• Olivia (1/5): I simply refused to stay . It was a bad experience . - This is low quality accommodation in a block of flats near Venezia Mestre station . The images do not present a clear picture of the type of accommodation . I did not stay at the property . I felt it unsafe for myself as a solo female traveller . There was no one in attendance and many people coming in and out to offices and flats. A stranger let me up to the second floor but the reception was locked and the proprietor disinterested when I said I needed to leave my bags . He said they were at another reception and could not attend .
• Zieger (7/5): Alles perfekt für einen kutzen Zwischenstopp - Sehr sauber, ideal wenn man Bahnhof und Verbindung zum Flughafen braucht. Frühstücken kann man sehr gut ca 80 m entfernt in einem kleinen Lokal. Venedig ist mit dem Bus leicht erreichbar. Alle Haltestellen im Umkreis von 50m. Der Geruch (ich vermute von Duftstäbchen oder ähnliches)! Dieser war mir persönlich viel zu intensiv! Und er Duft war hartnäckig - lüften half nur bedingt.

• KADRI (1/5): Bad smell and heavy air - We entered the house late at night. When we entered the house, we encountered a heavy atmosphere and a foul smell. We immediately opened the windows. However, the situation did not improve. We left the house because it became difficult to breathe. We informed the landlord about the situation. He said he would check in the morning. When he checked in the morning, he said that there was no such situation.

• Amanda (1/5): Avoid the Arbi at all costs-not worth the bother! - Absolutely nothing! It is not a hotel! I arrived at the property and the booking was cancelled. Even though I had confirmed with my credit card and received a confirmation from booking.com. Hotel said booking.com had cancelled, spoke to booking.com and they said tge hotel had cancelled. They did not assist me at all. Luckily, my friend also had a booking, so I shared with her. Basically the hotel wanted to make more money as it was vogalonga weekend. Think they charged other customers double what I was originally meant to pay. This is advertised as a hotel but it is not. There was no one there when we arrived and we had to wait outside for ages. Eventually, someone arrived and told me my room had been cancelled. Also, the sink did not drain very well. It’s noisy, you can hear the trains until late.

The owner cancelled two of my friends rooms. Blamed it on booking.com about credit card not authorised. Yet in the morning I received an email from my booked room. Smelly blocked sink Basically the (owner) if he could get more money for the room he will just cancel your room. AVOID AT All COSTS it's not a proper hotel. I contacted Booking.com and they informed me that it was the owner who had cancelled the additional rooms.

• Evelyn (1/5): I would not recommend this property!!! - I didn’t like anything about the property, was not what I expected. The only thing I liked was the cleanliness Terrible location, we were not able to open the windows, the balcony was full of rubbish, room was too small, we thought it’s a hotel, but its actually a small room in an ugly apartment block, no parking possibility, area isn’t safe at all.

Todo muy cerca,muchos bares alrededor,la estación a menos de 2 minutos y la estación de autobuses justo abajo Cama cómoda,sábanas limpias,el agua salía muy abundante y caliente Te dejan zapatillas de cortesía y agua... Sitio perfecto para ir y venir a Venecia centro... No me di cuenta de que no es un hotel,(fue fallo mío pero no me molestó) Si que es un poco ruidoso pq la estación está justo enfrente y se escucha la megafonía de la estación,al llegar tan cansados no molesto mucho,ya que buscaba algo cercano para poder movernos tranquilamente en trasporte público

• Francis (9/5): - Arbi could not be closer to Mestre train station and bus station. I was there just one night before catching a train to Austria on an InterRail ticket, having landed at Marco Polo airport at 21.00. Because of the new EC entry procedures it took 90 minutes to get through immigration, but I got the 2240 bus and was at the hotel by 23.00 and the receptionist was waiting at the door for a couple of guests. Be aware though that check in closes at 24.00

Ho provato più volte a chiamare per farmi emettere le due ricevute separate e con importi corretti, corrispondenti alle due transazioni( camera e tassa soggiorno) ma non ho ricevuto risposta e non sono stato richiamato. Il Receptionist parlava e capiva poco la lingua Italiana. Lo sconsiglio vivamente
• Gabriele (9/5): Se vuoi passare la notte vicino alla stazione di Mestre, scegli questa struttura - Se ti serve una notte vicino alla stazione di Mestre, questa è la struttura ideale. A 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione e a 30 secondi dalla fermata bus per aeroporto di Venezia. La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente. Staff gentilissimo. Prezzo abbordabile e ubicazione perfetta anche per quanto riguarda i servizi. Nel giro di 100 metri ci sono tanti bar, ristoranti, farmacie ecc. Un pizzico rumoroso a causa del passaggio dei treni e delle porte delle stanze non insonorizzate, ma nulla di insopportabile. Potevano esserci un paio di asciugamani in più, vero che avevo una doppia uso singola, ma c'era solo un asciugamano doccia e uno mani. Piccoli dettagli che comunque non hanno inficiato il giudizio positivo.
