• Nicholas (10/5): Could not recommend this more highly - Perfect location, 20 minute walk into town down the Arno River with spectacular views. Clean room, with potentially the most comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room with pods provided. Well maintained garden which is great to have breakfast in the morning. Easy check in and check out, and on site parking. Host was friendly and provided a list of restaurants in the local area.

• Patrick (9/5): Super, absolut empfehlenswert - Top Lage, Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar, kleines aber feines Appartement mit guter Grundausstattung, sehr bequemes Bett mit schöner harter Matratze (natürlich nur für den der es mag), Privatparkplatz auf Grundstück, süßer kleiner Garten
• Nadia Maria Grazia (9/5): - Il piccolo appartamento è davvero delizioso, con un piccolo giardino all’italiana incantevole e tutti i comfort per prepararsi la colazione e dei pasti veloci. Anche il quartiere lo abbiamo trovato tranquillo e davvero molto ben collegato al centro storico fiorentino. In una mezz’ora di camminata si è davanti alla galleria degli Uffizi. Anche l’autobus è comodissimo per chi non ama camminare….
• Leonardo (9/5): - Proprietari straordinariamente gentili Pulizia impeccabile. Locazione comoda per gli spostamenti e i servizi . Scarca coibentazione dello stabile .
• Federico (9/5): Piacevole e accogliente - Limonaia ristrutturata, molto accogliente, arredata con buon gusto. Soggiorno piacevole. Probabilmente ritornerò! Come scritto in altri commenti, il bagno risulta molto piccolo. Aggiungo che il riscaldamento è ad aria e non con termosifoni (il che rende l’atmosfera secca, in inverno). Nulla che pregiudichi eccessivamente la piacevolezza del soggiorno (e infatti è probabile che torni)

• Katarina (7/5): Lepa, a neuporabna nastanitev blizu Firenc - Parking (za doplacilo, seveda), prijazen in odziven gostitelj, oprema v sobi je prekrasna, vrt je cudovit. Lahko sva ostala se uro dlje, da sva v miru skocila na zajtrk. Obupen smrad iz, predvidevam, kanalizacije. Res je bilo tezko prebivati tu zaradi tega. Sicer je vse zelo lepo ampak to pa ni za prezivet. Recimo za pol te cene, ne pa za 122 eur plus taksa plus parking 15 eur...zal.

• Matilde (9/5): SUPER ROMANTICO! - La struttura è veramente accogliente e romantica. Fuori dal caos fiorentino, in zona tranquilla. Il centro è raggiungibile in bus o a piedi in circa 30 minuti. Il giardino davanti è un oasi e la verandina con lucine annesse è veramente carina. La camera è pulita e arredata bene, in maniera molto ospitale. Il letto è comodo e la cucina è dotata del necessario per passare qualche giorno. SUPER! La mancanza del bidet in bagno e il fatto che la mattina anche tirando le tende, alle 7 non c’è più modo di avere buio in camera per dormire
• Olivia (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was beautiful and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. It was perfect distance from good cafés and restaurants. We had a lovely stroll to the centre of Florence in the mornings. Vero was so friendly and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for amenities nearby. We would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend this enough!
• Nicola (10/5): Highly recommend the apartment, great host, great location. - Spotlessly clean, everything you could need. A little booklet with information and tips. The host met us and made us very welcome plus sent recommendations for eating out and supermarkets. It’s a pleasant walk to the centre of Florence, half an hour maximum and all by the river, so location is excellent. Also a lovely patio area to sit out in on a night where it’s lovely and quiet. A little cramped around the sink area, we did decide to do a little cooking and wasn’t easy to wash the dishes and move round much, but we managed and we had everything we needed.

• Katya (10/5): Very cozy and comfortable! - I liked absolutely everything! Charming cozy apartment in a quiet area of ​​the city with a courtyard, garden and terrace! It takes 20-25 minutes to get to all the sights. This is an area where local residents live and there are no crowds of tourists and noise, which was important for me. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the apartment. Very hospitable hostess! Nothing.
• Wanja (10/5): Exceptional - The room was so cosy, with the most beautiful decor and a nice table in the garden where you can get some fresh air while having breakfast. The location is also really good, and the city centre is easily accessible by bus with multiple bus stops close by. There’s also nice restaurants and cafes close by as well as a supermarket so it’s very convenient. The host, Veronique, was so kind and ensured we were well taken care of. Really enjoyed our stay here!

• Sophie (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city whilst in convenient walking distanc - The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean, with all you need for a short stay. The walk to town takes around 30 minutes along the river. Veronique is a great host and gave us tips on places to go after our stay in Florence. There is a really good organic pizzeria two minutes walk away. It’s all good

• Avraam (10/5): Cozy house with a nice garden next to old town of Florence - It is a cozy house with a nice garden in a quiet area of Florence. The apartment was well equipped with many amenities (coffee, shampoo, hot water, etc) and was comfortable for 3 persons. The hosts were very kind and helpful and gave us tips about the area and the town. The parking lot was handy but we moved around by bus as the bus stop was only 3 minutes away (15 minutes to downtown). Everything went perfectly. We would strongly recommend it.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette and strong Wi-Fi signal. The off-street parking is safe and secure, the apartment and its beautiful garden are fully secure behind solid metal gates. La Limonaia is in the perfect location for exploring Florence - an easy walk to the center of the city, the Uffizi, Pitti Palace, restaurants and shops. Our host booked a couple of restaurants for us which were fabulous, and we were able to have food in the apartment if we didn't feel like going out for a meal. I will absolutely return to this property next time I go to Florence!

• Annika (10/5): Great hideaway - Absolutely wonderful location and setting.high quality bed linen. Gorgeous and relaxing garden. Very well built and designed. Lovely host. Loved everything. We basically loved everything. Only disturbing factor was renovation works on the other side of the garden. And the bed was a bit too hard for us but the bed linen was wonderful and so were the pillows. We really would love to come back.

The actual apartment is so pretty & the little area outside was lovely for a morning coffee.
