Christopher (10/5): - I have been to this place. One of the only hotels I like in the city. It is clean, small, communal, well kept. The area might not be safe, there are a lot of beggars and they come into the lobby, and bother people. More than last time I came with was 2025

Malgré notre réservation montrée au personnel, ils n’ont rien voulu savoir. La chambre était sale, poussiéreuse et les lits très inconfortables. C’est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par un établissement aux Philippines. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

John (3/5): Watch out for the rats. - The cafe Check in was labeled as 2pm to 11:30 pm. But they threatened to give the deluxe queen room to someone else if I did not arrive by 10pm. This is unacceptable. Also there were rats in the ceiling making noises. I want a refund.

Just a note that If the kitchen is closing at 7pm, then you can not order at 6:30pm - But it’s a cute spot and a good option (I had breakfast the next day and there are loads of restaurants close by!) Also if you make a booking in person or via WhatsApp instead of on the platform, just ensure you write out the details - we had a few misunderstandings but I think I just wasn’t clear enough I ended up getting a private room one night, since the dorm was booked, which ended up being great just an extra cost!

Duman (7/5): Good value, but check rooms for smell/mold - Excellent hostel overall - the quality of facilities and the vibe is almost like a hotel. Kitchen with microwave and toaster oven, but no stove and no cups for hot drinks. First two nights the room i stayed in smelled intensely of mold (room 305). One of the two aircons was blowing hot air and possibly was the reason for the smell. It took me two days and four attempts to get the staff to look into it. Eventually they agreed and offered to move me to another room. All would be forgiven if not the attitude of some of the staff members at the reception - one guy and one girl were passive aggressive/unfriendly about the whole thing.

Shahaf (8/5): - It was clean and tidy. There is someone who welcomes you at the reception. You get a towel for the shower. There is a breakfast option that is good for an additional fee.
Chelsy (9/5): Very comfortable and great value for money! - Very spacious beds, everything was super clean, enough facilities and super friendly staff. Check-in and check-out went smooth, the cafe downstairs is a big plus. Great value for money! The location is a bit far but when you use Grab this is totally fine.
Ana Rita (1/5): Horrible experience with the facilities and costumer support. - The cleaning in our room was ok Our bathroom in the room did not have hot water, when we contacted the front desk the only solution given was maintenance at 21h, bearing in mind that it was 16h and we had a tour leaving the next morning at 3:30am. After explicitly explaining that it was not viable for us because we needed to take a shower, we asked if we could change rooms. After going back and forth, the only other option they gave us was to shower in another room, in which we had to go THROUGH THE LOBBY AND CAFFE with our bathing towels on. Afterwards when we asked for some type of compensation (even a breakfast in their caffe) taking in to account that we booked and payed for a room with a bathroom, and ended up getting an outside shower with no conditions whatsoever (room not cleaned), they immediately said no and shut us down. Additionally, the room did not match the photos, as it was extremely small for 3 people.

Amit (7/5): - The room is modern styled, great wifi and air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is located away from the hustle but a nice 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall. The room is a bit small but good enough for a solo traveler, I ordered a twin bed and the air conditioning was dripping on one of the beds so it was wet. The receptionists were nice but not very helpful regarding booking transfers and locations.

Good cafe on the first floor with good food albeit it is a more expensive eatery than surrounding places. Friendly staff and very accomodating. They can print documents for you for a small small fee. Easy check-in process. Comfortable beds / showers with privacy curtains and in-bed plugs / light. Comfortable outdoor patio which is good for late-night working to not bother other guests. Ronz (9/5): Superb - I like the bed, and the quietness of the room. There’s also a restaurant at the ground floor, and free drinking water. I’m happy they have changed their policy on money deposit, they now accept ID deposit instead of cash. They have a kitchen with utensils and even pans, but they don't have any stove available. I wish they put one or two stoves just to cook egg or the easy to cook meals for those who prefer to make their own food.

Rhiannon (10/5): Exceptional - Really comfy beds with steps up to the top bunk instead of the usual ladder which is so much better. About 30 minutes walk to north bus terminal so ideal base for starting the north of Cebu island. Not much around the area but great for a stopover night.
