• Marcelo Arturo Garcia de la (8/5): - La primera vez que me hospedé ahí no me gustó que no tenían aire acondicionado ni señal de televisión abierta o por cable, esta vez la habitación si tenía aire acondicionado (portátil) que servia súper bien, la habitación es limpia, moderna, cómoda, no hay ruidos (piso 7) y no es muy grande pero tiene los espacios necesarios para acomodarte bien: (closet, escritorio, burós, cajones, enfriador de bebidas, cafetera, barra para maletas, microondas, plancha y cosas así, siguen sin señal de TV pero puedes poner tus cuentas de apps de streaming, no tienen estacionamiento pero enfrente ha uno 24 horas que cobra como $130 pesos mexicanos por unas 12 horas, lo único negativo es que el agua de la regadera en cualquier momento del día sale tibia, jamás caliente; sin embargo es muy buena opción por la zona

Me comuniqué días antes a la propiedad para asegurarme de que mi reservación estuviera correcta y fueron un poquito cortantes, pero ya el día de mi llegada todo el personal fue muy amable.

• Karina (10/5): Quality Room Amenities - I was impressed with the quality of the amenities in the room. The location was perfect because it was close to restaurants and tourists attractions. The only I wish was that the beds had a pillow top because the mattress was hard. I would stay again.

• Rafael (2/5): - We discovered that the elevator was broken when we tried to use it. There was no prior communication no notice posted in on near the elevador. As result we had to use the stairs for two days (8th floor). When we asked for a estimated time for the repair, no timeline was provided!

Sin embargo no cuentan con clima o aire acondicionado, tienen un ventilador que se ve que tienen tiempo que no le dan mantenimiento, soltaba mucho polvo, asi que era preferible dormir con ventana abierta, fuera de eso las instalaciones estuvieron bien.

Nice restaurants around and a Chinese restaurant in the hotel with sumptuous meals. The only issue was the WiFi Had to go to the reception to get a better network but overall my experience was good

En una casa decides si pones o no un aire acondicionado. En un hotel, solo sera un hotel, si das la opción al huespede. Por lo tanto, no puede calificar con más de 1 estrella

They don’t have the A/C amenity in the entire building so when the sun hits the room window it tends to make the whole room hot, this would be appreciated in the hotel web page since it says that they count with air conditioning. They also didn’t offer early or late check in (we know that is subject to an extra amount) but would recommend because it has many places to eat around it.

• Jenifer (4/5): - En lo personal no recomiendo este hotel para hospedarte por más de una noche. Toma en cuenta que: 1. El servicio al cliente por parte de recepción es PÉSIMO. Desde que llegue las chicas (3) que estaban en recepción tenían actitud nefasta. 2. En sus “políticas” al hacer la reservación te dice que si necesitas hacer el check in en un horario determinado (antes de las 3pm) te comuniques 24 horas antes como mínimo para avisar. No sirve de nada, no responden el teléfono. Yo tuve que esperar 4 horas para ingresar. 3. No te entregan las habitaciones antes de las 3 pm, por lo tanto si llegas y tienes que dejar tu equipaje, no cuentan con bodega. Las maletas las dejan ahí en recepción a la vista y disposición de todos. 4.Las habitaciones no se parecen a las fotos que ves en internet. Son muy muy básicas y NO CUENTAN CON AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN NINGUNA HABITACIÓN. 5.Lo único que si se rescata es el baño de la habitación, la regadera es amplia y agua caliente las 24 hrs.

Únicamente, se podría mejorar un poco con más ventilación en los cuartos o aire acondicionado, ya que a veces se sentía un poco de calor, pero nada muy incómodo. En general todo estuvo perfecto.
• Lisette (8/5): - Cerca del CAS y de Chapultepec. Increíblemente no tienen aire acondicionado o calefacción. Y para accesar hay que subir escaleras y no están atentos a ayudarte con las maletas. El baño tiene un ventanal que da a la calle y es medio traslúcido. Cama cómoda y habitación limpia.

Hay varias tiendas muy cerca y algunos spots para comer algo El personal muy atento y servicial, si bien, el calor en la habitación que me tocó era un tanto mas de lo de habitual, la habitación contaba con ventilador lo que ayudó a sobrellevarlo. Definitivamente considera este lugar como una excelente opción

• Siboney (8/5): - I loved being there, tons of restaurants nearby, shopping malls, theatres, museums, concerts, iconic monuments, etc! The hotel has an Asian restaurant and a mini theatre! The only thing I wish they had is AC, cuz I prefer it over fans, but still it wasn’t bad, I would definitely go back again!
