- Marilyn (10/5): The cottage was quiet , off the road and cozy if the perfect word for it. - Away from traffic noise. Off the road and quiet. All was great. Bob took care of any needs we might have had.

- Michelle (8/5): Very good - Keyless entry— I tend to lose keys. Floors, color choices , decor, windows . Bedside reading lights Soft sheets, extra blanket. Front porch set up ( when the weather cooperates will be nice) Stove burners heated up fast. When I drove up , after dark, a nice man greeted me — and gave me directions to a grocery store and a place to get dinner. -Needs a floor mat by the door -There was no tub drain stopper— and the built in one didn’t work. - the bulb choice ,for the ceiling fan light fixture, was REALLY BRIGHT. (too bright) - I didn’t remember the description mentioning coffee pot, paper goods and dish cleaning supplies— so I needlessly bought all that. (Since I had Instant coffee , I used it instead of the pot.) Perhaps TV channel instructions or how to use would be helpful. And, some restaurant suggestions, to-go menu’s and directions, placed in a file folder or basket.

- Calohan (10/5): Exceptional - It was close to everything we needed and wanted to go . The host of the ABNB was very helpful in telling us great places to eat . We also want to visit the beach . So they helped us figure out the one we visited. There was nothing We didn't like .
- Jerry (7/5): Good but with reservations. - No Breakfast Very Clean. Older home and furnishings (double recliner sofa great) adequate. Bed was queen size and just OK. Owner responded to request for a non slip shower mat. TV useless. No cable or streaming available. Local channels and usual channels not available. Parking on grass at rear of house. OK for what we needed but make sure you are aware of where it is located.
- Lorrie (9/5): Perfect place for a quite getaway. - Every imaginable need was readily available. The decor was unfussy which made it easy to relax. Loved getting fresh eggs from their chickens. Would have loved having seating available to sit by the pond. I cannot find any thing that I didn't like. It was a nice and quite stay. We enjoyed our stay.
