• Joao (7/5): Muito potencial, mas muito a melhorar. - Casa bem localizada, com boas divisões da casa WC's e quartos... 1h de espera pela chave no check-in. Cozinha com poucos utensílios e os que havia estavam completamente sujos. Chão da casa cheio de cabelos e com sinais de falta de limpeza. Manipulo da porta a sair.

• Laura (5/5): We were glad that stayed for one night only - Apartments located in the very oldtown place, which is convinient for walking at night, but absolutelly not suitable comming by car. You can reach place by foot only, which might be difficult carrying luggage. No parking, no windows, very basic interior, small beds, very narrow shower cabins.

• Jane (8/5): Clean apartment, pretty OK area - The apartment was exceptionally clean, and spacious (there was no living room but the photos reflected that). Getting the key from Anna was easy - just WhatsApp her when you arrive. She is sweet and showed us the apartment. The location was pretty good - a short walk to what I think was the main street (lots of people/restaurants/stores). At first I was leary b/c of all the graffiti on the courtyard door and alley, but I soon realized that it is just the way of Napoli - it' all over (it was our first visit to this city). The communication with the host was good generally speaking. Breakfast was not included for us, so I can't comment on that. There were no wardrobes/dressers (unlike the photos) so we lived out of our suitcases which was OK for our one night, but I wouldn't like it for a longer stay. Finding the lot to park in was difficult as it was actually down the street a bit from the pin map I was sent. The private parking was said to be "on-site at €15" but it was almost a 10 min walk and €20 - still not bad for the area. It's on the first floor, which is good, except that the large window in the kitchen didn't have any blinds so I felt there was no privacy in (just) that room from the outside courtyard.

• Sabine (4/5): Sommaire et décevant. Endroit très bruyant. - Lit confortable Par contre dans la deuxième chambre il y avait un canapé convertible dont le matelas était affaissé. Endroit bruyant. Sanitaires encrassés (douche), flexible de douche qui fuit (et pas qu un peu). Sol non nettoyés à notre arrivée. Tapis de douche dégoûtant. Et pour clôturer le tout, il y avait des cafards dans la cuisine. La concierge a bien voulu stocker nos bagages en attendant que le logement soit prêt moyennant 5 euros le bagage. Taxe de séjour payée 5 euros alors qu annoncée à 4 ,50€ sur le site. A déconseiller

• Alice (9/5): Affascinante soggiorno in un ex carcere napoletano - Posizionata perfettamente in centro vicino a tutto, in una bella corte stile Napoli. Ristrutturato, con ogni comfort. Adatto a chi vuole vedere la città in un contesto local. Accoglienza top. Consigliato !!!

• SORAIA (7/5): - A localização é boa. Anna, que nos recebeu e com quem comuniquei, muito simpática! Próximo de vários locais de interesse e bom ter duas casas de banho. Atrasamos no check out, e a Anna foi muito atencioso. Eramos 4, e apesar de dois quartos, era o sofá da zona comum que tinha os lençóis prontos Alguns pormenores que não são relevantes mas devem ser melhorados. Não havia nenhum black out nas janelas, então a luz entrava de forma diretamente. O tampo de uma das sanitas estava partida e o depósito, que ficava em cima da sanita, a pingar.
• Tiziana (9/5): Consigliato si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare i quartieri spagnoli.... Bellissimi! - L'alloggio era molto carino provvisto di tutti i confort. Nulla l'unica pecca è che essendo dei quartieri spagnoli è un po' scomodo il parcheggio se i garage li hanno pieni.... Ovviamente non è colpa loro.

• Marianna (4/5): Ringraziamo la signora Anna per L impegno e la gentilezza - L unica cosa positiva è stata la signora Anna che ha cercato di metterci subito a nostro agio allontanando preoccupazioni e cercando di renderci un soggiorno piacevole La posizione ( vicoli stretti e bui con gente poco raccomandabile ) L ‘appartamento buio all interno di in cortile senza finestre o meglio con finestre e non in tutti gli ambienti che sembravano essere finestre di infernot , cantine .

• Rachel (8/5): Cosy, clean and comfy with a friendly host!! - The host was very friendly and helpful. The interior was very clean, cozy and modern. The exterior and the road leading to the place felt a little sketchy, especially but that's just Naples, just gotta trust the process. Still a great place overall!

• Éva (7/5): Good - Spacious accomodation, Anna is nice. Very good location, free coffee and tea. Enough toilet paper. Working hair dryer and air conditioner which made pleasant warm besides the gas heating which is good too. Not clean enough, Anna only speaks italian. Facilities are poorer than expected. We had to set the heating with help.

• Przemysław (5/5): Just a schematic location map + picture of the gate as seen from the street would solve the problem. - To say that location is perfect is to say nothing. 16 min from the main railway station/ALibus to the airport, walking distance to main tourist atteactions/museums (maybe except of the catacombs). Flat is spacious, two bathrooms is a blessing if you are a bigger group, cofee machine and plenty of capsules is very nice. Quiet location, safe quarter. Bedding, towels, toilet paper, toiletries like soap, shampoo - all in sufficient qnty. Finding the place and collecting the keys was a nightmare. The pictures shows internal courtyard,which is totally shielded from the street by a metal gate, so you cannot recognize the place by the pictures on booking. Google maps location is not accurate, leads to a crossroads some 50 m from the gate. We informed about arrival in advance, there was nobody waiting outside on the street. As per instructions from host, we called a lady , but she spoke no other language but Italian and was not able to help us as I am not Italian speaker. Then I wandered in the neighbourhood looking for this place as host was not available by phone. Fortunatelly came across a lady living in the very exact courtyard, so she helped us out. We waited another 20 min for the lady with keys. On entering the appartment I noticed a slip of paper taped to the frame and door of one of the bedrooms, sealing the entrance with some adnotation in Italian on it. As per the offer I booked, it was 2 bed appartment+2bathrooms and a salon, so the "sealed" bedroom was included, I ignored the paper and went in, to find rooms in a normal condition. Walked out, closed the door and saw the lady that'd let us in ,entering the salon. I asked about the adnotation, she said the bedroom and bathroom behind the door is out of use due to renovation... Knowing it is a hoax, I ordered making it available to us, as we needed (and paid for) it. She reached the owner by phone, only then it was cleared up. As we were 2 adults +2 kids the owner assumed we can use only beds in 1 bedroom and folded sofa in a salon, and money on cleaning the second bedroom can be saved...It added stress and was really weird, especially that on making a reservation I ensured there are 3 separate beds (I came with my mother). Overall logging in experience- disaster. Wifi did not worked for 1 day,they repaired. There may be no warm water, reboot gas furnace hanging on the wall just outside of the app.

• Rachael (6/5): Great for a short stay - Ground floor location, Bigger than the pictures suggest Warm welcome Basic accommodation, as with most of Naples this is under the flight path Note the entrance is a large gate which made it slightly harder to find
• Victoria (9/5): Neaopolitan experience. - The location was excellent, and the apartment was perfect for our needs with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lady who dealt with the handover was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the real Neaopolitan living. Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off the corners every time one of us turned.
• Zsuzsanna (9/5): Good atmosphere on the heart of centro storico - Great location even it seems quiet ruined outside, the apartment is simple but nice inside. In all respects was perfect for 1 night, including price. I would not spend a week here, because it is dark with limited windows to a neighbor court.
• Olivia (9/5): Wonderful stay in Naples! - Really wonderful stay in Naples! Loved the authenticity of the stay. Staff were extremely nice and accomodating. Room was huge with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, family room and heaps of facilities including air con. Would highly reccomend! Nothing it was great!
