- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The host is a pleasant person to deal with, and a wealth of information for any new travelers. The apartment is basically brand new with great security too. Cannot fault this place at all. I will be planning to stay there again in the near future.

- David (10/5): it looks like it does in the photos. And they continue to make improvements. - Matej’s apartment is an excellent place to stay in Skopje. It is walkable to lots of good restaurants and has a Tinex grocery market really close and has most everything you need - fresh vegetables, meat, deli, water, soda, beer, wine, cheese, paper products, coffee. And prices are reasonable. It is 12 minutes walk to really good kebabs and the best bakery. And close to 30 minutes to the statue of Alexander the Great. Cafes are everywhere, and you see people chatting and having coffee anytime of the day. The apartment itself has been newly renovated. I may have only been the second or third person to stay there. Everything is super clean. It has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. The washing machine is new. I didn’t use the dishwasher, but it is new. The balcony was also renovated and has new glass windows all around. The apartment is on the (European) third floor and there is no elevator. The host Pero is really helpful in providing recommendations on restaurants and cafes. And his son is really good at speaking English.
