On your arrival, you will be received at the reception so that we agree with you on the conditions of your stay.
Water and gas are free but electricity is your responsibility. In fact we have card counters which already contain units. Before your integration, we raise the index. Then at the time of your departure we raise the final index.
The difference of the final and initial index represents your consumption. The latter will be multiplied by 300F. This will represent your electricity consumption. To this consumption, we add 1000F which constitutes the cost of maintaining the yard.
Your net to pay is therefore the sum displayed by booking + electricity consumption + 1000F.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- Ibrahim (10/5): Exceptional - Hans, the apartment manager, is always available, professional and courteous. Please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, and it's about 10 minutes from the city center. You have all the amenities available, and the neighborhood is very safe with many shops . The taxi bikes or Keke are always around to take you to the city center or other destinations for less than 300 cfa. It's a great option if you want a quiet neighborhood without all the city's traffic. I would like to thank Mr. Hans and Michael for making our stay so comfortable. We definitely have a place to stay while in Cotonou now. The booking page doesn't tell you that electricity is not included. It's a bit of an inconvenience. However, we stayed for a week, and it was less than 6000 cfa if you don't use air conditioning. Please note that at the price, these 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms are very very affordable.l for what you get.

Also, the official in charge was very helpful in providing us with adequate information on how to find our way around the city. Locating the hotel at first was quite tedious because it was my first time in Benin but they sent help eventually to take us there.
- Ogbamgba (10/5): It was very nice, relaxing and a serene environment. - There was no food served because meal plan was optional from the start but there was provision of cooking utensils available so we did our cooking. Above all, we really, really enjoyed our stay and the Host was exceptional. The barking of the dogs made sleeping uneasy the first night. (2) The tariff for light can be adjusted to enable the clients make better use of it next time.

It’s not appropriate, the floor was so dirty, water was running by drops, no sheet to cover, I had to ask for towel and got a towel which I don’t know in which condition so I didn’t use it. I had to cancel my second booking.
