• Najib (8/5): - Excellent staff, well maintained facilities. The beach and pool was perfect. Location near to Penarek Roundabout, where all the food is at. Staff tried to make amends due to room not to our expectations (see don't like section), so cannot fault that. We were given a room which is unlike the one in the pictures. The room, while it is claimed that it is the same or bigger in area, has very limited room and space in front of the bed. The pictures of the room showed there was a wide space, however our space was very small and hard to navigate with 3 bags. That makes us feel that this room is not what we booked.
• Faridah (9/5): An idyllic beachfront retreat - Quiet and scenic location, beachfront and away from the crowds. Landscaped garden and gated - hence good security. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Chalets are spacious, well maintained and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. There's a small cafe and common sitting area for you to relax and chill. Everything is great but some guests may find the location far from town (about 1 hour from Kuala Terengganu) - but that's what make this place idyllic. There are lots of restaurants about 15 mins drive away but they tend to serve the same type of food. However, some chalets have kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.

• Fadzli (9/5): excellent stay! - i loved everything about this place. close to the beach, the chalet is clean, comfy and tastefully decorated, perfect for solo or group getaway. the staffs were very attentive and helpful, they kindly arranged my day trip to Pulau Redang, making the process smooth and enjoyable. plenty of kedai makan ikan celup tepung, keropok lekor just 3-4 km away from the property. everything was perfect :)

• Ane Terry (6/5): - Entorno tranquilo Reservamos para 5 personas y la casa/habitación constaba de 2 camas grandes y un pequeño diván, no apropiado para dormir. No había cocina y el apartamento es más pequeño de lo que parece. Para acercarse al muelle de los ferrys es necesario un taxi (difícil de conseguir).

La habitación es amplia, cómoda, cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventilador, y ofrece agradables vistas con acceso directo a la piscina. El lugar es tranquilo y el personal es encantador y muy servicial, lo que hace que la estancia sea realmente agradable. Nos ha gustado todo.

We have tried the 2 bed room chalet and recently, stayed at the newly built chalet suite unit. Received complimentary breakfast on our last stay and the food was good. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Of course, we will be back again and again. Worth the drive up all the way from Singapore! Nothing

• Mohammad (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, great aesthetics, looks very nice, great ambience. It's dirty. Dusty area, the washroom itself has poor hygiene. Jelly like substance on the floor. We did ask staff to clean it, which they eventually did. Water heater did not work, though it was eventually rectified.

• Sinna (10/5): Relaxing stay by the pool overlooking the sea. - Beautifully designed new chalet overlooking the lap pool, garden and sea. Late night requests for additional mattresses were prompt. Netflix loading took awhile due wifi connection but was okay after twice restarting .
• Azraei (10/5): Relaxing Stay with a Lovely Pool - I recently stayed at the Suite Chalet with a pool and it was a wonderful experience. The pool was a refreshing retreat and the homestay itself was cozy and well-maintained. The host was friendly and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay with a touch of luxury. Can't wait to visit again! Challenging weather conditions, It was scorching hot during my stay. I hope the weather will be a lot better during my next stay :)

Towels available, there is small gate access to the beach. Not related with the resort, only that hard to find ATM, or convinient store nearby, only offer similar food available along the road.
