• Nuria (6/5): - Staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is great and the apartment has a great potential if the maintenance was better. The apartment was not super clean. The balcony hasn't been cleaned for months. There is a weird smell from the bathroom.the balcony door hardly opens.

• Paola (8/5): Value for money amazing stay. - Location was amazing, spacious apartment, very nice. Comfortable. No towels which wasn’t mentioned either, no extra linen for the sofa bed. No washing facilities. Water stopped working on the last day was eventually fixed after telling person on reception. Sliding doors to balcony need to be fixed quite dangerous and not working correctly.

• Anupa (6/5): If cleanliness isn’t your top priority, not sharing with other family or couples and staying for short time for a cheap - Location decent, above variety of shops and 10min walk to coco bongo / the party strip. Internet was good Space of apartment decent. Self check in and out. And Midday check out Communicable area, kitchen had basics of what you needed (not a full set up but you might not need) Communication was very quick. Maintenance was not good, place is falling apart. Balcony door slide didnt work, fridge was leaking water, toilet door had a gap in closure so didnt feel fully private. Cleanliness was also questionable.

• Solajo (5/5): Nice location but needs some improvements - Location is great, close to beaches and party scene. Well unfortunatly, many little things... First, directions should be given before the arrival, because after searching the place for 20 minutes, we had to write to finally get the instructions. The guy at the reception, where we had been while searching, didn't know the name ''Villa Caribe Cancun'', so for us it had to be somewhere else... Apart from that, you should know that if there is a bad smell, you can leave some water sink, because it's probably dry down there and odours can pass. Also, if no hot water in the shower, the heather is below the kitchen sink. Also, we had to insist to get linens for the couch, since there are two ''real'' beds and we were three friends that had planned to use the couch : at the end, the host finally accepted to come to let us some, but I think there should be already available in the apartment. Finally, we found some mold on the pillows :-(
