• Kmiotek (10/5): Beautiful apartment - The flat itself was fantastic. The bed is very comfortable. My wife usually struggles to sleep in a new place, but here she felt at home. Thank you. The place is located above the shops, which was okay. However, the staircase was unpleasant and a bit dirty.

Had everything we needed. good sized lounge and main bedroom. loved to big windows. the second bedroom was quite dark - the decoration in the rest of the property could talk the dark colours but this room was too small.

• Mark (8/5): Very good and we would stay here again. - We liked the far-out decor; Felpham Village is very pleasant with nice pubs nearby. The flat was clean & comfortable. The doorlock was very sticky. Not really the owners fault, but there was occasional loud noise during the night from the flat next door.

• Andy (10/5): The property had everything we needed, and was very well furnished and beds were very comfortable. - Once in the property, it boasted masses of character, and was very funky. Dark and moody, with black and dark green décor. The approach to the location was a little intimidating, having to pass other private properties to get to the front door. which was above a parade of shops.

• russell (7/5): - Great location. I am from the village anyway so know what's around. Well provided for apartment. Very comfy bed! Only half of a used toilet roll provided, that's poor to be fair!! Only minor comments, but.....Interior lighting very dim and paintwork needs attention in places. Only a tv bracket and no tv on bedroom wall.
• Joanna (10/5): - Loved the decor. It was super cosy and warm. Comfortable bed. Good TV entertainment options.Great location too. Entrance via the staircase was a little creepy. The fake grass on front was soaking wet and muddy making it impossible to avoid bringing mud inside. Shower drain is blocked and toilet flush kept disassembling. We had to assemble it back together to prevent water filling constantly. A lot of cobwebs too. But this isn't a complain. Just a friendly nugde :)

• Charlie Carl (8/5): Could be a fantastic place to stay with a few minor important changes - Decore and location was excellent , nice offering of chocolates and pods for coffee machine , air fryer and all equiptment youd need in the kitchen The place is freezing ,electric heaters that was not on , bathroom tiled floor is freezing with not heating control in the bathroom upon returning every night the place was really cold. Oddly 5 remote controlls on the coffee table (how and what are 5 of them for with no labels of guessing?) pitch black outside , sola sensor light outside would help or something needed to help on dark nights when you arrive in the dark and cant hold the phone and use the key code settings as well as holding your luggage. Bombarded with auto messages, infact i had to scroll 8 times down to read all the messages, ive never recieved so many messages i was shocked.
• Susan (9/5): Lovely comfy lil flat..helpful proprietor..value4£ would defo go back - Lovely flat..plush large double bed/bedding..fluffy towels..well equipped kitchen ...very nice overall Bathroom was very cold ..radiator didnt come on it was a particularly chilly night so the cold was noticeable..there was no on and off switch for it and the cupboard where wire lead out to through wall to lead to an outside cupboard that was locked so couldn't investigate to turn it on... especially as I had to turn water off during shower as drain was blocked and shower tray kept filling up & taking ages to go down (was afraid for it to overflow which it was near to) ....so I eventually used fingers as a plunger which then did the trick and then water drained away...I wouldn't call proprietor as it was 10pm...and i wouldn't disturb them at that time... Also because we'd had to contact him at arrival time as we followed instructions (we thought) to get in downstairs door but we was trying wrong door....we thought 'door to right' was right of parking space.. there was a door that was locked...but it wasn't that one it was at other end of building...so we waited outside for proprietor to ring us...which he eventually did to tell us how to get in lower door....Thank you 👍 someone else was parked all night in flat parking space so we backed out and fortunately parked on road...maybe if flat number was painted large maybe others wouldn't park there?) Looked for a toaster but wasn't one....dont know if can do toast in an air fryer? Apart from this it was a lovely lil flat and would defo stay again..was sad we only stayed 1 night..

Lovely owners, fabulous accomodation, loved it - Stunning property, chic and comfortable, the master bed was my favourite part, huge, super comfy and stylish We loved it all Unfortunately the toilet broke but the owner was so lovely, came out to try and fix it and help us instantly and was so helpful!

• Stephen (7/5): - The property was clean and very comfortable. The small kitchen was nice and smart with everything you needed, could have done with a toaster though. The whole property had a very chic feel to it. The entrance to the property was up a grubby staircase, but don't let that put you off, as once through the front door, all is good. The two bedrooms were a bit on the dark side with the style of decor and even in daylight with the binds drawn you could do with a headtorch.

• White (8/5): It was a good stay at the South Coast boudoir! - Great facilities. Everything was provided. Very comfortable. Decor is really nice but very dark, especially in the bedrooms even with the lights on. Had to get dressed in the living room. Would have liked little milk pots like in hotels on arrival, especially as they had provided tea coffee, etc. But the main drawback was the main entrance to the building leading up to the flats. Grubby door, which isn't locked where anyone can gain access. Would not feel safe using late at night.

Very large and comfortable bed. Spacious flat. Would highly recommend. The stairs and approach to the property is a little off putting but once inside it feels like another world!!

• Aaron (10/5): Lovely stay - The apartment is lovely and Matt is a very commutative and helpful host. Easy space to relax in and has all the amenities we could need, including excellent WiFi and always hot water. Would 100% definitely stay again. We arrived at night and it was tricky to find where we had to go - rang Matt and he managed to point us in the right direction. A Google map drawover showing where the apartment is, where you can park, and highlight the entrance stairs once you've booked would help to show things clearly. The cutlery and glassware in the kitchen all needs a good clean, I imagine this is more previous tenants doing a poor job than the cleaner as the rest of the place was very clean.

Quick response from the owner when we had an issue on the first. night. Coffee machine was great too! Bed in the main bedroom was huge and super comfy, but could have done with a thinner/lighter duvet.

• Hathaway (9/5): Atmospheric apartment in a quiet residential location with local amenities. - Good location in close proximity to the sea, walk to the beach was about quarter mile away. Really good comms from Matt the owner. Good information on where to park, how to find the property, how to gain access etc. The weather on the night we stayed wasn't particularly good, rather than staying out and getting soaked we headed back to the apartment earlier, logged into Hue Lighting, set the mood and watched a film with a bottle of wine. The only negative aspect was the stairway entry to get to the apartment. It's a communal area but one that is out of the owners control.
• Pott (10/5): Fantastic stay - spotless, quirky and so well equipped. - Back from a lush little break. Family stay - 2 adults and our 19 and 13 year old daughters. Great location and literally a few mins outside of Bognor Regis. Easy to find too. Matt and Charlotte were so helpful and the instructions for everything were so clear. We couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need. Some lovely little extra touches too. Lots of helpful information left inside with local amenities which was great. Nothing was too much bother at all and the hosts live close. It was also spotlessly clean! Extremely spacious and comfortable. Also, lovely to have a seating area outside. The girls loved it and so did we. We only stayed one night but would consider staying longer if we return to the area. Shops and takeaways were within walking distance and it was a quiet area so no disturbances at night. Although there is no oven, they have an air fryer, microwave and hob. We didn’t use any of it because we only stayed one night; but I genuinely can’t say anything was “Missing” bottles of water in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee machine, cleaning stuff if you wanted it, a hoover - the lot! The huge bed was mega comfortable. We met Matt as we were leaving and he was such a nice guy. Definitely glad we picked to stay here. Thanks Matt and Charlotte. We loved it and will definitely recommend it to friends. Nothing to dislike. On arrival, we were a little sceptical as we drove round the back as it is above shops; but once you are up in the apartment, you wouldn’t even realise.

• Paul (9/5): Very nice apartment in a quiet location, with local shops and cafe's close by, would stay again - Great communication from Matt apartment is in a good location, with shops and a cafe's close by, and short walk to either the beach or town centre, we only stayed one night so parked in the free 24hrs car park. Comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee also available. Overall a nice and seamless experience would stay again should we visit again

• John (8/5): Clean, well furnished and equipped accommodation. - The apartment was clean and comfortable, had decent kitchen facilities, free wifi, and a large screen TV with Netflix, which was a bonus! The decor was quite dark and somewhat peculiar but you got used to it! Located not too far from a few shops and takeaways and wasn't that far from the beachfront. There was also a place to park your car, which was free and convenient. The rear of the apartment were you had to go to enter the property wasn't that nice/tidy...a bit scruffy and quite dark at night but once you got into the accommodation it was fine.
