- Bukovnia (10/5): - Номер чудовий, стильний, просторий. Якісна сантехніка, посуду достатньо, є пральня та посудомийна машини. Вид з номеру на море прекрасний. Два басейни, шезлонгів на всіх вистачає. Відмічу ще гарну шумоізоляцію. Номер був чистий. Гарні рушники і зручні халати. Дякую власникам та управлінцям )

- Mariana (10/5): A truly relaxing and exceptional stay, aside from a few minor details. - The location was excellent and added to the overall experience. It wasn’t my first time in Sveti Vlas, but this apartment with a balcony from Polarstar Real Estate OOD was one of my high-quality stays, with only a few small management aspects that could be improved. The internet is available via Wi-Fi in the apartment; however, since the router is located outside, the signal can sometimes be weak. Our apartment overlooked a corner of the pool rather than the sea, so I recommend contacting the host in advance to confirm details such as the view or other preferences before finalizing your booking.

- Dmitrijs (8/5): - Понравилась коммуникация с хозяином по телефону, хозяин организовал трансфер, устроил поздний заезд В соответствии с минимальными требованиями к обеспечению бытовых условий, должны быть предоставлены: бытовая химия, мусорные мешки и иные необходимые средства для поддержания чистоты и санитарии. Wi-fi в номере есть но интернет очень слабый и пользоваться невозможно, телевизор не подключен.

- Denys (10/5): Я лишився задоволеним відпочинком - Апартаменти 35м чисто, охайно, все пройшло чудово, ремонт новий як в апартаментах так і в самому будинку, на 7 поверховий будинок два ліфти поряд. Два басейни вода тепла чисто...... В апартаментах наявність пральної машини, праски, посудомийки, пилосмок, потужний фен, електрочайник та кофеварка(не зернова), набір посуду, все нове. Два окреми кондиціонера.... І великих телевізооа. Поряд Одесский дворик є комплексні обіди та сніданки. До моря реально 3 хв в розвалку, на пляжу платні 2 ліжаки і зонтік 30 лев. З парковкою проблема, але за окрему плату по 20лев в сусідньому комплексі знайшли окреме парко місце за це величезний +( поліція Светі влас невірно припаруовану машину забирає за 2 хв бачив раз 10 за 7 днів) І да наступного року зноуву Светі влас для сімейного відпочинку.... Проблема з парковкою
- Ісак (9/5): Дуже рекомендую, апартаменти супер - Чудові апартаменти, є все що необхідно, побутова техніка, посуд, кондиціонер в кожній кімнаті. Все новеньке, чистеньке. Нам було дуже комфортно з дітками. До моря 5хвилин пішки, поряд різні магазини, ресторани. Інтернет нажаль був не дуже. Хоч і намагалися полагодити, поставили підсилювач, але все рівно грузився дуже погано.

- Oksana (10/5): Тільки приємні враження - Чиста і затишна квартира після ремонту, є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Фото власника відповідають дійсності на 100%. Комплекс абсолютно новий. Оцінила також якісну шумоізоляцію між апартаментами, за 2 тижні майже не чула сусідів, хоча вони там точно проживали. Зручне розташування - поруч пляжі, кафе, ресторани, великий продуктовий магазин. Басейни доглянуті, лежаків завжди вистачало. Мені бракувало рушників для пляжу

- Грищенко (10/5): Це був дуже комфортний відпочинок, місце для інтелігентних та спокійних людей. - Ми відпочивали в апартаментах з 6 по 16 липня 2025 року. Дуже сподобалася чистота апартаментів, наявність усіх зручних деталей для комфортного життя. Вигляд із 6 поверху на море є захоплюючим та неймовірно красивим. Зручне ліжко та кухня. Апартаменти нові та з красивим дизайнерським ремонтом. Дуже приємна та турботлива пані Світлана зустріла нас та допомагала за потреби зорієнтувати в номовому місті. З радістю ми повенемося для відпочинку в цей готель. Два басейни на території зробили наш відпочинок ще комфортнішим.Вразив контингент відпочиваючих, спокійні пари з дітьми, або люди які приїхали для спокійного відпочинку. Мені все сподобалося.

- Mariya (10/5): Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, nette Gastgeber… einfach top - Super Lage, die Wohnung war neu, das Bett war komfortabel, die Ausstattung hatte alles was man braucht, die beiden Pools waren super bei schlechtem Wetter oder zum Feierabend. Rundum zufrieden und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Нема як такої парковки щоб бути впевненим що прийшов і на тебе чекає паркомісце.. парковка з боку готеля і якщо знайшов місце то пощастило якшо ні то ні,но парковка безкоштовна... І в самому готелі на вхідних дверях в номер немає ручок,якщо випадково не захопив ключі і захлопнув двері будуть трішки квести,хоча і то вирішується....

The beach is very close, which is also great. no reception, no cleaning service and no parking , the communication is very difficult, because the owners doesn’t speak english or Bulgarian. The owner require TOO big amount for deposit - 500 EUR
