• Eunice (8/5): Well Managed - I enjoyed the stay , the receptionist was very kind and very helpful each day I was staying there . Will definitely book the same hotel next time I would find cold water in the room and even get assistance no matter the time of the day . They were all nice and kind to me as a foreigner and I had no problem with interacting with them at all. I had a good time. It would be great if house keeping wasn't going in and out of the room when I wasn't there , and the bathroom would be nice if it was deep cleaned. Otherwise everything else was very good

Toaster not working and serving staff is just one lady. Who is not well trained. Just avoid. Moreover don't trust this online app for booking. They charges more and show the pic of rooms and hotels which in real is never fouy. Avoid and don't trust. All is worst. Moreover the online booking app is just untrustworthy. Booking done of deluxe room and physically provided twin bed room which is very dirty and Bad smelly room. Complain to reception, they says this is the only room available, if you want then take. Rude response. My complain in on this online booking app and site. They just fool local people.

Staff was rude ,our request for early check in denied ,had to take another hotel for short stay with full money paid for one day for just taking little rest and shower. Breakfast service very poor ,asking for toast bread and get replied it’s take time rudely - we know it’s take time what we need was bread -it was like they obliged us by giving breakfasts as we are beggars in line. Cannot recomend to anyone .it’s opposite ambassador hotel half the rate and staff polite as well.

• Peej (3/5): Clean hotel but needs major overhauling of the rooms - Very close to the Vadodara Railway station. The room size was good and had an easy check-in very late at night as well. The room were not well lit. The furniture and fixtures were very old. The sheets were having holes and the blanket was lumpy. Had to call maintenance several times because of malfunctioning fixtures. TV had very limited channels.

First the breakfast was the worst everin Gujarat it had only breads mostly the room did not had electric kettle / tea coffee maker as mentioned also while booking I booked super deluxe room but I was given standard room TV was not working. Overall it was average day but not totally worth money
