• ciriaca (10/5): Beautiful gardens and relaxing atmosphere - Beautiful and peaceful bungalow surrounded by well-curated gardens. Very clean and only a few minutes’ walk from the centre. The atmosphere of the place is lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast was good overall. However, the vegetarian option was quite limited, especially for longer stays, as it was mostly the same pancakes and fruit every morning. One thing that could be improved is the welcome and communication at reception. The older lady was very kind, but the owner often seemed distant and rarely smiled, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable to ask for help or mention issues. There were also a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom: the toilet spray was extremely strong, while the shower pressure was uneven and uncomfortable.
• Erika (10/5): - The bungalow is very close to the walking street so to the centre of Pai, the structure is very quiet. I had two fans in the room but anyway during the day it was unfeasible to stay inside because of the heat.

Super zufrieden, wir haben 2x verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist auch top. Ca. 5min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Nachts dafür super ruhig. Für den Preis… echt Wow..: unschlagbar! Eigentlich hat alles gepasst.

Very private and secure, loved the hammock. Beds very comfy. The host was amazing and friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was also a lovely extra. • Julia (10/5): Lovely stay! - This was a perfect stay for us in Pai! The walking street, main village area and nice restaurants were at walking distance, yet the location of the cottage was still calm and peaceful. The garden looked amazing, and the cottage had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Breakfast was basic but nice to wake up to. Thank you so much!

• Isaïas (9/5): Un petit coin calme dans Pai - Personnel adorable. L’hôte est très sociable et communique avec vous. La vue depuis le logement est magnifique. Le petit patio devant la chambre avec hamac est vraiment agréable. Le petit déjeuner est fait maison et les pancakes sont les meilleurs que j’ai gouté en Thaïlande. Ils proposent des tours. Le lit est un peu dur donc si vous n’aimez pas ça, allez ailleurs.

• Eric (10/5): Voltreffer - De locatie is niet zover van het centrum. De kamers/chalets zijn ruim en van alle comfort voorzien. Er is geen airco maar er staan drie ventilatoren ter beschikking. Ik heb ze moeten afleggen het werd te fris 's nachts. Het ontbijt was prima, de eerste plaats waar er zo'n divers aanbod is. Geen enkel idee, ik zou niet weten wat zo'n kwaliteit aan deze prijs super. Enige minpuntje zou kunnen zijn is de communicatie zoals op veel plaatsen in Thailand is Engels niet zo ingeburgerd.

• Heinz-willi (8/5): Quiet bungalow in the countryside - - My bungalow was quiet because it was not directly on the street. - No loud music. - No air conditioning, so the bungalow is very hot in the afternoon. - Breakfast is simple and nothing special - Bungalows that are right on the street are unlikely to be quiet. - You need a taxi from the bus stop to the accommodation. - On foot without luggage it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get to the center.
• Iuliia (9/5): I was happy to spend 2 nights here, good choice for its price. - The balcony and the view were so relaxing. The location is very good, easy to get to the walking street but in a quiet neighbourhood. The mosquito net needs to be updated. Some people mentioned that the hot water is only in the shower, not in the sink, and that the shower is not separated. But these are common things in Thailand, you just need to get used to it. There’s no soundproof so you can perfectly hear loud drunk people passing by at night. But this is not the property’s problem, but people who have no respect to others.

The staff does not seem in a good mood and could be a bit more relaxed and not knock at your door at exactly 11 for you to leave.

Hot water working great. 5 minute walk from the main walking street. The breakfast was so great and Em the owner is so nice, the guesthouse made our stay in Pai amazing❤️ Everything is perfect!!!

Staff were nice and friendly. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom - no idea what it was but it was terrible, most likely the drains but hard to tell. Supposed to be a double bed based on my booking but our room had 2 singles instead. Room was quite small and a bit dank, although there was a nice deck to sit outside on.

• Ciara (7/5): Great location - Location was great. A short walk to the main streets. Very quiet but still with cute little coffee shops and scooter rental places around. The garden and view of the mountains are gorgeous. The shower was lovely and plenty of hot water. The breakfast being included was a nice extra. The room felt quite damp the whole time. No kettle for cups for tea/coffee. Felt quite rushed checking out. You could tell the owner was stressed to get the next people in early or something.

The bathroom was very slippery and a real hazard when wet. I fell on my back and there was no ice available at the reception.

• Isabelle (8/5): Great Guesthouse - We had a great stay ! The room is simple but confortable and clean, hammock on the balconny with chairs and table to relax, little fridge and mosquito net, and the breakfast included was good ! The location is ideal because it's quiet and only 5 min walking (walk across the bamboo bridge) from the main street where all the shops, restaurants and night market are. We will come back there for sure next time 🙂.
• Leyna (6/5): Pleasant - Lovely location across the river away from the noise of Pai walking street. Just 10 minute walk to the centre. The bungalows are basic but clean. There were two fans in the room but only one worked which made it hard to sleep..very hot during the night. If you are afraid of bugs do not stay here because some creepy crawlies will enter the bungalow.

• Elisabete (10/5): My home in Pai - quite and perfect - This is my place in Pai. I stayed in 2 different places but here I felt home. Quite, an amazing garden with mountains views, I had my own bungalow with a balcony peaceful, with table and chairs and an hammock to be the entire day and night. You just listen birds. The breakfast is perfect. The staff is nice. This is in the peaceful side of the river. Definitely where you should stay. The busy side it’s too laud and too busy. Here is peaceful.

Only a few minutes walking to the main street. Great value There are construction works around, so you'll hear quite a bit of noises during the day. Nothing the guesthouse can do about, but not a massive issue as they don't start too early and finish not late

The included breakfast is very good and you have 4 options (including amazing homemade pancakes) additionally of all already provided on the breakfast buffet ! And finally, the hosts are so kind and do everything they can to offer you the best experience in Paï! I highly recommend this place ! Thank you so much again ! Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Nomadic (2/5): Very poor - Very basic accomodation. It could be nice in a quiet area, but not near the village road. Constant, even night's and early morning noise from motorbikes behind the wall didn't let me sleep. (Ear plugs don't help). Straw walls, zero soundproofing.

Ok it was very warm during the afternoon but it was the dry hot season while I was here. Just need to take a lot of cold showers to cool off. Nothing really.

Maybe a 7,5/10 can recommend! - Nice yard to just sit down and eat breakfast etc. The bungalows were clean and had hammocs to really get that chill Pai vibe. Didnt have AC so during the day it was really hot and night was freezing, but not really a problem cause thats kinda part of the vibe of staying in bungalows.
