Aymen (1/5): We were very disappointed with the overall experience - The location was beautiful and quiet. First of all I never wrote a bad review on any businesses but I really felt an urge to share this. I recently stayed at Muong Sang Farmstay and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. One of the major issues was the lack of phone service and the requirement to pay by bank transfer, which made the process of paying for our stay quite stressful. To make matters worse, the sheets in our room were not clean and the staff did not respond to any of our complaints or concerns until after we had already left. In fact, one of my friends had to sleep on the sofa because she was so uncomfortable with the contaminated bedsheets in our room. Overall, I cannot recommend Muong Sang Farmstay based on my experience. The lack of responsiveness from the staff and the poor cleanliness of the rooms were major issues that significantly impacted our stay. Attaching the picture of the pillow we got for a 25$ room.

Johanna (4/5): Would not recommend. - It has beautiful views. The staff was friendly but it was very hard to communicate since she did not understand any english. The room had some stuff left from previous guest, found an open juice box and some old snacks… The room had no toilet paper and no soap. Had to ask for garbage bags as well. Our booking said two beds and one bed sofa, the sofa was not full length so it was not really a five people option. We asked for bed wear for the sofa, only got a pillow and quilt, no actual sheet. Bed was very hard, we did not sleep very well. Breakfast was included, but the breakfast we got was only a bowl of instant noodles so not very exciting. I’m writing this for the hotel to realise they might need to step up a bit and to inform future guests what to expect.
