Sonya (10/5): We loved it!! - This is a wonderful place to stay in the national park. It is superbly well managed and the staff are so welcoming. The restaurant is outstanding and we ate all our meals at the hotel as the food was delicious. It felt like a home away from home. If you want to explore the walking trails and beauty of the mountains in North Macedonia this is highly recommended! Bed was a bit soft for us but the room was lovely

Nicky (9/5): Superb - The location of the hotel is great as it is on the TET close to Pelitser National Park. The restaurant was superb, they serve the best Aperol spritz. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the room was dark, could do with brighter lighting.

Onsite parking available as well. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the stay. If your room is overlooking the back of the hotel it might be a little noisy outside (some A/C machinery working).

Ivan (4/5): Do not recomend. - The food at the restaurant was ok. The location is fine. First of all. I arrived late night about 10pm and there was no parking spot free inside for me. All the people that were in the restaurants were parked inside. The woman at the reception was not there. When she came she was not nice at all and was like i work in the restaurant and you should go there. Now the rooms. The ac unit is very old. The fan speed doesnt work. The bath was stinking of sewage for 2 days. The shower battery was not nice at all, very old. You go on a breakfast early in the morning and you are fighting with bees and all kind of bugs. Its very frustrating, you can not eat at all. They must do something about that. The breakfast is the same every morning. All in all 4/10 at most.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the restaurant was so cute in its greenery, and of course, the food was amazing, the same as the breakfast we had the following day!

Sandorleo (8/5): Nice place for a sleepover - Excellent accommodation, excellent food, excellent price! Very spacious room with AC, minifridge and generous bathroom. There is also a very nice restaurant with very good food. Included in our reservation was also the breakfast which was a classical Swedish buffet. Couldn't ask for more. I can't give any advice for things to visit in that area. We slept there for one night just to take a rest after a long roadtrip. There was nothing wrong with the facility itself but from somewhere the place is invaded by some very annoying wasps / bees who wantet to sit with us at our table and hoping that we are going to share our food. They were not attacking anybody. Their goal was our food but nontheless, very annoying...

The breakfast was wonderful; the coffee, eggs, fruit and vegetables, breads and meats, were all delicious. If you have a car it’s a great hotel to stay at. The room was a little bit smaller than we imagined. Some guests were pretty loud on the upper balcony in the night.

Vuk (7/5): Beware of the size of the lowest cost room - Overall look and feel is welcome g and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room we got was not suitable to be sold via Booking.com. It was a mansard type job with no head clearance to walk around the bed. The corners of the bedframe are sharp and deadly. At best, this could be sold as a single room to a person of small stature. Definitely not for a couple. They tried to upsell us advising us to cancel Booking.com reservation and get a normal room plus breakfast for €55. Not a practice Booking.com endorses I believe. I expect a customer service intervention in this case.
Hristijan (10/5): Easy decision for a hotel in Bitola - There's no competition for a hotel in this class for Bitola and its region. Simply this one has all the aspects of a perfect stay achieved. You name it: the location - unparalleled - literally embeded in the nature with a small stream of water flowing by the hotel with beautifull forest around it, and yet just a 10 minutes drive away from the center of Bitola, where you can easily find a parking. The road now is reconstructed with new asphalt. Especially the restaurant is the pearl of Bitola, where locals often come for a peacefull atmosphere and enjoyable lunch surrounded with beautifull flowers around it. It's also on the way to one of the entry points for hiking to the Pelister peak. I think that the hotel offers some tours there with a van or an offroad vehicle. Cleanliness - to the highest standards. Staff - polite and helpfull. Breakfast that comes as part of the Bed&Breakfast option - decent variety and fresh food, fruit, juices and everything else that comes as a standard. Free parking - in and in front of the hotel's property. If you are a couple, I would reccomend going at least with the standard room, since the economy one has a worse mattress. If you are a family, the suites are perfect, especially the bigger ones with a living room. I've been here in every season - in winter it's the cosiest place in the region, because of the way the rooms and the building itself are designed. In the other seasons, the nature around fulfills your senses. Overall, this is the go-to place when you travel in this region. Just a few things I would recommend to the hotel management: -Please trim the tree at the stairs since its leaves are hitting the head of taller people while using them. -Offer some kind of peg to fasten the toilet seat to the lid because it doesn't stay up. -Consider building a larger elevator (maybe from the outside of the building), so that at least a baby stroller or a wheelchair could fit in.

Also the room temperature was so warm that we had to open the window occasionally, even though outside was -3° and more. Heating was really perfect in the room and also in all other parts of the hotel. Good breakfast with many chooses and tasty food from the hotel restaurant. Employees in the hotel were very nice. Very nice New Year / Christmas decorations inside and outside of the hotel. With the new fresh snow which fall during our stay, decorations were perfect. Free parking available at the hotel with always some free spaces.

Milena (9/5): Lovely hotel with lots of plants - Location is outside of city, and you need to take a car to get to city. This was a plus to us as the neighborhood is quite and you can enjoy nature. Hotel has lovely garden with a lot of plants, and one really big plant in hallway next to reception. Check in was simple as well as checkout. Room that we got is quite specious, we had two beds and big sofa. Bathroom was clean and had toiletries. Breakfast was nice, they always had some fruit. Parking is in front of the building in their private parking. Note that in the evening restaurant of the hotel is quite popular with locals for dinner. It is not noisy, but it might be harder to get to a parking space in the yard (although it seems that restaurant guests park on the street). It seemed to us that maybe carpet could be more thoroughly vacuumed, but the rest of the room seemed quiet clean. We didn't have nice view from the window (but this might be only issue with our room), but we didn't mind that as we were outside whole day, so if this is something important to you maybe you can ask them for a room with a view.
