L'établissement propose une cuisine toute équipée commune donc idéal pour faire des repas sois même. Environ à 10 min à pied se trouve un arrêt de bus qui dessert le centre ville de Zadar ainsi que de nombreuses plages à proximités. Je recommande cet établissement pour un séjour à Zadar !

There is a medium sized shop just 5 minutes walk There is a small beach 8-10 minute walk away. we used uber/bolt to go to the old town Somehow, we were under the impression that there would be an Air conditioning unit in the room. Since the advertisement pictures and the description mentioned that. But our room only had a stand fan.

The location is perfect – just a short walk to the most beautiful beach in this part of Zadar, Borik. The apartment is very clean, bright, and cozy, with a fresh modern renovation. Everything is new, of high quality, and perfectly maintained: spotlessly white bed linen, very comfortable beds, a lovely balcony – truly everything you may need for a comfortable family stay. But the real highlight of this accommodation is the hospitality of its wonderful host, Eda. She is an incredibly warm, kind, and generous person – always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with anything. She treated us with delicious homemade cakes, offered us schnapps, and made us feel at home every single day. Thanks to her advice, we knew exactly where to go – from shops and restaurants to the city center and local attractions. It was a true pleasure to stay here, and we felt cared for like family. We would be more than happy to come back again and highly recommend this place to everyone! It is simply impossible to find anything we didn’t like – everything was perfect!

Дійсно нових гостей пані Еда зустрічає вишневою смачною наливкою;) оскільки нас було дві колеги а не сімейна пара, на прохання дати ще одну ковдру люб'язно принесла ще одну , дякую за розуміння;) Під наші куплені на ринку креветки пані Еда пригостила пивом:) , а під виноград пригостила сухим білим вином :) це було несподіванкою і приємним бонусом . Чомусь на 7 днів був тільки один рушник середнього розміру, але не піднімали це питання, тому що все інше просто супер. Велика кількість миючих засобів, шампунь,мило, туалетний папір -всього було з надлишком. На прохання дати голку і нитки -все дали ;) На кожному поверсі є фен, холодильників декілька.

• Adrian (6/5): Guter Aufenthalt und sehr nette Gastgeberin aber leider nicht wie in den Bildern versprochen. - Die Gastgeberin Eda war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Sie hat uns selbstgebrannten kirschschnaps bei der Ankunft gegeben und uns kostenlos Wein und Gemüse aus ihrem Garten zur Verfügung gestellt. Die geteilten Bäder und Küche wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und waren dafür das sie mit anderen Zimmern geteilt waren sehr sauber. Für uns ging aus der Buchung nicht klar hervor dass das Bad mit anderen Zimmern geteilt ist. Das schaffen andere Unterkünfte auf Booking besser und kommunizieren es klarer. Am Ende hätten wir aber wahrscheinlich genauer nachlesen müssen. Das größte Ärgerniss war aber dass die Zimmer Bilder auf der Website nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Zimmer zu tuen hatte. Der Raum war um einiges kleiner und sah überhaupt nicht so aus wie versprochen. Wir würden uns hier mehr Transparenz und aktuelle Bilder wünschen von allen Zimmern die man bekommen kann. So haben wir uns leider etwas betrogen gefühlt auch wenn ich nicht das Gefühl habe das dass die Absicht der Gastgeberin ist.

• Le (10/5): Amazing, i love the hosts so so much, they are so friendly, nice, and very supportive! - Its so vibing, clean, beautiful, and i felt really welcomed. Just a bit far from the center, but the taxi fee wasn’t that expensive and there is a nearby beach which was so so nice so there is no big things that i didnt like about the property.

• Teodor Kisel (10/5): - Po príchode nás pani domáca privítala domacim višňovým likérom a vínom, veľmi dobrým :) Všetko bolo čisté, pravidelne upratované. Kuchyňa na prízemí bohato vybavená. Parkovanie bezproblémové vo dvore. Čo sa týka dostupnosti, tak neďaleko je pláž, 20 min autom do Ninu, centrum Zadaru 15 min a 5 min pešo sú 2 reštaurácie, kde si každý gurmán pochutná. Cítili sme sa tu ako doma, veľmi príjemne ako u babičky. Ešte raz ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt a Vám veľa zdravia a síl :)

She and her daughter did everything to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in the space, and Eda even offered homemade liquer, deserts, and vegetables from her garden. It was like I was staying at my grandma's place. The kitchen and bathroom were always clean, and so was the air conditioned room. The location is slightly further from city center (10min by car) but there are beautiful beaches within walking distance and a nice supermarket and restaurant just 5 mins from the apartment. We would definitely return to this place when we come to Zadar again. Thank you for being such a wonderful host :)

Ми були надзвичайно вражені і задоволені чистим, до бездогання, прибраним номером: все нове - простирадла, рушники, подушки, матраси, і ще багато інших приємних вражень: кухня, це взагалі щось! Чиста, з усіма необхідними приладами, все абсолютно нове, посуд (сервіз з різноманітними засобами), каструлі, сковорідки, кавоварки, чайники! Підсвітка, яка налаштовується під ваші потреби. Я не пам’ятаю коли так відпочивала, а ця подушка - це щось неймовірне! Всім раджу і рекомендую! Коли наступного разу приїду в Хорватію, то тільки до Еди!!!
• Guest (10/5): - Wundervolle Unterkunft in Zadar – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, vier Tage in einer wirklich traumhaften Unterkunft in Zadar, Kroatien, zu verbringen – und wir können sie von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, nur 5–7 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele verschiedene Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Busverbindungen – perfekt, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Es gibt zahlreiche Strände, die man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann, was den Aufenthalt noch vielseitiger macht. Die Unterkunft selbst war genau so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer ordentlich, mit gemütlicher Ausstattung und je nach Buchung auch mit Balkon. Selbst wenn man kein eigenes Balkonzimmer hat, steht ein kleiner Gemeinschaftsbalkon zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich durften wir auch die schöne Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mitnutzen, sogar für ein kleines BBQ – was will man mehr? Der Empfang war besonders herzlich: Wir wurden nicht nur einfach begrüßt und mit dem Schlüssel versorgt – die Gastgeberin hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen, uns willkommen zu heißen und sogar einen hausgemachten Kirschlikör mit uns zu trinken. Dazu standen gekühlte Wasserflaschen bereit – eine durchdachte Geste, falls man noch nicht einkaufen war. Die Gastgeberin war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Ausflüge oder Transportmöglichkeiten. Auch bei der Abreise war sie da, hat sich verabschiedet und uns sogar beim Organisieren eines günstigen Taxis unterstützt. Wir geben dieser Unterkunft eine klare 10 von 10 Punkten. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt – wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Bewertungen hier sind absolut berechtigt und wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, wiederzukommen – und sie auch Freunden und Familie weiterzuempfehlen.

• Kirsten (7/5): Welcoming host, but keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared and most rooms don't have a balcony. - The host Eda was really nice, she was very welcoming and even gave us a bottle of wine when we left. The room we got (after moving rooms) was spacious and clean. If you don't have a balcony, you can sit outside in the garden. And it's just a short walk to the beach. The room was completely different than what we thought we booked on here -- it showed a nicer space with balcony on the pictures (the photos and descriptions don't really match). Communication about this was hard, because she didn't speak English and said she had nothing to do with Booking (okay?). But eventually she moved us from the basement to another, slightly bigger room upstairs. Another issue was that we didn't expect to have a shared bathroom with a bunch of other guests. So we think the description on Booking should be updated/fixed. Now it's basically overpromising and underdelivering.

• Dominika (10/5): - Polecam z całego serca zakwaterowanie u Pani Edy. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, systematycznie sprzątane, kuchnia i łazienka współdzielone, ale nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu. Pani właścicielka przesympatyczna, czułyśmy się momentami jak na wakacjach u babci. Pani nie mówi po angielsku, ale da się na spokojnie dogadać. Częstowała nas domowym tiramisu, jest bardzo gościnna😊 Do plaży ok. 10 minut pieszo, do centrum dalej, ale niedaleko jest przystanek autobusowy i można dojechać autobusem nr 8 do Starego Miasta. Oprócz tego w pobliżu jest pyszna restauracja „Šime” i kawiarnie. Wyjedziemy w 100% zadowolone i chętnie wrócimy w przyszłości. Dziękujemy z całego serca za sympatyczny pobyt! Dominika i Natalia❤️

• Korthout (10/5): Geweldige rustige omgeving ('s nachts absoluut muisstil) alle faciliteiten in de buurt - Gastvrijheid van de eigenaresse, ontvangst en afscheid was zeer persoonlijk en gezellig. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig, absoluut het ontvangstdrankje (eigengebrouwen kersenlikeurtje). Echt een extra bedankje voor de huisgemaakte Tirami-su en espresso als cadeautje van de eigenaresse Eda aan ons. niks!
• Jan Philipp (10/5): Wir lieben Eda - Es hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Eda ist ein liebenswürdiger, zuvorkommender und fürsorglicher Gastgeber der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Es gab verschiedene Kaffees: Filter, Mokka und Instant. Es gab verschiedene Öle und Gewürze zum kochen. Das Bad hatte Shampoo für Männer und Frauen, Duschgel und sogar Conditioner. Es gab Mittel gegen Mücken und eine Klimaanlage. Im Kühlschrank gab es Wasser, Bier und lokalen Bio-Wein. Außerdem empfing uns Eda mit leckerem selbstgemachten Kirschlikör von dem man sich jederzeit mehr holen durfte. Zusätzlich gab es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit großer Küche, Sofas und Fernseher. Als ob das alles nicht schon genug wäre überraschte Eda uns mehrmals mit Bio Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und Abends mit einer Eistorte und Espresso. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen dekoriert und bietet eine Grillecke sowie viele Sitz- und sogar Liegemöglichkeiten um dort zu essen oder sich einfach nur zu sonnen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Eda sorgt dafür daß man sich wie Zuhause fühlt und keinerlei Sorgen hat. Ihr Motto ist wenn es den Gästen gut geht, geht es Ihr auch gut und das merkt man.

But basically they only show the best rooms on the website and when you come there it can lead to the need to move from one room to another, because you booked "the cheaper room" for instance without balcony, but in my profile and in booking details it showed the exact " nice and neat room ".so basically we've spent a week in a nicer room, and then found out that we suddenly need to move out to spend the rest of days in another one. It's not that big of a loss to have, 'cause the rest of utensils and other stuff in the kitchen is accessible and is all set to your needs and whims. It's rather an unexpected, unpleasant change, that would've better been communicated on the first day, in order to avoid such surprises. All the rest is nice and clean. Thank you, Mrs. Eda! The bus stop is 10 mins away. Bolt taxi service is available around the clock. And who is as unlucky as I was, and falls sick on the vacation, - you can use their local public hospital " poliklinika ", the prices for medicines are normal. Regards.
• Michael (10/5): - Sehr zuvorkommende und äußerst hilfsbereite Besitzerin der Appartments. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und im Kühlschrank der Wohnung hat sie uns selbst angebautes Gemüse und Getränke hinterlassen. Das Badezimmer hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung.
• Hubert (10/5): Fantastično! - The hospitality was exceptional. Even despite not fully speaking the same language, we were able to communicate using German, Croatian and Polish without much problem. Eda always took care of us and other residents and we felt looked after and at home. She takes extra steps to ensure you feel amazing during your time here. The facilities were also fantastic, kitchen was fully equipped, so you can prepare a full blown dinner. There's a large terrace you can have your meal at afterwards. It's clean and maintained on a daily basis. There's a nice beach really not far away and if you plan on hitting the town there's a bus stop nearby and a nextbike bike stall a little further away. It's a perfect place to get some peace of mind and a nice rest, while also to not miss the old town and what the city has to offer.

Oprócz tego obiekt znajduje się blisko plaży (około 7-10 minut spacerkiem), zaś dojazd do centrum to około 15 minut taksówką (boltem koszt około 8 euro). Jesteśmy zachwyceni, napewno polecimy ten obiekt znajomym!

• Zaira (10/5): - Vše hodnotím perfektně. Apartmán byl čistý, pěkně a moderně zařízený, včetně kuchyňského koutu. Samozřejmě nechyběla ani klimatizace. Před domem se též nachází venkovní posezení, které je hostům k dispozici. Paní majitelka Eda je neuvěřitelně milá a vstřícná. Mile nás uvítala nejen slovy, ale i pohoštěním v naší ledničce. Stále byla ochotna pomoci. Po check-outu jsme si ve společných prostorech domu mohli zcela zdarma nechat zavazadla, a při vyzvednutí ještě využít i kuchyň a toaletu.

• Jolanta (9/5): Czułam się jak na wakacjach u babci ;) - Gospodyni niesamowicie gościnna! Mimo bariery językowej (brak obsługi w języku angielskim, tylko chorwacki i niemiecki) opowiedziała nam gdzie jest najlepsza plaża, doradziła by unikać drogich taksówek i pokierowała na przystanek autobusowy. Gospodynią jest starsza Pani, która w pracę wkłada całe serce! Częstuje nawet warzywami z własnego ogródka:). W obiekcie panuje prawdziwie rodzinna atmosfera. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i zadbany ogródek ze stolikami. Świetna lokalizacja! 10min do najbliższej plaży. Okolica domków jednorodzinnych, nawet w środku sezonu brak takiego tłumu turystów jak w centrum miasta. Nasz pokój znajdował się w części mieszkania właścicielki, ze wspólną z nią łazienką i kilkoma cudzymi ubraniami w naszej szafie. Dość niecodzienne rozwiązanie, jednak nie przeszkadzało to w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, a na reszcie pięter dostępne są już w pełni autonomiczne pokoje i łazienki.

• Minoyoki (10/5): - Bardzo miła gospodyni Eda. Można liczyć na pomoc, świerze warzywa i pyszne ciasto. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Czysto i do plaży niedaleko. Obok dwie restauracje, tanio i pysznie. Blisko autobus do starego miasta 1,60€. Bold na lotnisko ok 20€

• Florentine (9/5): - Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und auch bei Fragen ansprechbar. Es gibt ein kleines Bad, was jedoch kein Problem ist, da es noch ein weiteres gab. Für uns war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und ist zu empfehlen.
• Floriano (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at EDAs, Eda is a very kind and lovely person, very welcoming and giving grandma vibes in the best way possible! The rooms are very clean, spacious, the bathrooms are also pretty well kept. The house itself is very big, in a nice quiet area near the beach and restaurants/shops. The kitchen was lovely and very big, nicely equipped. The parkinglot is also pretty spacious and can accomodate multiple cars. The garden is nicely arranged, with multiple tables, a grill and loads of flowers all around. It was great meeting these kind people (Eda and her daughter) and of we ever get back to croatia, we would definitely stay at EDAs again :)

• Patryk (7/5): - The host was very friendly. She gave us vegetables from her garden which was very nice. We felt very comfortable there. There was plenty of maps and guides available for guests in the apartament. The room had shared bathroom with a host which was not ideal. Also the entrance to the room was from the kitchen/living room so you could hear other guests and you we feel that we did not have enough privacy. Unfortunately the host didn't speak english.

• Waldemar (10/5): - Wir sind so liebevoll empfangen worden. Eda hat uns so herzlich umsorgt, die Wünschen sind uns praktisch von den Lippen gelesen worden. Es ist super sauber, die Lage ist sehr gut , wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen wieder.

Pensavo di trovare.un appartamento con cucina .bagno e camera...invece abbiamo trovato..solo la camera.con bagno in commune e cucina pure..ma nonostante..tutto..un posto molto acogliente...grazie alla signora...

• Reggy (9/5): Met veel plezier verbleven bij Eda Zadar. - De eigenaresse van dit appartement was een bijzonder lieve en fijne vrouw. Heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. De kamer, keuken en badkamer waren zeer net, schoon en volledig. De eigenaresse kwam regelmatig met een typisch Kroatische lekkernij en maakte altijd tijd voor 'n kopje koffie. De wifi werkte niet, omdat er een blikseminslag was geweest in de straat, maar daar is ze direct achteraan gegaan en werd halverwege de vakantie opgelost. Hier kom ik graag nog 'n keer! Vanuit de informatie bij Booking.com was het mij niet helemaal duidelijk dat de kamer geen eigen badkamer, toilet en keuken had. Het leek dat dit wel het geval was.

• Adriano Sacsida (10/5): Vacanze a Zara 2022 - Ci siamo trovati molto bene👍 ottima accoglienza in casa🏡 splendida stanza 🛌, ampio parcheggio, 🚙 servizi igienici ottimi, ambiente tranquillo, pulito , silenzioso e la signora padrona della casa🏠 è stata super gentile, accogliente, disponibile e ci ha accolto molto bene 🤗 . Appena arrivati ci ha offerto nella sua cucina un ottimo caffè☕ e del maraschino di sua produzione 🥰 e quando eravamo in partenza ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino biologico fatto in casa ☺ da ritornarci sicuramente. Consiglio vivamente di venire in questo posto e di visitare la meravigliosa Città 🌇 Zara e le sue splendide Isole con un mare 🌊 da favola. Era tutto meraviglioso

• Karine (10/5): Exceptional - we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. the common areas are very well equipped. The terrace is great to have a bbq or simply have your coffee. Eda is really a lovely and welcoming host.

• Kristýna (8/5): Very good - + Owner of the apartment is very hospitable, polite and friendly. Apartments are clean, all the necessary equipment is there included dishes and other kitchen utensils. Beach is 10 minutes by walk, crystal sea. Calm, friendly, safe area. Unfortunately the first night we got totally different room than we booked. I chose room with extra large bed and we received room with fold-out couch. Also the bathroom was shared. Next day we talked to the owner of the apartment and she changed our room.
