• Dalton (8/5): - The pool area was superb 👌 The kitchen carport door handles are not well maintained and the cutleries was not provided. Fortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances my family didn't join me. Other than that I had time to self respect and enjoy being away alone.

We did not find a toilet paper on arrival no toiletries like shower gel n shower cap n mini lotions no….. our room had no mat wen we were coming out from the pool they don’t offer swimming towels n they only have 1 mini towel in the room to us n we were two…. The rooms has no windows at night the silling sweat n the water wet my phone from the roof. The toilet door are old they do not close at all n the rooms are so small

• Anikie (1/5): Bad service - Nothing , the place looking nothing like the photos attacked. Rude receptionist and bad service. I did not enjoy my stay. The bathroom was not clean and had mold, including sleeping area, which made it difficult for me to sleep in the room. I even had to wake up at 5 am. in the rain, just to open the door so that fresh air could circulate. After checking in, I tried to speak to the receptionist about the issue, but I was met with a very rude attitude. I was told that I should have smelled the problem as soon as I entered the room, which was both strange and frustrating. When I checked the sheets to make sure they were clean, they also complained about me removing them and said no one would come to fix it if I were to decide on changing the room. Both the woman and the man at the reception were not helpful at all. The air conditioner was also not working, and they blamed it on an electrical fault even though I could see with my naked eyes that it is not connected . The owner needs to improve the facility standards, especially the health conditions. Mold is very dangerous, particularly for people who are sinus-sensitive. The room also only has one window, which is located in the bathroom, making ventilation very poor. Sometimes supporting local businesses unfortunately results in receiving poor and unsatisfactory service, which was very disappointing in this case.
• Fortunate Mudangawe (6/5): I was at room 08 and its leaking , dirty toilet , bad base of bed. - Only the restaurant area I was at room 08 and it was raining Celling is leaking, the toilet have dirty lines , bed base is very bad , also there was a time I went to chill at the restaurant area , when we come back because their rooms only locks from inside , we found a pack of cigarettes missing . I asked for a table spoon and I was given a dirty old one

• Sibusiso (1/5): Bad service at Lamamie Suite Lodge - Lamamie Suite Lodge is nice *The room was not clean *Cup for tea had a dirty stinky water, actually they don't clean that tea area *Under the bed it was dirty they don't clean at all *Toilet was dirty *Big Cockroaches those that fly *They cleaned while we were still there, they should have waited for us to finish then clean after. *When we come back later the was a party on the other side and we didn't have water and Aircon in our rooms because they were prioritising the party, they said its because of the party when the party is over geysers and Aircons will be on, I ended up borrowing a fan from them
• Ndwamato (4/5): - The overall place its beautiful and clean... The owner she's a very friendly and warm lady.. Aircons we switched off at the main switch on Saturday and it made sleeping very uncomfortable. The restaurant service it's poor, you have to go to the bar counter so that you can get assistance.

My stay at the lodge was generally pleasant; however, there are a few operational issues that need attention, particularly regarding room readiness and guest support. I had booked three rooms, and unfortunately upon arrival there were no towels provided and no tea/coffee condiments available, which are basic amenities that should always be in place without guests having to request them. In addition, we needed an iron in the morning,, but there was no staff member available to assist or speak to, which made it difficult to resolve simple requests. Regular room inspections and stronger guest service presence would greatly improve the overall experience. With better attention to detail and consistent room checks, the lodge has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

• Bosupeng (4/5): Served the purpose of providing a bed at night after we came back from our explorations. - The family room is nice and spacious. Security once inside was great. It is close to some attractions we visited. The receptionist lady was nice thou I think she had to lie about the state of the property. The doors don't lock. The fridge had old dirty ice in the freezer part. There were no cups, no tea or sugar or any of that. The taps were dripping, no door for the "bathroom". The shower is just a cubicle, there's no shelf or anything to place your soap/shower gel/shampoo. We had to open the toilet tank to make the water stop. The was no loo paper, we had to buy our own. The place could be great if they put in a little effort in their maintenance.
