• JH the Traveller (9/5): Hotel in Cavusin, Cappadocia, which is very homey. - The hotel is very homey, the staff/owner is very friendly, the decoration of room is very nice, the breakfast is nice. They also recommend us to take Green tour in Cappadocia which is very attractive, and provide transfers from.and to airport. The location of the hotel in Cavusin is also very strategic, close to bus stop which is very easy for us to go to Goreme or Avanos. The cleanness of the room should be improved.

• GÖKHAN (10/5): Kapadokya'daki evimiz oldu - Kapadokya’da konakladığımız Arton In Cappadocia otelden son derece memnun kaldık. Sabahları otelden sıcak hava balonlarını izlemek gerçekten büyüleyici bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltı hem çok lezzetli hem de oldukça çeşitliydi. Odamız tertemizdi ve konaklama boyunca kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Konum olarak merkezi olması harika bir avantajdı. En çok da personelin güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever yaklaşımını takdir ettik. Kapadokya’ya gelecek herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
• Andrey (4/5): Better to avoid this place - Friendly staff, convinient location, fast and smooth check-in & check-out. The room was outdated and worn. Soundproof is not about this place. "Keep quiet" signs in the corridor confirm that. It was quite cold at night and there is no heating available. Also hot running water was just slightly warm. Only paper cups available in the room (no glasses or real cups).

• Krzysztof (1/5): - Właściciel zorganizował nam nowy nocleg u swojego znajomego rozliczenie finansowe zostawili między sobą W obiekcie było zimno wręcz nie do wytrzymania właściciel przyniósł piecyk elektryczny i koc to nie rozwiązało problemu jak grzejniki były prawie zimne brak ciepłej wody do mycia leciała letnia byłem zmuszony zrezygnować późnym wieczorem z apartamentu w łazience brak grzejnika i temperatura była jak na dworze brak jakiejkolwiek możliwości umycia się.
• Caballes (10/5): Very good value for money and will definitely come back. - It’s in a quiet area. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and really try their best and is not hindered by the language barrier. They try to make conversations and check if you are comfortable, if there is anything you need. It was very convenient that they have a shared transfer service. The driver is punctual and friendly, the ride is smooth and safe. They also offer tours, unfortunately I wasn’t able to try because I booked everything else before booking the hotel. If I knew, I would have booked through them to support them. All is good.
• Kthx (5/5): I would not return - The place is in good enough location and you can see the hot air balloons right from the property. The property was not clean. Bathroom was smelly and dingy. There were open nails in the floor board. No room cleaning facility. The host was very pushy and was forcing us into things which were had to decline.

• Elżbieta (7/5): - Patio jest super, bardzo wygodne fotele i kanapa. Śniadanie było serwowane na tarasie, co przy dobrej pogodzie sprawdza się dobrze. Obsługa przemiła, dostaliśmy gratis wino na powitanie i kawę na wyjazd. Stan techniczny łazienki. Ubogie śniadanie z gotowych produktów.

Волосы везде на подушках (ощущение, что не меняли), волосы в раковине, сопли на пододеяльнике, вместо кондиционера вентилятор, который страшно было включать, наверное и остальные волосы летали бы по всей комнате. What truly sets Arton apart, however, is its incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Every member goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for their guests. A special mention must be made for Ahmed, whose dedication and willingness to go the extra mile are truly remarkable. His efforts significantly enhance the experience for the hotel's residents, making them feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. For those seeking a humble yet perfectly situated base with exceptional hospitality in Cappadocia, Arton in Cavusin is a good choice. The fact that the rooms had no AC was a hassle especially when temperatures hit 38 degrees Celsius. To add,the room was not cleaned on a daily basis.

Camera un po' buia e poco funzionale, prese elettriche instabili, telefono della doccia malfunzionante, idromassaggio gradito ma poco "intenso".
• Marie (10/5): Exceptional - The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful as there was a problem with my reservation and they helped me fix it. The place is Nice and clean. Besides çavusin is a really nice and quiet town, in a superb environement with a cave church nearby, on a mountain with a stunning view on the whole place. There are plenty of great restaurants too :) So I would highly recommend the town and the hotel.

• Dawsar (4/5): below basic and not good value for money - mustafa in reception was very helpful and friendly bed was not comfortable , room was on ground level beside the main stairs so had no privacy as anyone can see through the room window , and i had to have the windows open because it was hot and no a/c

• Alexander (9/5): We had really nice talk with the receptionist! He made our stay really nice! This village is a bit further fromt he rus - The stuff was great. They even made for us in the morning Turkish coffee and were fine to wake us up if the hot air balloons will fly. Very nice design of the rooms. We could not find the location because the address was on the Booking wrong. But they said they will fix it. So I assume it is fixed by now. Parking on the street but there was only our car so we didnt have a problem with that after all.
• Moyosore (6/5): Pleasant - The receptionist Mustafa was friendly and helpful with changing of money, booking tours, hot balloons, taxis, early morning coffee and recommendations on where to have breakfast, dinner, etc. The location of the hotel is a walkable distance to the bus stop as well as an attraction site worthy of visiting. There’s also a terrace where you can watch the balloons go up in the mornings. The hotel is actually not a cave hotel, the wallpapers used makes it seem so, the room I stayed - the bathroom wasn’t neatly finished, it was really tight with cement plastering everywhere making it look unkempt. The mirror being over the sink with a shelve made it uncomfortable to brush properly. The rooms are also cleaned on request.
• Saikat (1/5): Very bad experience. Never thought I have to face this type of situation at late night check Inn. It’s looks like scum - It’s not possible to like anything for this property. Very bad experience . 1. Room size was smaller than whatever they mentioned in their website. 2. Bathroom was too small, you can’t move inside. Also shower was broken. 3. Room was dirty. 4. There is no room service. 5. No lift to go upstairs with big luggage. 6. There is no socket near hot water kettle.

• Andrey (8/5): Very good - Great and cosy rooms, excellent location. Mediocre service - we wanted to go for a 1hr walk immediately after we arrived before it gets dark. However the reception required us to go through all the check-in formalities as they wanted to leave and didn't want to wait for us to finish the walk. Inside the showers there's no shelf to put your soap/shampoo on.
