Although reception is open until midnight, guests arriving after 20:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival.

Hotel Roca-Mar is located in Benidorm's old town, for arrivals by car please follow these directions from Elche Park at the end of Avenida de Los Almendros.
o Turn left into the pedestrian zone.
o Stop at the traffic lights, press the inter-com and state that you are coming to to leave luggage at Hotel Roca-Mar.
o Take the first street on the right after the traffic lights, in the direction of the old town.
o Take the second street, Calle Condestable Zaragoza and then the first street on the left, Caretera Quatre Canton, Hotel Roca-Mar is located here.
Please note that after check-out, guests can use the hotel facilities at an extra cost.
Please note that the use of the sun terrace and gym is not included in the room rate.
Guests wishing to keep their scooter inside the hotel must pay EUR 10 per day. Double scooters are not allowed.
If you have to do quarantine in the establishment, the client must pay the total cost of the extension of their stay and of the companions who must remain in isolation by direct contact, as well as the expenses of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, extras and other expenses, daily. - MARIA CARMEN (9/5): Incantevole Benidorm - Posizione fantastica praticamente sul magnifico balcone del Mediterraneo con panorama stupendo. Anche le spiagge sono a due passi dall'hotel, si trova inoltre nel cuore della movida e con varia scelta di ristoranti e localini per la sera. Staff simpatico e cordiale, mi sono trovata molto bene e sicuramente tornerò!

- Rosemary (6/5): Very disappointed. - The property was really clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The room we were given was a ground floor disabled one and very basic. No chair, the sink was in room and not bathroom and no storage apart from a hanging space. Very noisy from inside and out. Not even a glass for drinks or cleaning our teeth. Breakfast which was really not worth bothering about.

- Paul (10/5): Perfect location cracking value - This hotel is the Centre of Old Town. It is Clean, smart and overall value for money. We did not see any staff other than the day we checked in but there was someone on reception 24/7 who were friendly enough….. we did not eat there but breakfast was available if we wished to add. Due to central location it’s ideal should you need to nip home from the beach to freshen up. Ideal for the Old Town including tapas alley and the number of quirky bars who are welcoming and friendly. There was nothing I did not like it was ideal

- Graeme (9/5): Clean, modernised and good value for money in ideal location - Clean and spacious. Very good location in the Old Town. Both beaches within short walking distance and very near to a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. Occasional noise from people walking past the hotel in early hours of the morning. No direct sunlight on the side rooms with close proximity of other apartments across a narrow alley.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly when requesting taxis and storage of luggage upon arrival leaving. I will be back The property was fine. Although coffee had not been replenished automatically from previous guest.

- barry62 (10/5): Brilliant 5 Night stay - The staff were excellent as were the general standards in the hotel. Excellent location and as a wheelchair user this was a slightly worrying aspect when booking, however the surrounding streets were not as steep as feared. The accessible room I was given offered plenty of space and full wet style bathroom. Very impressed. Coffee making facilities are available in some rooms but not every room. Due to location, light sleepers may hear some street noise on lower floors, but very little after 11pm. Hand basin could be maybe 20cm lower in accessible room but this was not really an issue more of a recommendation for any future refurbishment.

- Barbara (6/5): An economical, reasonably clean hotel in the middle of Benidorm. - This inexpensive hotel is in a fabulous location. Walk out the door and you're amongst it all - cafes, restaurants, the sea, shopping, etc. Walkable to everywhere. The room was a good size with two twin beds pushed together. A shower room, a desk and chair, a safe and a wardrobe with lots of room. There was power right beside both sides of the bed for charging, and a good size television on the wall with lots of English channels. There were black out blinds on the window to keep out the morning sun. The common areas of the hotel were very clean and modern. There were no bedside lamps so the room was very starkly lighted. Although the bathroom, sheets etc. were clean, there were very visible hand and fingerprint marks on the doors. The room was cold, the thermostat didn't seem to work, and there was only one blanket. The hotel corridor and the room smelled of smoke. When we were outside the hotel, we saw a guest on a balcony, smoking - and it was blowing back into the room. Check in time took way longer than it should have, although we were early and they offered to hold our luggage for us.

- jose (9/5): Muy agradable - La accesibilidad del hotel para silla de ruedas La disposición de aparatos del aseo adaptado con la existencia de una cortina en la ducha, lo que es muy apropiado para silla de ruedas. la localización del hotel en el centro de la ciudad y que sin embargo la habitación fuese muy silenciosa. La carencia de una silla adaptada para personas de movilidad reducida en la ducha y que no pudieran facilitar una silla de plástico apilable y con apoya brazos igual a la que había en la habitación, aduciendo que solamente había otras iguales en cada habitación y que estaban llenas todas las habitaciones del hotel.

We were there for 3 nights and we didn’t have any teas topped up, no toilet roll ( had to go and ask reception) or room tidying at all. A little bit disappointed with this, to be honest

I was put in a ground floor room which was very noisy at night with people going home outside and residents of the hotel returning late.
