• Jaderi (10/5): "Edens garden" with a view. - This was more than a clean room and good service. This was "Edens garden" with a view. Because when I travel solo as a girl with dog, I either get worried for not feeling safe or that the dog gets stressed. This is the first time besides from home that I did'nt feel anything of that. Paul and his partner were welcoming, gave you space and at the same time there when needed. Made sure that I and my dog had the best stay. And the neighborhood felt safe and calm. Close to the Mijac city who had affordable shops, bars, restaurants. If you like to hike there is a beautiful (and aromatic) trail with lavender, Rosemary and other herbs close by.

• John (9/5): Superb - Wonderful villa and superb hosts who provide access and use of all communal areas: excellent, modern kitchen, engaging living room, dining room with super views, plus pool / bbq / sun-lounging area, and garden below. Works together very well. The Annex is compact. As long as you recognize your relaxing time is in the rest of the house and gardens - which are lovely - and the Annex a place to just sleep and shower, you'll love this place. The driveway is gets the blood pumping and is fine for experienced drivers, but the less accomplished drivers or those with underpowered cars should take advantage of the hosts 'ferrying' service to take you up and down in their car, or they drive your own car for you. Excellent service. Its a little further out from Mijas than anticipated; hikeable rather than walkable. Booking.com's poor location indication on their map rather than any issue from the hosts
