- Sanjay (6/5): Decent Short Stay with Helpful Staff, but Maintenance Needs Improvement - The staff was courteous and guided me clearly on how to reach the place, making it easy to locate. I paid ₹100 for early check-in, which was reasonable, but I expected a receipt for the payment. A soap was provided at check-in. Overall, it’s suitable for a short stay of a day or two. One major disappointment was that the AC was turned off around 11 PM and wasn’t switched back on. The washrooms were not clean, and some fixtures were not in proper condition.

Even I checked out on 17 Aug 2025 at 9am and requested them to keep my lagauge since my train was in evening 7 pm and I wish to visit Kalbhairav temple, they approved my request and without any charge. - Hiren (10/5): My staying at Ujjain - Kshipra guest house is located in the heart of the town called Freeganj .The best part is the tariff of the guest house .The dormitory was clean and ventilated.The bed was very comfortable and neat.The bathroom and toilet were very clean and nicely maintained.The owner of the guest house was well behaved and helpful.I strongly recommend this guest to any visitor who would like to visit Ujjain for any reason.Thank you for your hospitality.

- Abhijit (4/5): Disappointing - 1. I took a dorm which was fine, no issues with the room or the bed. 2. The bathrooms were very clean & water was available 24*7. 1. The temperature was not maintained, it was quite warm even when they have a central Air conditioning system, still it doesnt meet the requirement. The AC was switched off in the afternoon, on asking the staff informed that it will be switched on in the evening. 2. Lots & lots of mosquitoes in the Dorm, they make it impossible for someone to sleep peacefully. The property needs to manage this essentially or else its not recommended for anyone to stay, as such mosquitoes wont let you sleep.
