• Zagirov (6/5): Локация отличная, но есть нюансы - Локация отличная. Были трудности с нахождением отеля. По адресу его не найти. Он находится в глубине двора и вход туда с другой улицы. Почему это не отражено в описании мне непонятно. Я жил в номере 20 на втором этаже. Он имел запертую лёгкую внутреннюю дверь в соседний номер из которого проникал сквозь щели свет, запах жареной еды и естественно шум, хотя в описании говорилось о звукоизоляции. Её просто нет. Дверь в смежный номер

• Simon (5/5): Great location but that's it - Great location Couldn't enter the apartment for a long time and the staff weren't helping. The master bedroom is a small box built into the overall apartment. There is no privacy unless you close the curtains and then it's dark and dingy. Would be fine for a couple.
• Мария (6/5): - Радушная хозяйка,быстро реагирует на все просьбы.Без проблем взяли вещи в стирку бесплатно ,отдали сухими через полдня.шикарное расположение отеля,5 минут пешком до пляжа,достопримечательности в пешей доступности.Парковка во внутреннем дворе бесплатная. Из уборки только смена полотенец по просьбе,ужаснуло,когда увидели мышь на лестнице в гостинице,как-то сразу захотелось домой.Матрасы оставляют желать лучшего.Учитывая,что это центр старого города,цена/качество соответствуют.
• ada (8/5): - המיקום מצוין, בעלי המקום קשובים זמינים ואדיבים מאוד ומנסים לעזור בכל דבר ועניין, החדרים גדולים ומרווחים ומתאימים למשפחות. בחלק מהחדרים ישנו מטבח מסודר ונוח. יצויין שהזמנו חדר אחד יותר ממה שהצטרכנו והם ברוב טובם הסכימו לבטל לנו ללא תשלום. תודה רבה! אין נקיון של הדירות תוך כדי שהות וגם אין החלפת מגבות(ביקשנו במיוחד אך לא היה לכולם)המתקנים ישנים למדי ודורשים חידוש וריענון, בחלק מהחדרים אין וילון במקלחת והכל מתרטב ומקשה על מקלחת, wifi חלש בחדרים.

• Shraga (10/5): Exceptional - It was really fun there, the hosts treated us with great respect, and we were supposed to get a small room and in the end we got a larger room without additional charge, the place is clean and comfortable, and close to the city center and the walk to the sea is very short, a highly recommended place

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - There was everything very clear and that’s important for me. The staff is perfect! I think, the owners had changed. Very comfortable atmosphere and location is perfect, 100 meters to the sea and boulevard! I really recommend this amazing hotel!
• Ajay (1/5): Bad - I booked the hotel for discounted price, but hotel administration asked me to cancel the booking due to technical error in posting of asking price. I tried all my best to contact booking com to solve the issue or help me find another relevant property in the area. Guess what, no one responded. Even then I got a call from hotel and the guy suggests me to find a hostel! Seriously? Who you are to tell me what to find? Do your work well so people won’t suffer. You post the wrong price and lecturing people what to do. And Booking com played no role at all, basically it distance themselves until I get this email, which asks me to post a review to property where I didn’t even stay. So here you get my review.
• Brigitte (9/5): Superb - This small hotel has the perfect location, just minutes away from Europe Square and the beach. Our room was big and spotless, very comfortable beds. The owners speak good English and are really welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
