- ana (2/5): Sin más - El apartamento está bien, es como las fotos Al llegar la puerta exterior estaba cerrada, no hay manera de acceder , los vecinos se niegan a seguir abriendo la puerta por qué el propietario se desentiende , una vez en el apartamento ya hay llave para poder acceder a todo Para mi sorpresa la salida la teníamos a las 12 ( adjunto foto) bajamos a desayunar y dejamos todo dentro, volvemos a las 10:22 y nos encontramos la puerta abierta y una mujer dentro recogiendo las sábanas con nuestras pertenencias dentro… increíble pero cierto No repetiremos

Noviembre y sin agua caliente, sucio y poco confortable. - No había agua caliente, hacía muchísimo frío, mucho ruido de la calle, no estaba limpio, el agua que salía olía realmente mal. Intentamos hacer el check out más tarde y tampoco nos pusieron facilidades. Un bote de gel a medias en el baño… realmente pésima estancia no lo recomiendo pero lo peor era el tema del agua….
- Bruceww (6/5): Good apartment but with some faults - The apartments which are situated in an old building are full of character and reminiscent of a past period. Also the location is good - not far from the central area and historic sights of Seville. My apartment was reasonably comfortable and had most of the facilities one needs. Although the apartment interior was partially renovated the floor and some of the fittings were old and worn. Also the toilet/shower room didn't look very clean and had a rather bad odour. I heard some noise at night due to the building being next to a cafe and bar.

- Lewis (9/5): Superb - Tastefully decorated, comfortable apartment in a great location with everything I needed including laundry detergent to do a much needed quick wash! The air con - struggles to deliver a low temperature, but it was just about OK! The electronic key system which in the first instance did not work to enter the apartment
