• Sarah (9/5): Well appointed with a fantastic location - Well appointed with a fantastic location Unfortunately, there are a lot of stairs and we had a lot of luggage!
• De Courcey (8/5): Other then that it was nice.. - Lovely designed loft sound proof and comfy beds Loft area very small floor to roof ratio Also the bathroon sink hot water wasent working But other then that it was nice
• Jeff (1/5): Find another accommodation. - Free parking Bedroom ceiling was about 1.7m high (you could not stand and had to crawl into the room). For those arriving without a car there are 4 flights of stairs to the entry. Neither of these issues were included in facility description. Accommodation has committed to a small refund, but nothing has shown up after two weeks. Booking. Com customer service was unable to help us move or get a refund. Finally, the place was filthy and looked out into a parking garage with homeless people sitting on the setups to the unit.

• Connie (9/5): A niche place to stay, above a funky bar (no noise) right in the heart of Wellington. - Perfect little place to stay on Lambton Quay. Everything there you would need for a home base to see Wellington from. Modern, clean and cosy. Not enough privacy with windows, with 2-3 of the windows overlooking the shops next door and the others where people entering and exiting the car park could see straight in. Couldn’t access the tv or movies. I didn’t mind that there were stairs to take up my suitcase, but if you’re older or struggle with stairs, this could be difficult.
• Aoife (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the unit is excellent for exploring Wellington. Staff were very responsive when messaging via the booking. Com app. Unfortunately although I had booked the property for 4 adults the apartment was not set up to accommodate 4. There was no bedding to use to turn the sofa bed into a suitable sleeping space. When we informed the staff they said that there was nothing they could do until the following day which was disappointing. They offered to discuss the possibility of refund with me due to this situation but I have heard nothing since. The apartment was not particularly clean when we arrived, bits of food from previous guests on the floor.

• Trent (1/5): I would avoid this place like the plague - We never made it inside the property Access to the property. We couldn't get in and they weren't willing to send someone to help us access the apartment. They told us that we were the problem, so we asked someone in the bar to follow the instructions and confirm that it wasn't possible to get in. They tried and couldn't get in either. In the end we asked them to send someone, they failed to call us to say someone was coming so we booked alternate accommodation. They have refused to refund us. Avoid any properties managed by Ohana. They lie and provide incorrect information. Here is their website https://ohanaproperty.com/. It should be a warning for others.
• Christine (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent, comfortable apartment surprisingly quiet for central city Fiddly sachets for shampoo and body wash

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The property was well equipped warm and comfortable. We could walk to shops cafes and restaurants. Also with a grocery store next door made getting our own supplies very easy. It was very quiet. Easy walk to bus stops.
