neighborhood was really nice and welcoming as well. Kinda difficult to check in if you don’t have strong internet or phone service, but other than that everything was good.
- Junshi (6/5): Small apartment in quiet residential area - The apartment is fairly well equipped with generally decent facilities. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and the host did not respond promptly. The apartment was cramped for three people and it seems like the provided towels and bedsheets were not cleaned thoroughly.
- Lewis (10/5): Nice stay - Great stay, very comfy. Provided essentials which was very much appreciated. It was also conveniently next to many shops and restaurants. No complaints
- Bidaman (7/5): - Location Two of the cushions were moldy, and they were dirty enough that they should be thrown away. On the first day, the water in the bathroom didn’t drain properly, and when I checked, the drain was clogged. It should be cleaned. Also, Netflix and other streaming services didn’t work at all. I noticed other guests had mentioned the same issue in the past, but it still hasn’t been fixed.

- Matěj (9/5): - Apartmán byl poměrně nový, obsahoval základní vybavení kuchyně, komunikace s provozovatelem byla skvělá, stejně jako samoobslužný check in. Když jsme se ubytovali, nebylo úplně dokonale uklizeno, zejména podlahy, které vypadaly, že je předtím nikdo nevysál a nevytřel (cizí vlasy, fleky). Bylo by dobré, kdyby ze strany provozovatele probíhal důkladnější úklid. Ocenili bychom větší polštář.

- Reina (4/5): There are local shops on the other side of the tracks and it's a fun walk through town. - Very nice and quiet location. The check-in process wasn’t clear and easy. Only one key card is allowed per room. If you are leaving with your roommate, you must wait until they return to their room. Small outside dumpster and it was full everyday.
