Bruno (10/5): Excellent - I had a wonderful stay here in Naples! The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay — a well-equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, a cozy bed, and even a television for some relaxing time. But the true highlight is Mr. Frank, the owner. He makes you feel completely at home and treats his guests like old friends. It was an amazing experience, and I would definitely come back!

Jill (8/5): We will go back if available - My son and I got to Naples @ 9:15 pm . The room we had reserved for that night they gave away. So we went thru Booking.com it took about 5 minutes they responded quickly and was ready when we pulled in. Nothing. It was clean,smelled fresh close to where we had to go.

Kimberly (10/5): An absolute pleasure. - It was a very nice place. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If we wanted we could cook on the full stove. There was a full sized Refrigerator to store food. It was very much like a small apartment which was much nicer than a hotel room. The bed was a little hard, but all and all it was fine.
Ella (8/5): Photos didn't do it justice. - Was a lot nicer than the photos. Very comfortable beds - including the sofa bed. Nice to have a kitchen, water and snacks in the fridge were a nice touch.

It is essentially a converted studio apartment in a multifamily neighborhood. I did not pick that information up in the description.
