Наличие своего индивидуального парковочного места для автомобиля делает путешествие удобным. Инфраструктура рядом с домом пока не развита. Чтобы купить питьевую воду ,, пришлось ехать в супермаркет за пару километров. Было бы не плохо при заселении ,найти от хозяина в холодильнике комплимент в виде бутылочки воды, и на кухне пару пакетиков чая. Не могу сказать что это критично, но это подняло бы рейтинг оценки аренды .

• OCA (10/5): Totul a fost conform așteptărilor. Gazda foarte receptivă. - Ne-am simțit foarte bine. Locul este liniștit, apartamentul este foarte curat. Gazda a fost receptivă și a găsit soluții pentru doleanțele noastre, chiar dacă i le-am transmis pe ultima sută de metri. Cu siguranță locul va fi pe listă în cazul unei reveniri în acea zonă din București.

• Levente (10/5): - The property is located in a premium new-built estate. It is very well-maintaned, clean and well-equipped. There is a bus stop right in front of the house with frequent departures to the nearest metro station. The host is communicative, collecting the keys was fairly easy. You even get a parking space, although we didn't use it. There are few facilites around, but nothing too dramatic. The water pressure is a little low in the shower, but that's typical for the country. Otherwise, it's great value for the price.
• Maximilian Kimba (10/5): - Am ales acest apartament deoarece e destul de aproape de aeroport si noi am ajuns in Bucuresti pentru a decola spre Bari. Totul a fost conform asteptarilor. Este o zona destul de linistita. Pentru cumparaturi exista un Mega foarte aproape.

They were very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The only thing missing was a microwave, but it was not essential for us. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which was truly a blessing considering how busy and lively Bucharest is. The location was also very convenient — close to the business center where we had our exam, and not far from Bucharest Băneasa Aurel Vlaicu International Airport. A special thank you to the host for allowing us a slightly later check-out — it made a huge difference for us, as we had a flight just a couple of hours later. -

Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e mezza e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua abbiamo trovato. Avevo chiesto di effettuare il check out un ora dopo. Dapprima accordato e la mattina dopo mi ha riferito di uscirmene entro l’ora stabilita. Poca serietà

• Antonia (10/5): Wonderful - New, clean, cozy,well looked for, wonderful apartment, with all the equipment for a pleasant stay.A Coffee machine, the bath was great -all day long hot water..:)) +hair dryer, even deo spray and body lotion .Really thoughtful was the nice books you can read in several languages.There is an iron, a nice terrace for smokers like me.And the host is really helpful.I asked for extra coffees and she delivered them in short time.The private parking lot is very convinient and close to the entrance and elevators.Well done !I It takes 5 minutes by a car to be at Rome Expo, 10 min to Banneassa shopping city, Ikea and maybe 15 min to the airport, 10 min by car to city center. Great location calm and quite.I will come again .Thank you!

• adi (10/5): Highly recommended - Very clean, bigger than I expected, equipped with what I needed including a good iron. I am here for work purposes but ended up very much relaxing in this apartment, it was very pleasant. The shower facility was very nit and nice. The place smelled really good. Also, the interaction with the owner was very easy and nice, very kind. If you are picky about the bed, it is not like a hotel bed. But for me it was perfect, relatively firm (in a good way).

Zona în care e amplasat apartamentul, la marginea orașului, e potrivită mai degrabă pentru acces cu mașina, sigur nu pe jos și cu atât mai puțin pentru o femeie singură. În rest totul a fost excelent.
