• christopher (9/5): Really nice property, well-appointed and spotless. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful. - The immediate location is a bit run down, but you can quickly get away from it. Walking access to the seafront is good and there are good public transport links close by. Very hard to fault the property itself. At a very minor level, some decaf coffee would have been good.

• Amy (10/5): Beautiful property - It was a lovely apartment with great facilities. Everything was very clean, and the decoration was beautiful. The location was excellent—close to the town and the castle, with plenty of opportunities for scenic walks nearby

The complimentary tea ,coffee,biscuits , cereal and milk was a nice touch We had to be back by 4pm if we wanted to be parked as any later there were no spaces, although the nearest car park is free after 6 but need to move car by 9am or pay £5 for 2hrs

• Richard (10/5): Birthday stay - Such a beautiful apartment in a great location. Our hosts laura and Bob were amazing and always on hand to answer our questions. We went to celebrate a birthday and on arrival we had a bottle of prosecco which was so thoughtful. The apartment has all the facilities you need, plus it was very cosy and very clean . We would definitely recommend and definitely stay again

Good location, quiet and central for easy access to both north and south beach areas in Scarborough. Comfortable bed and attention to detail - bathrobes, cereals and milk in fridge a nice touch. Parking permit appreciated throughout stay. Nothing to dislike. If staying for longer stay more hanging storage would be a good addition if possible in the space.

The room was beautifully decorated, really spacious and absolutely immaculate. The hosts sent us a couple of check in messages throughout our stay to make sure everything was going ok, even on Christmas Day 🎄. They are very attentive and have created a really enjoyable little getaway. Thank-you so much!

Es gibt Handtücher und Bademäntel.Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, es gab sogar die Nachfrage, ob noch etwas benötigt wird. Der Check in war sehr unproblematisch. Es war alles wunderbar.
• christine (10/5): - A beautifully presented property, immaculately clean with a standard of cleanliness that couldn't be beaten. It was thoughtfully and tastefully equipped with some welcoming extra touches, bathrobes, breakfast items etc. and the welcoming fresh ckean smell was lovely. The owners who though not at all intrusive made the effort to check we were happy with everything. There weren't any issues with the property but we had a practical issue with our travel arrangements and the owners were most accommodating and then went above and beyond to help us out. A place we would happily return to. An extra hook or two to hang up clothes would have been handy but that's a minor thing compared to all the good things.

It was PERFECT 😍 The host's went above and beyond to make sure we was happy, letting us know they were only a phone call away & nothing was too much trouble that's why they deserve 10/10 for everything. We didn't want to leave, it was a home away from home 😊 There's nothing we didn't not like, everything was top notch.

The area around the cottage isn't great but it didn't bother us. We know the area well and whilst a little run down it's such a great spot for town, the beach and the parks.

• EMMA (10/5): Perfect small space get away with everything you could need in a perfect location. - Exactly as described - even better than described as there were lovely little things we did not expect; fresh cut flowers, small breakfast items, milk in the fridge. The furniture was excellent quality, everything was immaculate and as new. The kitchen was well equipped and I could not think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. The apartment is clean and smart - It was very clean and smart and close to the cricket ground It said we would have dedicated, free, on-site park we did not. The upper apartment has that the lower one does not. There is a rigmarole with scratch cards for parking which last only two days. You can only park in A2 area and twice there were no spaces. I had to run, I am 64, to get the car from G2 area, the closest with spaces, whilst my husband stood in the newly available space to keep it. Also the shower is either freezing or scalding! The area is a bit down at heel in places. Some of the neighbouring streets and properties are very shabby.

It was a brilliantly refurbished space! Apartment is walking distance from the centre of Scarborough and 1 minute from the North Bay with brilliant views of the castle and sands. The hosts were excellent! Nothing - best apartment we've ever visited!

The location is ideal and a parking space right outside is an added bonus! The owners themselves were so kind, helpful and supportive throughout our stay - we were so grateful! Definitely recommend this holiday home and we will be back next year!
