• Ong (4/5): - 员工服务态度还不错，还了几次房间，员工都笑脸想带没有不耐烦，房间也好，也干净 热水器坏了可以提前通知，我在不知情的情况下选择订这间酒店是不是有欺骗消费者的存在，尤其是住的这两天外面也都在下雨，然后回到酒店还要冲冷水，换做是你你能接受吗
• Pramodha (3/5): - I liked it only because it situated near a mall, so we could get our needs easily. The rooms need to be renovate and we did not have hot water. So I had to wash with cold water. And the hotel hadn't had a reception, just a boy from Bangladesh. I am not satisfied with it with the money we spent. They also did not have card payments and we had to pay from cash. And boy who worked there asked to keep a deposit even after we paid full amount for the room. And they were not pleasant.

• Norsahidan (1/5): Very Bad Hotel Experience - Location Everything is bad. No water heater in our unit, cannot validate the parking. Cost per night parking is about RM18. Receptionist is poorly trained ( clueless about everything). Lift only have 1 for my entire stay waiting time for the lift takes about at least 15-20min. Worst experience.

• Jean (7/5): Good - During my checkout on the morning of July 24th, 2025, at 5:45 AM, I found the reception desk unattended. I had to venture to the restaurant in search of assistance. Fortunately, the chef on duty kindly facilitated the retrieval of a member of the counter staff. To my dismay, the counter staff were seated and dozing in chairs obscured from the guests' view. I had validated my TNG card at the car park machine, which incurred a charge of RM5.50.

The shower water temperature is hard to adjust, it takes me some time to figure out but the water still pretty cold for me. The breakfast is really bad, with limited choice and the refill is slow. I went to the breakfast area around 7:45, milk bottle is empty, steam section only left 2 pcs siewmai , table cleaning is slow and seat is limited etc. The sofa in room is full of stains.

• Sharguna (1/5): Bad - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience during my stay at your hotel. On 10july 2025, I reported that the water heater in my room was not working. A staff member named Fadhil came to attend the issue, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to check the heater and instead told us to check it ourselves. He also used inappropriate language, saying: "Tak pergi sekolah ke? Satu hotel ada heater, takkan la bilik kamu takde heater." This behavior was very disrespectful and unacceptable. Additionally, I noticed that his appearance and behavior seemed unusual and suspicious—it raised concern that he may not have been in a proper condition to perform his duties. I sincerely hope this is not the case, but I believe it is important for the hotel to take this seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly. Due to this situation, we had to go the whole day without using the water heater, and there were no clear instructions in the room on how to operate it. This, combined with the rude treatment, left a very negative impression—especially given the high price we paid for our stay. I request that appropriate action be taken regarding this issue. All guests deserve respectful service and a safe, comfortable environment.

• Nicky (1/5): This experience fell far below expectations. - I chose this hotel mainly because of its excellent location, which was very convenient for my needs. However, apart from the location, the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations. Service and facilities could be improved to match the standard you’d expect at this price point. Still, if location is your top priority, this hotel delivers well on that front. I booked this hotel only for its location, but unfortunately, the overall condition was very disappointing. The rooms, bathroom, kitchen, bed, corridor, and even the lift were dirty and poorly maintained, with many things broken or not functioning properly. We were so uncomfortable that we had to change rooms, and the front desk even suggested we check other rooms ourselves—including downgrading—just to find one in acceptable condition.
