• Nandana (1/5): When i got to the property,the hotel called me and said the room not available.very bad - Nothing very bad🤢 I booked a room for myself and my mother, but when I got to the property, the hotel called me and said the room was not available and I had to cancel the booking. They didn't give us a room that day.

• Delvin (1/5): Bad experience. They charged 700 rupees for an extra bed, one double room cost 1200. - Nothing, because they charged extra money from my parents. They fooled them, because they are old people. I booked 2 rooms, one for my parents and the other for two relatives of mine who are really old. They asked for an extra bed for the driver and charged 700 for it. That means, an extra bed on the floor costs more than the double bed for a person. Wow, that's interesting. Wait for the takeaway.!!Then, while vacating the room, they again took advantage of those poor old people by charging more money for commission charges. Such greedy morons. If I was there this should not happen.

• Raghavan (7/5): it was a good, comfortable , safety stay - rooms interior rooms and bathroom was clean and hygenic toilet accessories was available ac and fan was comfortable , staff behaviour , over all it was good eventhough it was mentioned in booking.com confirmation page aircondtioning will be there , but when we checked in they told only 2 deluxe room has ac and rest 4 rooms were non ac , later they alloted us 4 ac rooms and 1 nonac for 12 people and charged extra Rs.2116, that was acceptable for us , but booking.com should not mention the facilities which are not provided by the hotel

• Vivek (1/5): Bad - Nothing commendable. Unprofessional behaviour from staff. I asked for early check in and they agreed. After reaching they said no room and no early checkin is possible. They have shifted us to some other property. Gayathiri hotel which room was good. After contacting the customer care they have agreed for same amount as our booking. What they want is to pay more money since booking through online they won’t get much money. Even they confirmed 3 times. Don’t know why this happens

• P (10/5): Queens Restaurant, Old bus stand, a review. - We had stayed there for one night for a family visit. We longed to visit Lokanarkavu and the staff arranged an auto for us. The driver took us there and waited for almost half an hour and was very cordial. Special mention is about the loving and caring behaviour of the staff. The food was also very tasty and had a reasonable price.Eventhough it was in the heart of the city, surrounded by commercial buildings, the atmosphere was sound free and very calm. If there was a separate entrance for the bar and the hotel, it would have been better.
