Guest Reviews
- Franco Svehla Stefanac (10/5): -
- Jeanna (10/5): Great place to stay especially as a family. Great location, right next to Top Golf, Main Event and plenty of eateries a - The location, the space, cleanliness, staff NA
- Tyler (10/5): It was enjoyable. Would look to book here again in the future - I enjoyed the space N/A
- Kendra (7/5): -
- Devin (8/5): Great place - Staff not always in office
- Bailey (10/5): I loved it! Clean inside and out! - Clean and quiet Everything was good!
- Caroline (7/5): It was what was I was expecting but with super thin walls. - The room was set up like a mini apartment with a kitchen and living room and separate bedroom which I really liked. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator complete with a freezer that was in new condition and I liked that there was a stove and microwave. I also loved the kitchen island as I was able to study really well there. I liked the big tvs in both the living room and the bedroom. When there were quiet guests around me, I really enjoyed it. There was a nice courtyard with an outdoor kitchen area complete with a grill and cornhole game. I also liked that I couldn’t hear anything happening in the courtyard from my room- there was a really loud group in the courtyard one night and I couldn’t hear them until I opened the door. The gym was limited but had updated equipment- I saw one treadmill and I think one stair-master and one elliptical but they were all in really good condition. There was also a laundry room which is always a perk. I had no problem with the WiFi- which was free, and the area is walking distance to a top golf (couldn’t hear the golfers which was nice) and a strip mall with a movie theater, Chick-fil-A, whataburger, coffee shops, etc. The bedding, pillows and couch were not comfortable. Also the walls were so thin I could hear entire conversations through them. There was a family in the room next to me one night and someone was on FaceTime for about two hours and I could hear entire parts of their conversation. Also, there was a child probably about 5 or 6 that would not stop jumping on the bed and screaming from 6 pm until around midnight. I tried to move from the bedroom to the living room to sleep on the couch but I could still hear everything from their bedroom just as loud in the living room. This was very frustrating as I couldn’t sleep through the screaming and there was no one at the front desk to call about this as lobby hours weren’t operational at 11 pm. I also heard more from their bathroom than I would have preferred. It’s worth mentioning that I had more quiet neighbors that I had no problems with tho and I could barely tell were there.

- Brittany (7/5): Will stay again, But…. - I loved the layout and amenities of the room! It was the perfect set up! The cleaning services needs to be improved. Floors were dirty, I found multiple hairs in the king size bed and a shaving of something I don’t even know what it was. There was also empty fruit punch drink containers under the pull out bed. No dish soap and didn’t use enough dishes to really run a load (only used a single cup).
We brought a fan just because we have to have one to sleep and yet the people above us all night felt the need to be obnoxiously loud and stomp around as if it was their own personal home with no one around them. So I didn’t sleep pretty much at all all night, but that was just because of the rude disrespectful guess on the 3rd floor… the bed was soft and comfy so that’s a plus.
All in all, we would stay again but definitely wish there was front staff so we could’ve asked them to kindly tell the people upstairs that there is people trying to sleep at 2:30am & then I’d bring my own bottle of multi purpose cleaning products just as a precaution Hahaha

- Diane (10/5): - spacious, clean and kitchen N/A
- sylvia (10/5): our stay was wonderful - the beds were comfy..the place was clean....the living room was comfortable. the kitchen had everything we needed, the tv are nicw sizes the bath tub was not draining fast
- Shawn (10/5): - I like the fact they have quiet hours so customers can rest. The only thing I didn't like was one of the kitchen drawers would not stay closed.

- Sade (9/5): Superb - The location and the Amenities in the suite The elevator is always dirty, they can have it clean daily, also the laundry room.
- Edward (9/5): Superb -
- Trinesha (5/5): The Caucasian guys where creepy there but everything else fine - The way the room was shaped The staff where nice
- Darwin (3/5): There where a ton of food crumbs wrappers and at least two hand fulls of Cheerios inside the pull out couch! The said al -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): This hotel was a prime location for local attractions, it also had plenty of space and a full kitchen was a great amenit - The location. Loud music at night.
- Hillary (3/5): Bad - I loved the location and the room. There was a smell of marajuana outside our room the entire stay. There was also people banging around and making noise in the rooms surrounding us all hours of the night. There was a physical altercation between a man and his girlfriend. They were drunk and the cops were called. It was nothing but drugs and drama the entire stay and the staff didn’t do anything to resolve these issues.
- Carla (7/5): It was cool and the staff was nice but the cleaning staff needs to inspect the rooms better before check in time. I woul - It was new, fairly large, and modern. I ended up with a wheelchair accessible room so keep that in mind- my room/bathroom didn’t fully look like the pictures (small sink) but I actually enjoyed the bench in the shower, the large bathroom, and the shower head. The living room couches weren’t low, so it was easy to get up and down off the couch. The TVs were a great size and offered lots of channels. It was quiet and I like the motorized blackout curtains/shades. It was a staycation for me so I brought my normal essentials with me since they didn’t provide much except towels and basic dishes. The floor was dirty like I could still see boot prints throughout it and some dirt and a dead spider plus puddle marks on surfaces. There was no dish soap or paper towels which I’m use to having at an extended stay. The dishwasher was still full and the soggy pod was still sitting in it from the last guest. They don’t have ice vending but they provide 2 ice trays in the freezer if you’d like ice. It’s an old school coffee pot and not a Keurig if you want coffee. My digital keys didn’t work as the site couldn’t locate my reservation number so heads up, if you come on a weekend, be there before the office closes at 5pm! I made a video but not many photos.
- Vicki (9/5): Superb -
- Reginald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mena (9/5): Superb -
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean and quiet Nothing
- David (6/5): Not built to last - This is a new facility with a great location. the construction of the building is on the cheap side with thin walls. A loose fitting elevator also keyless entry system needs improvement.
- Joy (3/5): Poor - Staff doesn’t clean anything the courtyard has seating and a grill and nothing gets cleaned the courtyard sidewalks disgusting didn’t get hosed off this place will be a dump in a year
Apparently construction workers live there even though this is advertised as a hotel…not impressed with this property
- James (8/5): Very good - Location is great, new facility
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (5/5): Passable - The place was clean and set up nice It's way overpriced, the prices fluctuated even though it's set up to be a long term rental. It was over $3k month to stay here. Management did not police common areas, people would get extremely loud.
- William (5/5): Passable -
- Kristi (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about this place!
I only wish that we had found it sooner..My son has been at Baylor this past year, so we have made a lot of trips to see him and have stayed in hotels, rental homes, etc. This place eas the best !!
- Esther (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (7/5): Nice stay - The room was great. I wish there was more soap for the dish washer and a sponge and dish soap for the dishes There was a shortage in my room with the stove had to turn the power on and off to get it to work
- Glenn (10/5): Definitely stay Again - Everything Nothing
