• Aleyna (10/5): Super Lage! - Unser Aufenthalt in Sarajevo war wirklich großartig. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, modern und die Lage perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei jeder Frage unterstützt. Die Zimmer waren ruhig, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Sarajevo besucht. Frühstück war leider nicht so vielfältig aber ausreichend.

He made discount in against taxes but as a result paid as cash. They should have normally put tea boxes in the room but due to lackage of tea, we got it from the reception desk and as a result they charged tea to us, it was unbelieveable for me. Except one guy the remaining staff doesn't know english so the support was limited at that time. Also, the bathroom isn't comfortable to take shower.

Zelo prijazno osebje, ki poskrbi za dobro počutje, ponudi zelo uporabne nasvete za oglede po mestu. Pester samopostrežni zajtrk. Varen parkirni prostor. Kljub temu, da je bila navedena opcija plačila s kartico, to ni bilo možno, samo gotovina.

• Martyna (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - Rewelacyjne miejsce! Smaczne śniadania, wygodne i czyste pokoje (dostaliśmy większy pokój niż rezerwowaliśmy). Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocna - nawet przy parkowaniu :). Lokalizacja ma panoramę na miasto, co szczególnie nocą wygląda bajecznie. Uwaga na wysokość - obiekt jest położony na sporej górce - ale to akurat nie był dla nas minus - lubimy spacerować. Do centrum Sarajewa spacerem można dotrzeć w około 40 minut. Dodatkowo - Hotel zapewnia mapkę z głównymi atrakcjami miasta i wskazówkami, gdzie najlepiej zacząć zwiedzanie. Na zakończenie wspaniałego pobytu otrzymaliśmy również mały upominek - to bardzo miły gest. Jeżeli tylko będzie nam jeszcze dane odwiedzić Sarajewo, na pewno wybierzemy ten właśnie Hotel.
• Srdjan (9/5): - Izuzetno prijatno i srdacno osoblje uvek spremno za bilo kakvu pomoc. Sobe ciste i uredne, kreveti udobni. Dorucak dobar, parking obezbedjen ispred hotela. Lokacija sasvim solidna, 5 min automobilom do centra, 30 min ako zelite prosetati. Nedostajala nam je jedino terasa u sobi.

• Branislav (10/5): Preljubazno osoblje , odlična lokacija - Pre svega lokacija fenomenalna , mirno sa prelepim pogledom.Obezbeđen parking koji se nadzire od strane čuvara.Soba čista prostrana.Doručak preukusan , za svakog ponešto.Osoblje preljubazno i po prvi put smo doživeli da nam neko nešto pokloni na odjavljivanju.Definitivno prvi i jedini izbor sledeći put kad budemo odsedali u Sarajevu. Ne postoji bukvalno ništa što nam se nije dopalo.

Genel olarak gezimiz için çok yardımcı oldular Tek kötü yanı konumu başçarşıdan biraz uzakta toplu taşımayla ulaşım için biraz ters konumda yokuş var ama taksiyle ulaşım ve bulmak çok rahat. • András (8/5): Szivesen látogatunk vissza. - A szívélyes fogadtatás és elköszönés, finom reggeli. Nagyszerű kilátás az erkélyről. Kényelmes ágy és nagyon cuki főegerész. Kicsit lehetne tágasabb a szoba, ha már superior.
• Davide (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole con vista splendida della città - L'albergo si trova a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto e a circa un chilometro dal fiume che attraversa la città. Il ponte latino, per capirci, si trova a circa 3 chilometri dalla struttura. A noi piace camminare (riteniamo che camminare per la città sia il modo migliore per conoscerla, al di là delle visite ai luoghi più famosi), per cui ci andava bene così. E' un po' in alto, quindi l'andata è in discesa, ma il ritorno... Comunque i taxi sono molto economici, con un costo ben al di sotto della media europea. Essendo in alto, la struttura (le camere verso la città) gode di una vista splendida sulla città e sui monti circostanti. Proprio davanti alla struttura ci sono delle case semidiroccate. Non fateci caso. C'è un parcheggio per 5-6 macchine, se si prevede di andare in macchina è prudente sentire la struttura per assicurarsi la disponibilità del posto macchina. Intorno non ho visto molte altre possibilità di posteggiare. La struttura dell'albergo è simpatica, con scale che portano alle varie stanze. Le dimensioni sono a mio parere adeguate, a seconda della camera scelta, con bagno privato. L'arredo è moderno, piacevole, ed i letti sufficientemente comodi (matrimoniali con lenzuola "alla francese", cioè doppio piumino singolo). I bagni sono piccolini, ma non in maniera eccessiva. Pulizia adeguata. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Parlano fluentemente inglese (regola strana, fino alle 10 di sera :-) ). La colazione è abbondante, però sbilanciata sul salato. A me piace, ma non aspettatevi cornetti o dolci in abbondanza. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, non ha funzionato la carta di credito (probabilmente problemi alla linea); non ho avuto l'impressione che fosse una cosa "voluta". E' stato necessario prelevare al bancomat per pagare in contanti. Le commissioni sono "pazzesche" (pianificate attentamente i prelievi!), che però il proprietario ci ha riscontato.
• Matthew (10/5): Wonderful breakfast views and really helpful staff. - Th bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast with views was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d stay again just for the views at breakfast. I suppose it could be closer to old town Sarajevo, but taxis are cheap and the walk down the river to town is nice anyway. Just a little dangerous crossing the road to get down the hill.

The breakfast was simple, but had everything you need. Rooms lack some amenities (e.g. only a/c for heating/cooling, no glasses for water). Not problematic if you're staying for a night or two, and are on a business trip.

• Admira (10/5): Fantastiskt! - Det var så rent och varmt och skönt då vi kom till rummet. Vi besökte hotellet under vinterhalvåret. Personalen var så välkomnande och trevliga mot oss. Utsikten från rummet var magiskt. En vy över vackra Sarajevo. Om ni besöker Sarajevo rekommenderar jag verkligen detta hotell. Allt var perfekt
• Nenad (10/5): Trodnevni izlet Sarajevu - Jako ugodno iznenađen. Objekt vrlo čist,prostran i ugodan za boravak. Mirna lokacija vrlo blizu centra. Pogled na grad očaravajući. Domaćin pristupačan u svakom trenutku i pun kvalitetnih i korisnih informacija. Doručak bogat.
• Lahira (10/5): - “Boravak u hotelu Villa Harmony bio je zaista ugodan. Sobe su renovirane, čiste i moderno uređene, što boravak čini vrlo komfornim. Osoblje je ljubazno, a atmosfera mirna i opuštajuća. Preporučujem svima koji traže kvalitetan smještaj i ugodan odmor.”

• Alžběta (10/5): Platební karty nejdou - Velmi milý a vstřícný personál. V hotelu nešlo platit kartou, přestože na Booking.com je uvedeno, že platební karty přijímá. Na Balkáně ale nejde o nic moc překvapivého.
• Thiago (9/5): Estadia tranquila, com ótimo atendimento e bom café da manhã, custo benefício bom. - A equipe sempre bem disposta e corteses. Atendimento ótimo, lugar calmo, café da manhã caprichado e com variedades de alimentos como ovo, frutas, pão, salsicha, aveias e cereais, leite dentre outros. Não chega a ser um café colonial, mas é um bom café da manhã.

• Samardžija (8/5): - Osoblje koje nas je dočekalo. Ambijent lijep. Pogled s balkona. Soba . Doručak Rezervacija na bookingu nije došla do hotela u onom zahtjevu koji je izabran.
• Elvira (10/5): Ein überraschender, absoluter Rundum-Verwöhn-Aufenthalt!!! - der sehr persönliche Empfang, die geschmackvolle und überaus komfortable Zimmerausstattung, das außergewöhnlich reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet einschließlich landestypischer Delikatessen (Warmes und Kaltes, vielseitige Auswahl von Früchten, orientalisches Gebäck, türkisch zubereiteter Tee u. v. a.)
• Mike (7/5): Super Lage auf dem Hügel in einer interessanten Stadt - Das Frühstück war sehr gut da auch regionales angeboten wurde. Insgesamt eine große Auswahl in einem schönen Ambiente. Insgesamt war es sauber aber tatsächlich hätte man das Zimmer gerne öfter saugen dürfen.
• Maik (9/5): - Sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne Aussicht über Sarajevo. Die Straße bergauf ist abenteuerlich, keine Restaurants in Laufweite
