• Alexandr (1/5): - Понравилось то, что все же удалось попасть в номер. 1. Ключи нужно забирать по одному адресу, комната проживания - по другому адресу, в 12 минутах пешего пути. 2. Приехал в 23.00 сам забрал ключи и должен был сам найти дом и подъезд. Не было предупреждений что подъездов несколько. 3. Адрес указываемый администрацией (а конкретно у меня был номер дома 50) не соответсвует указаниям Google карты. Администратор должен был хотя бы сверить показания карты и предупреждать. 4. Соседние дома развешивали указатели, что они не являются апартаментами Ostia Hotel. Это значит только то, что не я один долго искал вход. 5. Телефон, по которому ответила на мой звонок сотрудница - плохо говорит по-английски - не может ни принимать ни посылать фотографии по WhatsApp чтобы помочь найти подъезд - не может смотреть по камерам видеонаблюдения - не может связаться с администрацией - не может сообщить или позвонить сотрудникам сети апартаментов (которые находились в здании), но просила меня звонить им через домофон, "может они проснутся и откроют" - не может предупредить и уточнить что подъездов несколько

Un contesto molto gradevole! Il degrado della cittadina Lido di Ostia, che sminuisce la qualità della struttura perché c è molta incuria ovunque., appena si esce per strada.Invece nella vicina Ostia Antica è tutto più curato:. Ma entrambe le località non fanno parte del comune di ROMA CAPITALE?

• Katherine (8/5): Место хорошее, в общих местах и в нашей комнате было чисто и комфортно, за такие деньги хороший вариант. - Чистая просторная комната, работающий кондиционер, есть биде. В первый день проживания с общего балкона украли купальник и арендодатель, на мой взгляд, не предпринял достаточно усилий для разрешения данной ситуации. Компенсация выделена не была

• Hana (1/5): Nedoporučuji - Nic Nelíbilo se mi to, že jsme dostali poškozený klíč a nemohli se dostat do apartmánu. Málem jsme spali v autě, kdyby náhodou nám neotevřel jeden z obyvatelů bytu. V koupelna, by zanedbaná, chyběl kryt na splachování WC. Ve sprše tekla jen studená voda a tak slabým proudem, že nebylo možné ani omýt sprchový gel z těla. Na tož vlasy. Při reklamaci klíče, nám na druhý den dali jiné klíče. Od bytu už fungoval, ale od vchodových dveří dali jiný. Tak jsme zase museli zpět do agentury. Na vodu slíbili, že někoho pošlou, ale za ty tři dny se nic nezměnilo. Tímto vyřizováním jsme přišli o půl dne naší dovolené ze dvou dnů. Už nikdy více.

• Louis (1/5): Appalling and I will be asking my credit card to refund as the room was not as described. - The so called hotel room was a room in an apartment situated in a residential apartment block. Firstly there was the nightmare of checking in. We arrived at the "hotel" only to find that there was no way to enter the building. When I telephoned the hotel office I was told that I had no choice but to travel to their reception office at Reception Office at Piazzale della Stazione del Lido 22 (Central Station ) This took ages and the area outside the station felt very unsafe. When we got back to our room we noticed the toilet flush button in the wall was missing and there was a hole in the wall where it should have been. I telephoned the reception and told them that we had been given a room without a toilet flush and I was told that there were no other rooms available. I told them that it was unacceptable that we should be asked to stay in a room without a functioning toilet and that the hotel should book us into other accomodation. I was told that this was not possible and when I asked if we were expected to stay in a room with piles of sh*t filling the toilet and no way flushing it, I was told that someone would come the next day. Eventually I found that if I put my hand right into the hole (unhygenically scraping my hand against the inner parts of the wall each time) and press parts of the works of the flush that the missing button should be attached to then I could flush the toilet. The room should not have been rented in this condition. In addition the TV did not work, one of the bedside power sockets did not work and the duvet had no cover on it which is quite unhygienic. The next evening when we returned we could not get into the apartment as the key did not work. It went round but did not open the door. There was no one in the apartment this time to open it for us. I telephoned the reception centre and they told me that they were aware of “issues” with the lock.
• Acortese17 (1/5): UNA ODISEA, ASEGURATE DE LEER BIEN DONDE TE QUEDARAS. - la publicación es parte de una aglomerado de casas que alquilan, el que esta publicado no fue en el que nos hospedaron, llegamos tarde y el vuelo se cénselo y tuvimos que buscar hotel tarde, no teníamos wifi era muy escaso y en afanes medio podíamos contactar. La persona me indico que debíamos recoger la llave en un lugar con clave, y de ahi ir al lugar, por la hora y el afán no teníamos mucho que decir, asi que dijimos que si, lamentablemente cuando buscamos la llave yo me guié por la publicación asimilando que era este el donde nos hospedaríamos, cuando llegue a este lugar, resulta que no era, cuando fui a contatarlos, lei el mensaje completo extenso donde me indicaban la ubicación de otro lugar donde nos hospedaríamos, debo decir que me sentí incomoda y con estrés el saber que no era ahi, debimos regresar a la estación principal de autobuses y buscar indicaciones, el lugar era mas lejos de lo pensado, llegando al muelle. Cuando llegamos al lugar, habia demasiadas hormigas en la ventaba y la calefacción caminando por todos lados, no podía dormir pensando que se me subirían en la cama. El olor a húmedo lo entendí por ser una casa en plena zona de playa. Pero era insoportable.

Recepční byli všichni velice milí a vtipní, ochotni poradit ohledně autobusového spokojeni během stávky řidičů i dopolední procházky do přístavu druhý den po přespání. Vše čisté a plně vybavené. V den odjezdu jsem si mohla nechat zavazadla na recepci. Komunikace probíhala výborně přes WhatApp celou dobu. Italsky v rámci mých možnosti a hlavně anglicky. Děkuji i za vstřícnost při pozdějším check-outu. Namísto v 10h, až do 11h. Celkově mohu vřele doporučit toto ubytování jako skvělé. Děkuji moc. Nelíbilo se mi pouze to, že klíč nepasoval do zámku. Naštěstí ho šel vyměnit můj přítel na recepci, abych nemusela s těžkými zavazadly jít k recepci 3x, cca 600-800m. Taková chyba se ovšem může stát.

• Narges (1/5): Es war schrecklich. Habe mir vorort ein weiteres Zimmer gebucht. Es war unerträglich. - Ich konnte das Zimmer erst Stunden später beziehen. Also nicht wie angekündigt um 15 Uhr. Es ist ein Appartement mit drei Zimmern wo ich lediglich ein Zimmer gebucht hatte. Davon ist niergends etwas gestanden. Es war sehr dreckig. Wlan funktinierte nicht. Heizung funktioniert nicht. Ich bin extrem unzurfrieden.

Fornire la colazione e mettere a disposizione diverse padelle e utensili da cucina per chi vuole cucinare.

• Thomas (8/5): - Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass es ruhig war und ich mich selbst versorgen konnte. Auch die Lage war gut: 5 min Fußweg zur metro, zwar 18 min ins Zentrum, aber das war o.k. Dafür war es ruhig. Im Appartement standen Daten von einem WLAN, das nicht funktionierte. Auf Anfrage per WhatsApp bekam ich leider keine Antwort. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Gast das richtige Netz plus Passwort mitgeteilt. Von da ab ging's super.

• viaggiatore gastron05 (5/5): Peccato per le docce fredde… - Struttura ben climatizzata, buona vista panoramica e alloggio indipendente. Struttura priva di acqua calda: la sera docce gelide, nonostante fatto presente la problematica alla reception che sapeva già del tipo di problema. É stato mandato un idraulico per controllare di persona, il quale mi ha riferito che sapeva già il tipo di problema e purtroppo non è stato fatto nulla per risolvere la problematica perché l’alloggio si trova al sesto piano e quindi vi era un problema di pressione. Se mi fosse stato proposto questo alloggio sin da subito, avrei optato per una soluzione differente. Inoltre altra nota negativa, la cucina era infestata da formiche.

• Henriquez Gonzalez (1/5): They stole our money. - Nothing, they are bad persons. We made a reservation for accommodations and received confirmation that it was all set. However, upon arrival (which was a residential building), no one was there to assist us. We then spoke with a very rude person who claimed to be an assistant but refused to help us. As a result, we ended up paying for the accommodation, but were unable to use it. It was a poor experience dealing with these individuals, as they essentially took our money without providing the promised service.

• CINZIA (1/5): TERRIBILE E SENZA ASSISTENZA - Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno assegnato un altro appartamento. Mancava il letto 3 ed era molto sporco. Polvere a go go. In tardo pomeriggio hanno portato il letto ma aveva le doghe rotte e mancanti...era inutilizzabile. Mio figlio ha dormito x terra! La doccia non funzionava e non era stata pulita (bustine di bagnoschiuma usate dai precedenti ospiti sul ripiano del bagno). Dulcis in fundo l'ultimo giorno la casa era invasa dalle formiche....posso allegare un video...è aberrante. Da 5 gg attendo di essere richiamata dalla quality manager. VACANZA ROVINATA, BORSE PIENE DI FORMICHE e nessuno che si degni di contattarmi nonostante numerosi solleciti. Tutto
