Guest Reviews
- Hartwich (9/5): -
- Mick (10/5): - The house was so cosy, clean and modern. Had everything we needed to be extremely comfortable Nothing
- April (7/5): - Well set up kitchen and facilities. Unfortunately the property ran out of tank water while I was mid-shampoo in the shower, so we had no access to water for the rest of the evening and the next day.
We opted to check out early because everyone was thirsty.
- Renee (10/5): Excellent stay! We were also luckily enough to see the Aurora while we were there. - The location was so private and easy to get to loved the scrub and animals around the property at night. The beds were comfy kitchen has everything we needed and the house was clean. Loved it would definitely go back! Nothing to dislike
- Gardia (6/5): No electricity or water - Old style partially renovated beach house. Very clean and well set up. Checked in at 4pm and by 6am following morning, electricity was out. No internet or phone service.
Worst of all, no water- could not run a tap, flush the toilet, or shower.
There was an outage in the area, however ours never came back on. Ensuing contact via phone through the day with property manager where she insisted we kept checking the power switches down the stairs, under the house.
We informed her we left by mid afternoon, as we had 2 small children, and our food had gone off in fridge as it was a hot day. We received no type of refund or compensation for what occurred.
We understand power outages are unforeseen, however no running water is a matter for the ACCC as it breaches consumer rights.
I would recommend the owners purchase a generator for the property, given it is rural and listed as an airbnb.
- Anja (7/5): - Es war sehr ruhig und man hat viele Quokas im Garten. Es war sehr sehr kalt im Bad und in der ganzen Wohnung. Wir haben sehr gefroren.
- Rabia (9/5): -
- Colin (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (9/5): A very pleasant stay in a quiet location and a beautiful beach for long walks. - The quietness of the bush. Proximity to a variety of walks The lack of a bedside table on both sides of the bed, meaning nowhere to put a glass of water or medication etc.
The dimness of the light in the sitting room. Impossible to read by.
- Megan (8/5): A peaceful stay in a beautiful place - Clean and tidy in a good location. Angela was helpful and proactive.
- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - Nice quiet area, and lots of wildlife around. Small hot water system, so ran out the first day as we had a large group.
- Audrey (10/5): Excellent property for the needs of our family. - Location, everything we needed plus extras including a step stool for our short family. It was a nice to find a litre carton of milk.
Heating very effective with wood heater and air conditioner. Obviously a lot of thought and care put into the property for guests. Nothing.
- Brooke (7/5): Good - House was well equipped, I liked most the coffee machine, I can't stand instant coffee so was very pleased with the coffee, the beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Great spot, it's perfect for families. The fact that the power was out the entire weekend which meant we couldn't use water or flush the toilet, shower or anything, but in saying this the weather was crazy and the whole state copped outages for long periods.
Also the games station, both controllers needs replacing as they didn't work properly and wouldn't stay plugged in properly.
