• Lindsay (10/5): Lovely Apartment in an Excellent Location - The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable in an excellent location near sightseeing, restaurants and bars. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk from trams, U bahn and S bahn. We usualy took U bahn from Schonhauser Allee. Berlin is a beautiful city and a must for travellers. Everything was perfect.

• Karlheinz (10/5): Gerne wieder. - Wir, ein Ehepaar in den 60zigern, verbrachten eine Woche im Gleimkiez. Die Wohnung ist groß, komplett eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. In der Straße gibt es viel kleine Restaurants und Cafés. Ein großer Biomarkt ist vorne an der Ecke Schönauer Allee-Gleimstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Der Mauerpark ist 100 Meter entfernt. Der Vermieter ist nett und sehr bemüht. Nichts, es war alles sehr gut-
• Niemand (8/5): - If you're looking for a professionally managed, upscale holiday apartment, this might not be the place for you. Instead, it feels more like staying at a friend’s or sibling’s flat in Berlin. Despite the unimpressive exterior, the inside is a relatively well-maintained typical Altbauwohnung in Berlin. The apartment is equipped with all the basic necessities plus some thoughtful extras, and the owner is very responsive to questions and requests. There’s a park nearby, and the area is full of restaurants and cafés. Note that the U-Bahn and tram stations are a bit of a walk—around 12 to 15 minutes away.

• Julieta (10/5): Recomiendo mucho, hospedaje perfecto - Me encantó cada segundo que pasé en este apartamento. Me sentí como en casa desde que llegué hasta que me fui. Un lugar perfecto para hospedarse pocos o muchos días (yo me quedé una semana). Vine a trabajar y por turismo, internet súper rápida. Es un lugar hermoso, grande, limpio y con absolutamente todo lo que necesitaba para mi estadía y todo lo que yo tendría en mi propia casa. Me recibió Larss, una persona muy amistosa que me explicó todo y siempre estuvo a disposición. La ducha increíble, la cama perfecta y el silencio es absoluto. Tiene lavadora que no es un detalle menor. Respecto a la zona: mi preferida. No me gusta hospedarme en los centros de las capitales porque suelen ser caóticos, así que siempre elijo barrios tranquilos, confiables y seguros, como este. Es un barrio familiar, rodeado de escuelas, un parque enorme en frente y un estadio con actividades deportivas. A una cuadra empieza la zona de bares y restaurantes, a un par de cuadras tienes una estación de metro, hay mucho transporte público cerca para manejarte con comodidad. También hay un shopping cerca y supermercados. Si buscas tranquilidad, seguridad, silencio, y un hospedaje maravilloso, ES ESTE ☺️
• YINAN (9/5): - I booked the apartment for my parents on their visit to Berlin. They find it a cozy, warm, and well-equipped place. The local area has lots of shops, eateries and public transport links. Prenzlauer Berg is a favorite Berlin neighborhood for me. The hosts were friendly and accommodating throughout, and made check-in and check-out very easy.

• JINYOUNG (10/5): Wonderful Stay! - I had an incredibly comfortable 9-night stay at this accommodation. The room was spacious, the facilities were very clean, and the heating system worked perfectly, keeping me warm despite the cold weather. Having a washing machine was really convenient for a longer stay, and with a grocery store nearby, it was easy to buy ingredients and cook meals. The location was also great—within 15 minutes’ walk to a shopping mall and drugstores, with easy access to public transportation like trams and trains. On sunny days, renting a shared bike made it even easier to explore tourist attractions. Highly recommend this place! Though it’s not something the host can control, the entrance was covered in graffiti, which initially made me a bit concerned about safety as I wasn’t used to such surroundings. However, the area was very quiet and peaceful, so there was nothing to worry about.
