Resepsiyondakiler çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdiler böyle işini severek yapanlar fazla kalmadı maalesef bu konuda Santa Ottomanı takdir ediyorum Barlar sokağında olduğu için geceleri çok gürültülü oluyordu maalesef. Yan odadaki müşteriler çok gürültülüydü ve bağırmaları kapıları açıp kapamaları uykumdan uyandırıyordu halbuki resepsiyondan uyarmaya geldiler bi değişiklik olmadı. İlk günler ben her otelde olduğu gibi temizlik bekledim en son resepsiyona söyledim ve temizlik istiyorsam günlük resepsiyona belirtmem gerektiğini söylediler halbuki daha önceki geldiğimde böyle değildi.

• Shokry (5/5): Amazing Location yet a lot of IMPROVEMENTS needed! - - The location is amazing - some of the staff are helpful / they try to support as much as they can Cleanliness is zero literally! We booked 5 rooms, one of the rooms had bed bugs that caused allergy for my mother. Another room had a lot of dirt under the beds, The towels had cuts , as well as the bed cover. No baskets in the room - hence having plastic bags to use as basket. There were around 3 pubs below the hotel which made a lot of noise for a baby to sleep. No bellmen and so it was crazy to bring the luggage up and down, House keeping leaves at 3:00 so you cant have anything after this time and restaurant closes at 9:00 so you cant have dinner. Furniture and bathrooms need maintenance. They give you the master key that opens all the room due to card issue to use for your own room!

Приветливый администратор, заселил нас раньше положенного времени. Спасибо. Номер не большой, но на несколько ночей супер. Можно было бы освежить ремонт в ванной. Тусклый свет, дверь в душе не герметична, полотенца не меняли.

• BÜHLER (5/5): - Günstiges Hotel zentral Nähe Taksim Platz. Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und annehmbar sauber. Bad war ok, könnte langsam eine Renovierung vertragen. Es war extrem laut. Schlafen war nur mit Ohropax möglich. Wohl der Preis für die zentrale Lage. Kein Zimmerservice. Trotz drei Übernachtungen. Die Kopfkissen waren bretthart, sehr unbequem.

The staff was nice, they let us leave our baggage till our checkin time and after our checkout. The facilities were good for the price with wooden furniture, AC and nice shower. It was always clean and tidy. The toilet seats were too high, made for giants.

The location is great and near to all types of bars, restaurants, fast food, shopping stores, etc. Some problems with the facilities, we wanted something repaired, the staff took charge, they actually repaired it, however it was not functioning well even after the repair. Overall, the stay was good though.

Additionally, some of my belongings were stolen from my room, and no one from the staff took the matter seriously or offered any help. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will definitely not be returning to this place again.
