- Joanna (5/5): Great fun playing pool in the evening. Would not return to the villa due to multiple issues encountered during our stay - We liked that the villa was close to what we considered to be the best beach on the island. The villa was spacious and we enjoyed using the pool table Lacked attention to detail by managing agents. 1). Notified Bay Villas via WhatsApp of leaking toilet on our second day - by the time we left 11 days later, no one had come to look at it. 2). Notified BV via WhatsApp of pool needing to be cleaned as looked green. Someone came, said they’d be back but never did return. 3). Due to the building noise below the villa, we were not able to relax comfortably by the pool without wearing noise cancelling headphones. This should be reflected in the price. 4). The flooring in the villas was dirty. Had been swept but not mopped.
